Garbage! Fix your app? The new update does nothing. This app works worst as time goes by. Now 2024 still messed up. When I log in. It doesn't show my balance or transactions. Most of the time. When I try to check my balance through text message, it no longer will respond. A few weeks ago it started having issues. If I try to check my balance I would have to text up to 3 to 4 times before I get a response. Doesn't send alerts to my phone when I have a new deposit or transaction.

My recent experience with the app is frustrating, and everytime I try to sign in, it doesn't pass the login screen after entering the valid information while it takes forever to load the balance history with wrong calculation for the balance. Therefore, I believe the developers are trying to change components of the application while we are using them, and once we submit the login credentials, the application tries to get to the server for validation of the entered inputs, but doesn't find it.

App is just a waste of space. Go to move money, and I can't even log in, it insists it is installed in an emulator, telling me to install it on an Android phone to use it (it IS installed on one, same phone I've had for 3 years), and kicking me out. Had no trouble, for the most part, prior to some recent update.

Started having problems with app locking and unlocking card. Was at a restaurant a week ago and had to call support to have them unlock the card. They told me to uninstall the app, wait an hour, and reinstall. That worked, but still had issues of account info taking a long time to appear. Yesterday I wanted to move money and had trouble signing into app. Was told by support that there was a problem on their end. Reinstalled app and was told I am using an emulator and my phone is an android.

This new version is terrible. I have to sign in&out all the time and still sometimes it won't work just to check my balance. I've been trying for days to look at recent transactions..it just buffers constantly. Still can't see them. The old app was awesome. This one is really disappointing. After checking the reviews, I'm glad to see it isn't just me.

App used to work great. Now... takes forever and a day to log in and then when i try to click on something i get taken right back to the log in screen as though i never logged in. Quick view balance works when it wants to... not when i want it to. Either fix the app or I'm closing this account and will use a different card with direct deposit for a savings card. There are plenty of them out there...

Horrible app, horrible bank. If you have any other options available, I highly suggest using it. You will have constant trouble signing into your account with this app. I was locked out of my own account on this app for over 2 weeks, no matter how many times they tried to fix it over the phone. Cannot express enough how terrible this app and banking system is. Avoid at all costs. Side note: the website to log into your account is trash too. Will be closing my account very soon.

Barely works. Seems like anytime I need to check my card balance or take money out of piggy bank, the darn thing won't load. I am greeted by a white screen. It is infuriating because it happens at the most inconvenient times! I have tried clearing the cache and data, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. FIX IT, PLEASE! I shouldn't have to call to hear what my balance is!

Terrible app. Doesn't load anything when logging in. It doesn't show account balances or acount numbers. You close out of the picture ad that they force you to see with every log in but all the details you log in to check are whited out because the app cant load the right things instead of stupid ads for other services. Most of the time it doesn't even log out and if you manually log out it gives you all sorts of errors trying to log back in.

This app used to work very well, but the last few months, it's been terrible. Most of the time, none of my information loads the other times it takes a long time for the info to load. I can hardly check my transactions because it just sits at 0 like I haven't made any fix this issue it's been going on for way to long, and all my coworkes who use it are having the same exact issues. When it's fixed, the rating will go up. This app is rated at a 1.5 I will drop this card if you can't be bothered.

This app had few if any problems back when it was Money Network. Now I have to constantly fight it to show updated balances, log in, or re-register my phone as a safe device, and It refuses to push notifications anymore. As of an update sometime last evening, I can't even use the app for now. After I type in my log in info (my scan biometrics button is completely gone now. yay.), I am met with a blank white screen that never loads into the app.

Not getting push notifications when i use my card like i should. UPDATE: 2 months later and still no push notifications. Plus now my Quick View Balance doesnt update after a transaction unless i login, so its completely useless and could easily cause an overcharge. This app has went from a 5 star to 1 star in my opinion. 2nd UPDATE: now no notifications, not even emails. Quick View still not updating. App is super slow to load (IF it even loads). App is basically useless!

I am not sure what kind of "upgrades" have happened in the last few months, but the app has almost become useless. It does not show me an accurate current balance. I have to try two to three times to log in. At times, it will not allow me to move money from my piggy banks. If I can not access my money as needed, I will have to change accounts. I have had this account for almost 10 years and have loved it until now. It is very frustrating and disappointing.

Used to be good. Then there was a major update and now everything is busted. Now it's to the point where I can't even sign in at the moment. Update almost a year later: It got worse. Main problem is that, even after reinstalling, it's stuck on my previous sign in, including what my funds were at that time and doesn't reflect any changes. I can't move my funds between banks or sign out until it randomly boots me back to the sign in screen and tonight it's refusing to do that. Absolute garbage.

The old version used to be excellent. Not even the new update has fixed its issues. Takes a long time to log in if it logs in at all. Sometimes, balances won't show. Does not update balance as quickly as it used to. I'm afraid that one day I'll need to move money from piggy banks, and I won't be able to because I can't log in. This has been an ongoing problem for far too long.

Doesn't work most of the time. I will log in and it's all blank. And the website works but is way to complicated to enter. Update: the app is completely useless. Maybe 1 in 20 times will it work. Even Uninstalling and reinstalling dosnt work. How do you not fix such a broken peice of garbage? You make it more and more complicated to use the site, the app almost never works and I end up having to call the number on the card to check my balance. Fix your app.

This app have been great until recently. They keep freezing up I can't unlock my card and when I call they said they can't do anything about it. I have Uninstalled and reinstall and it still does the same thing. I have my card from them for over ten years but I might have to switch to something else cause I can't do anything. I'm still having issue and I think im leaving this card all together. Update: it was great and now its horrible yet again. Now I can't get into my app.

Whatever the last update was completely broke the app. On opening the app instead of taking to the login page it goes straight to my account, with incorrect funds listed. No amount of opening and closing the app fixes this, you have to move around in the app, where no data is actually shown except the incorrect funds, until it realizes you aren't logged in and kicks you out. Then you need to close and open the app again to actually log in and see funds, but still nothing else. Please fix ASAP!

Absolutely hate this app. It worked perfectly before switching to Exceed; now it is slow, it crashes, and always shows adds that gives you the option to "never show again", yet it keeps coming back. Now it is telling me I am running the app in an emulator and to install on an Android device. It has been installed on this same device for years!!! Horrible application!

Card works perfectly fine. However, since the app has been updated yet again, it has been running slower. At times, the app would not even load up at all. Customer assistance for it does not exist, you will always get the automatic voice machine that only answers limited questions. Overall, it was an update that should never have happened.
