The bank charges a number of hidden fees and just sends a statement for payment of credit card with the fees without any explanation. The customer care is also unresponsive. Overall very pathetic service and accountability.

The App is not letting me to even login. When I try to scan my Emirates ID, it just gets stuck on saying "move the id closer" and nothing happens. Can I get help from the Tech team to resolve this? Why don't they make a simple process where you just directly take a picture of the Emirates ID?

FAB Bank so called one of the biggest Bank in UAE, it impossible to interact with their customer service by email or call. If by any chance you get through you will not get adequate response and case / complaint will be closed as resolved without contact customer and providing solution. I have faced this now 3 times and yet my case is not resolved. Pathetic customer service.

Everything is good and especially money transfer any where is very fast and secure I like it and use daily basis for business but deduction is bad point like debit interest is bad and very high 175 plus 24 per month

Impossible to get past autimated call system if you need to access the services beyond whats available in the app, the most frustrating bank I have ever tried to work with!

Do NOT want my banking APP on my mobile, but you insist! Then mobile phones can get hacked, dropped, lost, stolen and then WE will find ourselves in trouble because of your insistence on this matter. So it is you that make many of the problems with security i.e. for scams and the like. It's ALL YOUR fault.

I have tried calling customer care multiple times and I failed getting help about the issue with my card ,I have sent multiple emails still no help am complete disappointed that a customer can't even get basic Help easily when needed . What must one do to get someone from the bank to speak too 😟

Nice App easy to use. The only draw back is can only see Renferance numbers and time of Transfers and not pull out entire details.

Good working after update. But still I feel some features are missing. 1) Applicable interest rate for personal loan is not showing when applying for loan. Interest rate to be shown before apply for the loan. 2)Online chat with direct representative is missing 3)Credit card closure request online. Thanks

The first basic step when using it is to set up the customer profile; this involves scanning the Emirates Id through the phone camera. There are countless apps doing this in the market and they work just fine; I have tried scanning mine no less than 50 times with different degrees of light, but no luck. And it seems to be a common, well-known problem. Does not give a high hope for the quality of the rest of the app, but I can't judge, as I have not been able to even see it so far...

I can't log in after the new update. 30-05-2024: The app has been under maintenance for 4 days now. 09-06-2024: App still not accessible even after new update. Its been more than 2 weeks now.

From last 2 Daye not able to Login using FAB app. Under Maintenance bottomsheet comes. If I cleans Chache and start App then only it works. I need to login and check my account and I am stucked. Kindly fix this issue, it is really annoying to not be able to Login.

Not the best experience I saw with a bank application: 1. Slow 2. Fades the screen when switching apps, so it's hard to type card number on another application 3. Requires a strange swiping security pass - not a standard in the industry

What a terrible application! It is not scanning the Emirates ID, and this is the first step to starting the application. So I am not able to register and use the app. Moreover, when I reached customer service, the support representative replied that their application was working fine and I needed to change my mobile. Waooo, what an amazing service it is 😂😂😂😂😂

Register for mobile app is not good the camera can't read the ID . Make it simple by uploading documents from the phone . Your AP developer is a beginner. Just started learning coding I have the latest phone with hight quality camera. But the app doesn't know how to read the ID. I tried 100 times . No result

App is good but if you open a term deposit online, it confirms the transection but term deposit is not created instantly. Moreover money is also not deducted or blocked in account. Unknowingly you can transfer or open another term deposit. Strange thing is system allows you to do the same.

Same as the others. Won't allow me to log in. I uninstalled it and now it won't even install again. Unbelievable. Edit: Today (24 December 2021) I was able to reinstall and sign into the app. I was still unable to do so 2 weeks ago, so this appears to be a recent fix. However, the app seems to working fine with enhanced security features.
