I love FabFitFun, the app however crashes all the time, and won't run the web page through google either (it also crashes). I have to get on my computer to view my account and box details(I work 12 HR night shifts so im not always home). This has been going on for several months now. I'm not sure if this is isolated or if there is other users with this problem. Please help!!!

When the app does work, it's extremely slow. Right now I can't use it at all because it says that its "time to update" but when I click to update it it takes me to the app store and the app store says that there isn't an update for it. So I remove the app and redownload it and still "time to update" pops up when I open the app. Good grief FFF find a new tech guy.

I had created an account forever ago with the intention of subscring someday. This fall box had me excited enough to take the plung. After a month of trying I give up. The facebook link and main website stops working on the payments screen, and the app shuts down anytime you try to leave the main page. You shouldn't have to uninstall and reinstall an app over and over hoping it'll work this time. Or have a desktop to subscribe. They really need to fix their tech.

My review is more based on the box rather than the app since I didn't seem to have as many problems with the app as other users....it didn't work perfectly 100% of the time but it was manageable. I was however pretty disappointed with my first box. I paid full price for it and received 6 items, a few of which I didn't care for and the options for customizing them were horrible so I had to choose things I didn't even want and the one thing I did want wasn't at all as expected. Don't recommend.

Updated and now the app is constantly glitching. I can't even get through my box customization, tried at least 5 times. Keeps saying I have no internet, I do in fact have internet. Also mobile data. There's no reason for it being giving me that error EVERY single time I try to access the app. I end up having to force stop, go back in and then go to the edit box, then next next next my way as far as I can before glitches again. Haven't been able to actually get to the last customization yet.

Major bugs render app nearly useless! Similar to another reviewer... Cannot shop add-ons due to none of the images of items showing up (actually just a flashing grey box where every image should be that could give you a seizure if sensitive to it). I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as force stop and clearing cache. None of these have helped.

I enjoy FFF but the app is a little frustrating. I came off a "pause" from boxes and saw a charge today for this seasons box. And I checked the app to see the information and realized I didn't pick any of my products. I was really excited to get the winter box because there was lots of options that I loved. But now I don't even want it because I don't like 5/6 of the items I'm getting. I really wish they'd notify when the customization are because now I just paid $50 for a box I don't want..

I love this and the app is nice to have but I wish there were notifications from the app when customizing starts. I've missed it a few times and sometimes i get lucky and sometimes I don't however, I customized and chose the new "mystery gift" option and now I hate the stuff that's in there. I got two cheap journals and a scarf that I've already received. It's hard to pay as much as I do for the box and then receive cheap items.

I absolutely abhor being forced to download apps to rate and review... first Influenster and now FFF. Besides that hassle, the app is horrendous. Crashes constantly, not intuitive, and when trying to review, THE TEXT IS INVISIBLE SO I CAN'T EVEN SEE WHAT I'M TYPING! So frustrating and inconvenient. The last box was awful and this app situation is only adding to my feelings of annoyance with this company. I think it's time to cancel.

I just ordered my starter box and download the app so I could go ahead and sign up for a permanent subscription and check out all the features, but the app keeps crashing for no apparent reason so I'll just go through the regular website. Hopefully y'all can get this fixed bc it would be really nice to be able to do everything through the app. I do love FFF though and I'm super excited to get started!

I have heard good things so I decided to try it. It said I could customize my box, it wouldn't let me gave me some error. I was interested in the fall box & thought I would get what was pictured. I got none of those things. Very disappointed. I don't think I will purchase again. Felt like bait & switch. Once I put my card info in. Then the customize option "didn't work".

More bug than program, truthfully. This recent time, they've made it so you can't use the app without updating it, but Google play also shows that there are no updates available. Figures. This is on top of being horribly slow and poorly designed. Can't even sort of stock apparel by size, a BASIC function of any website with clothing. So annoying. Just use a computer and don't bother with the app, it's astounding how poorly it's made.

Not really sure what the point of this app is, other than needing to be updated nearly every week and seeing no difference in the way it functions. I can do everything more easily using the browser, even on my phone. Most of the time for sales and customization, I have to do it through my browser anyway because the app will be glitchy or freeze up, so...🤷♀️

Love this subscription box. However, this app can be difficult to navigate. That isn't necessarily a bad thing. There is just so much content to look through. Before ordering the box: Make sure that you understand how the customization works differently for annual and seasonal members. After ordering the box: Keeping track of the dates for customization and the different types of sales throughout the year is essential and will determine rather you like\dislike your FABFITFUN subscription box.

I have been shopping in the edit sale for my first time, as I just got an annual subscription. The app is not loading the pictures of the products in the sale. It will load a few then totally stop. The lag is really bad. Very upsetting, as several things sold out that I wanted. I couldn't see basically anything, I managed to get a few small things. I have screenshots of the problem. I really hope this issue gets resolved as I just came to you guys from another subscription box.

I love this box and I like how i can easily make my choices for the box with the app. When it comes to add ons and sales however, every time I go there it shows the first 3 rows and the everyother one is just a flashing grey box and the rest will not load. So I am unable to purchase anything because I cannot view the product and have difficulty having it go to my shopping cart.

It's a good app to have if you're a FFF subscriber. It has its glitches here and there but overall is convenient and user friendly. I will shop on the app but I think it gets inundated with users during add on and customization opening so I use the website for those. It will sit there and load forever if you try to open customization in the app during the first day or two. But I use it to go back and edit customizations after the storm calms. Edit: it is fully updated, that's not the problem.

Edit 9/19/23-app had been working fine for about 2 months, or whatever the fall edit box came out. Today it won't load. Most of the time the links open windows containing error messages. I've never been able to access the full app, like the community part? Non-existent for me. Message support? Never works. Access to my order history or tracking information? Yet another error screen. I don't bother with the app anymore. I just stay on the website, what's the point of the app if it doesn't work?

App is embarrassingly broken. I can't even shop add-ons: 1) nothing gets added to my cart 2) I can't exit my favorites unless I force stop and reopen the app. It's also full of graphical bugs. I thought they maybe fixed things in the year since I last tried the app but nope, uninstalling again. Besides the app I do like FFF, however the quality and item selection has been kind of hit/miss in 2022 until the winter box. Hopefully next year's boxes will keep improving.

The app is pretty good. Not the 'easiest' to navigate but better than others. The reason for the low score is the new 'background' color for the Subscriptions area being BLACK. It's TERRIBLE! So many items have black as the primary color - which means they just 'blend into' the background, making it really hard to see/read anything. I understand that they want people to be able to distinguish that they're in a different area (Subscriptions, not Sales), but this is this is AWFUL imo.
