I really really wanted this food to be good! I ordered my first week and was excited. The pictures look amazing!.... What I received wasn't. Unfortunately, each of the dinners was not as expected. Watery and tasteless. The shrimp and chicken thigh pieces were dry! In a wet mix! I reached out to them and they canceled my subscription, which I'm very thankful for. Try at your own risk. I just tried my 4th meal (orderd 8) and the rest are going bye bye.....

I order specifically the keto meals. I love all of the main courses I've tried, but I'm not a fan of the zucchini sides (there are a lot of these), it doesn't stay fresh very well. I wish this service offered an option to choose your main and sides separately, or a lower price if you chose no side.

This app is so terrible. It just does not allow you to do anything more than order food. It won't let you cancel, half the time when you skip a delivery it ignores it, and you can't even look at your current meals to figure out what you have in your refrigerator. You can't go back and look at your meal for nutrition...there's just very little functionality for a user. I suspect it's simply to make it hard to do anything but pay money for food. I've canceled my service with Factor because of it.

I have, due to the cost of shipping (which is the same if you order 1 week at a time of order 9 meals for longer term use, based on my needs covers 3wks) I have started ordering larger numbers and then freeze. I have found not as great tasting but still cost effective. My suggestion is don't microwave if you need to freeze but defrost overnight and cook in oven. Taste closer to never been frozen that way.

Food is great. Service is terrible. Constantly missing meals in my box. If they run out of something they don't substitute. You just get shorted on items. Sometimes more than half the order is missing. Sometimes they preemptively credit you sometimes not. Now two times in a row my food didn't arrive on my delivery date at all. They took my money 5 days ago. They should be prepared with ingredients and delivery logistics by delivery date. Customer service doesn't seem to care. Cancelled.

Well I was enjoying this app, having had 2 boxes. The food is amazing. What's not is the app, apparently. I had already put in to skip my next box but then I get a notification that they charged me anyway. Trying to explain to their less than helpful customer service got me nowhere. Won't be using this again.

Thankfully they've got a decently written website that let's you manage your account and shipments. The app would be cool to have access to but I've never been able to login to it. It uses the same credentials as the website from what support has told me. I was also told by support that they'd enter a ticket for the issue and to just use the web for now and try again in a few hours. Kind of a watery mushy support experience. Hopefully I can forget about this experience once the food arrives!

I've been really happy with the meals so far. You have to option to make you meals have low calories. Or you can make them all keto/ vegan among other options. I've been having these meals for the last few weeks and I have noticed a weight decrease while sticking to them. Also they are fairly affordable with each meal being around 10 dollars.

only had my first delivery so far but this food is amazing. flavor wise it can't be beat. I spent 80 dollars on 8 meals which seems cheap but the quality is not. I did get hello fresh before which was good. but I don't want to have to cut up all the product then cook it. I know I'm lazy but this is only for a few days a week. maybe more now that I know they taste good. but the quality is just as good. even better. I don't normally eat alot in a single sitting but these meals are perfect for me.

There are a lot of things to like about Factor. I just didn't like over cooked vegetables. Except for green beans, all veggies were cooked to death. You also can't filter to avoid specific ingredients you can't eat. You select from general categories (vegan, keto, non dairy, calories, non spicy, etc), but you can't avoid, beans, for example.

Good meals. I stick to the chicken meals because the ground meat ones are too greasy. The real problem is I haven't been able to use any of my rewards since I started these boxes in January. I've spoken to customer service and all they did was apologize and give me a $5 credit. I still can't use any rewards. They send more rewards but it's only free boxes for new people I get to sign up. They seem to be more worried about getting new customers than helping retain who they already have.

Really enjoy the service, but it can be pricey heavy at times. Specific comments for the app: It has a rate your meals system, which is great. But what it doesn't do is use those rankings for future orders. For example, if I give something max rating I definitely want it again and the opposite is also true. However, I have not observed that type of feedback actually contributing to future orders. Overall, I recommend it if like to manage your meals yourself weekly and have the funds to do so.

The food isn't terrible but it isn't tasty yet high in sodium. The vegetarian selection is limited and repetitive, 4 options per weeks 3 of which are repeated from a few weeks ago. Several dishes feel like just rehashing the same ingredients. Tastes much closer to frozen food than fresh food. No option to put membership on hold, only to manually skip deliveries by week. So if you forget to skip, they will charge your card and not be able to adjust the order. Good customer service though.

Nice and easy. So far no issues. Food is good and I'm visibly showing evidence of weight loss. Only complaint is that the $10 coupon I've earned can't be applies to anything. Error message states, "cannot be applied at this time" every time I've tried to use it. Aside from that, I do recommend this subscription service. I removed 2 stars since I've still been unable to use my reward and now have a second reward which I can also not use. After my next review I'll be stopping my subscription

The food is excellent. However the app and experience has a lot of work that needs to be done. Even though enabled, push notifications do not work. With a very busy schedule it is sometimes hard to remember that if you do not place your menu selection by Wednesday at midnight it will default to a Chef's Choice, leaving you with food that you may not like. This is rather inconvenient. The delivery company that they utilize has also had its issues. I've gone elsewhere

Not going to lie. I fully expected these meals to suck. I have tried 3 other meal preps and have always been disappointed. So far, with Factor, I have been blown away. All meals, and I mean all meals, have been outstanding! The quality is amazing. The prep time I save alone is wonderful. I don't have to think about anything. Throw the meal in my bag, transfer to fridge at work, microwave for 2-3 minutes, Eat! It really is that easy. Delivery is seemless. It always arrives when they say it will!

I'm not great in the kitchen and have very little time or will to spend improving that. It is great to have tasty, fast, real food options delivered to my door. As a recovered former gym rat, Factor would have made my life so much easier if it was available back then, struggling to balance my poor culinary skills against clean eating with a sophisticated palate!
