you guys should add the sound alarm for when the match is found and a option to start searching a match but make it only available when the AC and the faceit app is open on PC.. the app has a lot of potential and can be even better, when these options are available i give 5 stars.. these are my only complains

Game not found error. I just downloaded the app. I see a ton of games that I should be able to connect. No matter which one I click on for a brief second it will show the connection process screen and then switch to a game not found, it looks like the game you are trying to register doesn't exist message.

I use this app to access CS2 stats, and the player stat screen has none of the information that the web version has, such as country/region rank, previous match stats, and ban status. The fact that this app opens automatically when opening a faceit link makes it actually detrimental to my experience browsing faceit on my phone, because I can't even access the content in the webpage, forcing me to use my computer instead.

Missing things like new missions or missions overall, so got to open it on pc. Not such easy to use it. I don't know why there must be chats/friends on different sections, making a conversation with friend section would be better (adding requests, etc) or name it facemess whatever. On the main page only new from faceit which adds new posts once a month, pointless

Faceit servers are excellent and there are good players, also fair system, but I can't for some reason view my profile on the mobile app unlike the PC app where it functions perfectly. I don't like that I have to get banned if I leave a match since it is "Casual Matchmaking" I should be able to leave during match, also the AFK ban is acceptable to teach people to hurry up. Edit: I always make sure to update the app, but I am totally sure it is your app's problem.

The UI is a bit confusing but other than that it's an awesome app for keeping track and participating in tourneys.

i downloaded to watch cs2 streams but I'd like to be able to pop out the video or have it still play without needing to have my screen on.

"Whoops! error occurred.." something like that it's showing me after I'm trying to log in on my acc. via app. I tried also to reinstall and I could to log in, but after 4-5 sec. it is again the same error and it's impossible to use app. And this is something what is happening for a while already, but I thought, it's going to be fixed. Unfortunately, it's not. That's why I'm writing review about it.

Guy's I'm going to be direct take some inspiration from twitch and YouTube YouTube quality and there chat systam in video is the best but the twitch has some best integration of it and I like the bit rate of YouTube, but other the that apps is fantastic but it lags a bit

you might think it's impossible to make this app worse, but don't worry they found a way. can't full screen POVs and I can't even finish watching a match before it starts the stream over. simply not worth your time if you have to watch on mobile, really disappointing that the experience is just getting worse.

Kissing some SERIOUS changes. If I switch to a different POV, I can't make make the player fullscreen. it goes back to the original POV. Not only that, I should be able to minimize the entire player while i'm on other apps. Aside from this, typical broken POVs, audio issues, etc. Just a few tweaks, and it's an easy 5 star.

buggy and annoying, lags, the keyboard covers the text box, basically you can't see what you type, no matter how many times you close keyboard and re-open it, it is slow, non-practical, I try to use it to chat with my friends but I think we'll move to steam chat if this doesn't get fixed, also is very slow

When I try to connect my CS2 account from my PC it says "upgrade to prime status", when I try it from the phone app it say "This is a generic message for the custom error code game_cs2_bg1" HEEEEEEEEEEEEELP

App randomly logged me out. It says my login info is wrong and won't let me change my password. Also, I can't accept drops through the app. I have to go to the website to accept drops

Faceit has a lot to offer. It's nice to be able to spectate pro's for OWCS. The app itself can be a little buggy and still needs work. The ui and different systems could use some work, and it seems unnecessarily complicated. Try to figure out how to do that without walking away being as confused as possible while going through the 5 different categories of the app searching for it. Some clarification can be found in the FAQ's but if a FAQ is how to use your app, you did something wrong.
