Paid for this game. And all it does now is crash as soon as you open it or gets stuck on the PBS logo and then crashes

Huge waste of $3. It's not fun, for anyone. There are many many better free apps. It's a money grab based off the name. Kinda a bit pissed pbs would do this. Especially considering this is Mr. Rogers legacy. I doubt he would approve. Do not pay actual money for this app.

App has been crashing, for several days now. It won't fully load , so kiddo hasn't had a chance to play it.

I purchased this game for my kids and it does not work! Doesn't go past the PBS screen. Hate I paid for a game they can't play!

My daughter loves this game. Unfortunately I can't install it. Every time I try it downloads then says it can't install it. But it shows installed but doesn't load the game. 😢. I hate to give any apps but reviews but I did pay for this game that she now can't play. Please fix it!!!

Won't open on my Samsung galaxy s20+. It crashes every time. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, restarted phone and nothing.

Paid for this app but unfortunately it won't download. It'll say downloading and then install. Not sure what's the problem but I would greatly appreciate if the problem was fixed.

This game was great at first, but suddenly stopped working. It won't load past the PBS screen and my daughter is so sad, she loved playing this. Do not waste your money.

Update: DO NOT PAY MONEY for this game right now. It doesn't work and there's no response from the dev team (somebody might reply to your comment but that's the extent of their communication. My kid loved this game but now it doesn't open past the pbs app. This happened once before too but eventually got fixed.

It's very cute but gets boring real fast! You can only drop characters into the scenes and click on some things to hear/see small responses and a couple games that are boring. No interaction or real play at all.

I purchased this app for my daughter and it has NEVER worked! I am using Galaxy Note S20. I've tried un-installing and re-installing and it won't get past loading the first page. I am very disappointed 😞 I should have read the reviews before purchasing because everyone echoes the same thing. The PBS KIDS producers are responding with an apology but the problem is still not fixed!! Apparently it is hoax! DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP IT WILL NOT WORK!!!

Anyone that has updated to Android 11 UI 3.0, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT pay for this app. It will never make it past the loading screen. App worked flawlessly before the Android software update, and the dev team doesn't seem to be in a hurry to correct the issue on their end.

My three-year-old loves this. So much so he gets practically addicted to it, which I don't think is uncommon. Part of the problem is that there is no endpoint to the game. I wish the developers would add a timer or something. If daniel tiger would just pop in and say "Just 5 more minutes neighbor" or something I think that would help. As it is, I don't dare let him play unless I'm ready for a big battle at the end.

This game is delightful and I'm very glad they figured out whatever bug was preventing it from loading on my new phone. It's full of things to see and do around the neighborhood. It's thoughtfully designed to be easy to use. There's one or more mini-games in each location, e.g. at the bakery or Dr. Anna's clinic. You'll be surprised just how many of the objects in the environment can be interacted with; just try clicking or dragging it! It's great even if you only have a few minutes to play.

Sound effects need fixing BUT.... my kids are loving this game!!! It's expansive and interactive! The only problem we've had is that it sounds like the speakers are going out when it plays sound, and this issue has been consistent with every device we've installed the game on. Not a problem if you keep the volume a little lower.

Update: Sound got fixed! Not that it will do any good, since they haven't responded to a review since 2021, but the sound is broken, therefore I only let my kids play without sound as it is actually painful on everyone's ears. Also, please consider not charging for an app that has remained broke for a long time. I do see that it was updated in March, so that's something at least. However, charging for a broken product is not a good business tactic, especially for a company this well known.
