App is buggy and beeaks more than it works! Can't access my account and it's one of the worst banking apps I've ever used For FIB, please have a better IT partners your portals are the worst and it's 2021!!!

I am facing a lot of troubles to log in and changed the password several times through the call center after expiry of entering the password. Still awaiting answer from the technical support.

Good application for the bank. But it is unstable, mostly disconnect of server. Slow in transition between screens, stop responding. Need to be improved as a bank application

Sorry, but the worest Bank ever, they use the current situation of quarantine for their sake. The hot line dosent work, all atm machines show the message ( temporary out of service), they stopped the online service yhrn they got it started again and i cant login by my password, no single way to login in case u lost password either.

Very bad experience with this application. Very bad service while calling the bank's call center to let us knowhow to manage our account since the application is not working. Not recommend at all and we are going to close our accounts in this bank.

Very limited app doesn't do anything except statement and transfer between own accounts , it needs a lot of improvement. Also it only works on working Days and during working hours 😀😀 يبدو أن احدهم يأخذ مفتاح السيرفر معاه وهو مروح

I'm not able to login any more says wrong credentials but I use the same credentials on the web app ... Fix your responsiveness on the web app for 1080p monitors also there is a typo in the license word at the bottom (web) 🤦🏻

I've updated my review and decreased it because of a lot of issues dealing with the application.. Need to allow screen shots as well as add more services, and the most important is the online payments as it is not working till now.

The application on android/Google play is not working properly and not enabling to review account details. Only logging in and keep giving the updating signal without actually updating or showing details. On the other hand the app on apple app store works seamlessly

Finally, Transfer to other banks added. الحمد لله The app is good. But, worst thing is that no one replies to complains. Poor support. A workaround to reactive login with Finger print, goto mobile settings, select applications, app info, find Faisal online then clear data and cash

To keep politeness measures it is not the smartest online banking nor any online service ever. Keeps disconnecting with no reason. Tedious registration process. Session keeps timing out while logging in and changing password for the first time. Password characters are restricted for no clear reason and password character valid set is not shown you have to guess? No need to reinvent the wheel simply use an up to date banking online methodology.

Application performance needs to be enhanced always it gives connection issues. Also, it lacks many features; it should allow to register/unregister Token directly.. Updates must be frequently, until now it is not compatible with the latest android version !!!! No responce from the support team 👎

Excellent when the bank network is available. I just have a minor concern, where after I updated my password the application refused to authenticate using my fingerprint as usual, that is because it was activated once before on the same device, that is a problem in the application that forced me to uninstall it and then reinstall it again to clear the previous activation done for my old password.

Update: it works now, but Fingerprint ID still does not work. It doesn't go beyond the splash screen "first screen with logo once you open the app". It's a mandatory now, in all banking dealings, to have a solid mobile app!

I am not able to use the app anymore after the last update!! it carsh when you try to use fingerprint. and whe I am trying to use my account info it also won't login and shows a popup to call customer support that they don't have technical background to help with that!!! you should fix this issue quick because doesn't make sense to use web app on mob.

It has issues when every time login There's no method make this process smooth every time I should add all info and fingerprint didn't work . It makes the experience so poor. Just because I need this app to make my transactions it would impossible use this app

Correct name with wrong account number. Although I've just checked balance in the bank branch and all is fine, It shows zero balance on the app. Can't easily add a beneficiary to transfer money as it asks for "tokens" !!! ***IMPORTANT*** Security is utterly poor and weak as no OTP, verification code, to be sent to your mobile. Account creation was like skills and capabilities exam !!! Time is short and session runs time runs out Bad app needs lots of development and enhancements
