This app is working MUCH better this yr. (Last year, I had to load up a receipt 3-4 times just for it to recognise the receipt & start processing it.) It doesn't seem to have that problem now. For this reason however, I just wish *the app* would give the user an up to date detailed communication stating: "Receipt submitted & being reviewed" next to receipt block. Thus the reason for 4 stars. I almost missed deadlines last yr because I didn't know it didn't "get" my uploads...:(

Super quick and simple way to submit claims and receipts - Love it! This app saves me a ton of time. I no longer need to scan my receipt with my phone, email it to myself, save the image to my pc, log in to the website, and then upload the receipt. Instead I just open the app, enter the claim info, snap a pic or attach an existing file, and submit. And the app is intuitive and easy to use.

Installed because I wanted an easy way to upload receipts, because I can't do so on the website. The app thinks it's Fort Knox, insisted my phone have a lock screen configured, forced a slow two-factor process, and made me login multiple times just to get it set up. Then it refused to let me upload any receipts, because it's 'not allowed by my plan'. That just means I have to email receipts in with a PDF form now. Complete waste of time.

Registered but not Allowed to Enter... Password and/or Username is invalid. Had to reset Password 3 times and of COURSE can't use previous 20 passwords again! Already went through most of them and the app will STILL not let me into my account! Please fix otherwise uninstalling, not worth my time and the phone space if it doesn't even let me log in! NEVER had so many issues with trying to log into ANYTHING! And I know the password was right! I wrote it down right after i submitted! Ugh! Nightmare

Does what I need but just barely. Interface is confusing and clunky. Transactions done with the WageWorks card for FSA take forever to show up, literally days to weeks until the balance reflects accurately, so it's good to keep your own records. Also, often requires receipts even for FSA card transactions, but doesn't tell you--until these transactions are processed weeks later so make sure you save all those receipts somewhere for a long time.

There's no way to leave a comment when submitting a claim. Sometimes we need to leave a detailed message because whoever reviews the claims misses small details. I purchased 2 identical items on 2 separate orders. One claim was denied because they said it was a duplicate claim, even though the order numbers were different. To appeal it we need to send a letter by mail. I previously had Wex and their app let us leave a comment on the claim and appeal through the app.

Useless. Can't even get logged in. I have tried this app every 3 months or so for the last couple of years hoping they fixed it, but it's always problematic and I end up just going to the website. The website is really difficult to navigate as well, but at least I can get logged in there. This app just never works for me, and I have no idea how it's getting 4 star reviews.

This app is really complicated and makes it hard to access your funds. I wasn't able to add more than one kid as a dependent. After entering my info for 1 kid, the only options are continue or delete dependent. You also can't see your available account balance on the submit claim screen, so I had to reenter all my info because I didn't know my balance on the final step.

This app is total garbage, just like WageWorks in general. Their products are super confusing, they use language that isn't obvious or user friendly, and their app is confusing and unintuitive. If you've setup an online account but the "purchase" for your monthly FSA allocation hasn't gone through yet, you simply canntlog into the app. No error message, no feedback saying "you'll be able to log in when your account is active". Nothing. Awful. Worst benefits platform I've ever experienced.

Every time I change my password on the website it won't let me log in using the app. This is probably the 4th time I've gone through this. One day it'll magically start working but I lose the ability to use it during this time. It's horribly frustrating and something that is unacceptable in todays day of mobile devices. Please fix this ASAP. Other that than the app is great.

The app always asks for verification and makes me put in security code when I am on my phone instead of the computer. It's just a pain to have to verify it's me just because I use different devices. The font is terribly hard to read also. It is almost like the letters are outlined in white with a dark background.

I don't know my login for the app, and WageWorks claims they can't recover my login because I didn't establish an account before 12/12/19, when they apparently had a "system change". In fact I established my account in November, I just hadn't attempted to login outside of my work computer. This is RIDICULOUS. I have an account, they just claim there is no way to log into it (even though I can do so through my work computer). I wanted the app for convenience, but it's just been a WASTE OF TIME.

Editing: to add to the frustration, when submitting a claim you have to choose an account because they keep your old account showing on there and it doesn't have which year you're picking so you randomly have to pick one and hope you're picking the right one Super annoyed that I have to download an app and use up memory on my phone just to be able to use my accounts on my phone. Website is not mobile friendly at all and they tell you to just use the app instead. What a waste!

Trying to log in to Health Equity when i needed wage works, they should throw a flag that warns you same company different departments, over 30 minutes to get on the site, would not accept original info i set up for security, again i was on the wrong side of the site. This was terribly set up, in my opinion. Tough to navigate, support was impossible to get on the phone. When I did reach someone, they were great, and I will give them that.

The criteria explained for receipts is fairly broad, which is why I get denied. For example, when I submit a printed, carbon paper receipt from a cashier at Target or a pharmacy, almost an automatic approval. If I submit a printed, paper receipt from a computer at my dentist, I get denied three times. The printer receipt clearly says, "Sales Receipt," yet it gets denied despite having the date of payment and service and all the other small criteria.

The worst... When it works, it works. I have had so many issues trying to log in. Says password is incorrect...then says username incorrect. I've tried changing it, but still doesn't work. Says info doesn't match to try again. Been there done that. Have even tried calling. Some success and then boom back to square one. Very frustrating!!!

Nothing easy about this app. I make payments to my providers which must go through additional review nearly every time and the app has no way for me to upload receipts after the transaction goes through but before the claim is approved. I have to wait weeks after the claim for the app to say I need the receipt, which I've already filed away by then. There is no reason why the app can't allow receipts to be added in parallel with the transaction for faster processing.

Overall, app is stable and does not crash. Functionality.... Is another matter. Compared to website, submitting a post me back claim does not allow an option to enter mileage. You can submit an itemized option for milage, but you do not enter miles driven, but instead a dollar amount. Which is not how that calculations are completed. Overall, I prefer the website over the app.

An option to add comments it's needed. Now days receipts for payments do not include the service, but even when you include copy of the statement that goes with the receipt it gets denied. Also, trying to upload a receipt for a service is a pain. Even when it's says receipt needed, it does not give you the option. This app is frustra5and lacks competence.

It's Wageworks so look for that name but can't find it quickly as the app name starts with EZ, not easy. A DOWN arrow at the beginning is really saying to scroll UP, that makes no sense. I tried storing a receipt photo, that didn't go well, but had never tried that before. The process for payment seems to work well, once entered. I like that it remembers my usual list of payees. An issue some time back was to use an option (per phone call to rep) that was not visible on my screen. Maybe resolved?
