Great app for minimalist tracking. I especially like the custom labels you can give to each entry. Small UI gripe: When entering a new expense, the delete button is all the way at the top while the number keyboard is at the bottom. Makes is hard to use the app with one hand only.

Review on 26/2/2022: 1 ⭐ After formatting my phone, I am unable to restore from Google drive. Please fix the issue, I have 7+ years of data. (PAID VERSION) My review on 3/10/2015: 4 ⭐ This is very easy to use, without any complexities. You can create your own groups at your will, also you can back it up. I'm using the paid version which includes statistical analysis of my expenses, also there is income management that tracks and balance my expenses. Overall, a perfect app!!! 👍 😀

Nice app and very helpful!. Hard to see what happened 2 months ago.. More data for Grand Totals will be helpful. Statistics graphs are a bit misleading.. Edit: After 4 years of using this app I decided to stop because I wasn't able to migrate my data to the new smartphone. The option is available but it's not working.

Hi, in the sitting, adding the daily cycle would be very useful in case you have a long list of different entries in a single day.

It is very easy to use and to the point. No need to do signup like most apps, also offline app. Very helpful to manage your expenses and income

Love the simplicity of the app, a few point to note Description capitalize every word automatically The delete button position while you insert the price would be better lower to be easier to reach

Easy and Simple to use. I upgraded to the paid version. In the Statistics, there should be an option to have the average expense for a specific number of days rather than the whole history. There are months when I didn't used the app so the overall figure for average becomes inaccurate. Also the Piechart distribution is inaccurate when there are a lot of categories and data. Please fix the issues.

I use this app since 2014. Has only basic reporting and analysis capabilities, but is so simple that I love it. You have categories, can set budget on them and track income and expenses. Has a calculator when adding expenses/income. UI is clear and simple. You can export data to Excel sheets, so you can create reports with that (which is very powerful). (I paid for income management, but the price was surely worth it).

Great app! Simple design and has the essentials nothing more and nothing less. Perfect to track your expenses and analyse them. Widgets are great too. Update App hasn't been updated for a while now and isn't supported as well. Back up function does not work anymore because of this and don't think it is going to be fixed as well. No response to the email sent to the developer.

Hello, I recently had to buy a new phone (Samsung Note 20 Ultra) after losing my old phone. However, I've been unable to restore my old files/settings and get an error message "Expense Manager requires one or more Google Play services that are not currently available. Please contact the developer for assistance" Can you guys help with this? Thank you

Simple and easy to use, just do one minor change - on the keypad to enter amount, move the backspace button from top to bottom left where you've a blank space. it makes no sense to have all keys for typing at bottom and only one keep above, which is difficult to access on today's large screen phone. Rest all is good

I've been using this app for the past 3 years. This app used to be excellent, however the last update has changed the way you visualize the distribution/statistics. The previous versions were much better. The new data visualization layout does not show the distribution in a clean statistical way. Using circular sectors to show data is one of the "no go" graphs in the data visualisation literature.

My favorite expense management app. Simple, quick to load, minimalistic visuals and does everything I need. I've been using this app for over 3 years now. Edit: I prefer the previous icon with a more modern feel to it. It's great seeing this app back on track. Please do not add any features which will affect performance. Update: it seems the restore feature no longer works. Kindly look into it...looks like there is no hope..I just lost 3 years of expenses

I'm trying the free version. I searched a long time till I found this rapid expense entry and nice U I. Nice app once you get the basics set up. Does not carry over balance month to month. Not able to add subcategories. Would be beneficial for the developers to add a biweekly reoccurring expense/income.

I purchased this app and used to like it, but now...I lost all my records after switching to a new phone. I did the "manual backup" on my old phone, and save backup file to Google drive. After I got the new phone, I tried to restore from backup file, but ironically, you can't import manua backup file to app, so you can't restore. What is the point of backup the file if you can't restore it later.. I sent the feedback, no response. very disappointed.

Love it! I'm using it for my business to keep track of cost of goods & inventory. You can rename all the categories, color code, enter notes etc. It adds everthing up for the year. I had an amazing app for my business, did everything for me automatically but it went out of business. QB & FB wont cut it too complicated. I found an app that syncs my sales, fees & expenses for the marketplaces I sell in automatically & its costly. I needed a low cost app just to tally & track COG This perfect! TY

Update: I can't restore my previously backed up data from GDrive. I get a: "Expense Manager requires one or more Google Play services that are not currently available. Please contact the developer for assistance." --- I helps me alot to track my spendings showing a nice graphic and also is very easy to use. I would only add multi currency spendings. Like when you travel and you use many currencies. Also to complete that it would be helpful to have a currency converter to have the spending saved with your local currency as with the one you used.
