This new app can't refund a debited customer, even if you see settlement available on the dispense error area,It won't be credited to your wallet and won't be reversed.thats what am facing.

I can't just understand why they changed this app from Payfoce to FairMoney! I was really enjoyed using Payfoce, easy to login and logout. But after the management changed it to FairMoney app, I'm finding it hard to have access to the app, very annoying. Why changing it and make it harder instead to be easy for users to enjoy the app? I'm really hangry for my experience with the app, if not that many of my customers already have the POS account number I will have stop doing business with you ☹️

I have been trying to sign up since morning, all to no avail. They wouldn't send me varification code not via message or email. And when my friend friend was able to sign up for me, using his own phone. For me to login with my phone since I have downloaded the app is another problem. Rather showing me invalid credentials. And when I try to change password by clicking on forget password. The error message is this account not found. And same account not found can be login with my friend's phone.

I love the app actually. You guys are awesome but the only thing I don't like is the process you will go through to see the unsuccessful transactions in the dashboard. In other POS, you will see all the unsuccessful transactions as well as the successful ones. This will enable you to copy the RRN and do a reprint if need be.

The app is very good thing But, the issues am having with it is that, it doesn't print end of the day with full transaction details And also this new version doesn't make sense, on like the transaction history is not showing up appropriately, if click on the date you want the transaction history, and return, it will automatically take u back to the beginning and start afresh

The issue started after this latest update. My keypad to login stopped popping up. I have to uninstall and reinstall anytime I want to login.

This app for me is just acting useless i did my research about the app before downloading it and now i can't even sign up what a waste of time ,data,and effort This app acts more like a scam.app tha5 anyother thing so useless I am so disappointed in the company who made the app, the interface is terrible

Very useless and frustrating app update. Keypad don't even pop out at all. How can one login without keypad? Does not even deserve a star if I have my way.

I have been unable to log into my account since I opened this account, saying my log in isn't correct even after it has been confirmed by ur agent that the info I am putting is correct. It is really disappointing

There is no sign out option in this new app, checking transaction history will automatically log you out,my staff my likely use the opportunity to kill my business since I can't check the transaction history. Also,try and hide the balance during logging and option to see it This is frustrating and annoying. If you can't make the app works better than the previous one then leave it the way it was, why upgrading when you don't have what it takes to make it work better.From a frustrated customer

I'm totally disappointed 😞 with this so call Fairmoney Business App, Highly disappointed. Nonsense. I can't access the Fairmoney Business App unless I off my Data or uninstalled the app and download the new and using it once it will continue failing worst App ever, very slow in everything.

you guys really disappoint me, Very bad app to me, been using it for about 7months since you guys convert from payforce to fairmoney, i used to take their loan which i always payback in time, l never skip my due date, but instead of my limit offer to increase, its keep decreasing, the more i take and repayback the more they decrease, they keep telling me to increase my transaction which sometime in a week i make over a million naira transactions, i can't rate you guys morethan 1star for now 😡😠

I see that one can not delete his details from this app. It didn't meet up to my request and I wish to delete my details for security reasons.

This app was better when it was Payforce. This new app takes longer time to open even after update. I can't lodge for Despense error refund. POS declined transactions can be found in the app. For the POS, the input wordings on transfer page are tiny, should be bold like other POS. There should be suggestions for expected Banks when inputting the account number. Scrolling down is stressful. The Bank Network checking on the POS doesn't have 50% accuracy, always showing wrong value.

It's very frustrating that for over 6 hours I have been trying to sign up on the app but the app keeps crashing anytime I capture the selfie for verification. Please do something about this.

The app has been erratic since the last update. It greys out the ability to send funds and other things. I'm not sure why the team is obsessed with fixing an app that is not broken.

Too bad, after uploading utility bill for proof of address the account became non-useable . Support failed fantastically, to either relate or respond appropriately. I eventually got across to customer care rep on phone, i was redirected to send mail to the same support i was communicating with via same phone registered on the account, aren't calls and mails mode of communication what's the redirection about? Being calm I have called severally and sent mails to no avail

I love the new commission upgrade and Fairmoney customer service especially the phone call and WhatsApp guys you guys are really doing great, my issue is with your transactions, on the application, when you click on pos transactions all transactions appears , when you click on wallet funding, all transactions appears, when you click on every option all transactions appears similarly in the next upgrade, kindly include option to see pending transaction, delayed transfer too pls help fix these 👍
