You really should let people know that it costs money to use the app BEFORE downloading... Also, cannot tell if the app works, before paying for it... Kind of a lame set up guys.... Would it kill you guy's to let somebody locate somebody one time as a test? Probably not... smh Lame marketing, lame due to no ability to test before buying, lame developers obviously. Deleting just as fast ad I installed it. Bye fools! FYI: You earned just one star, because of your lack of foresight.

Disgusting! Rubbish app, there are much better free ones. And what's worse, I have been trying to cancel the subscription for this app for months!! Yet they are still taking my money. They must owe me several hundred pounds by now. DON'T SUBSCRIBE. Oh, and the support email doesn't work, I've emailed countless times.

Cannot use this as it keeps telling me to turn off battery optimisation. I have done this, multiple times, checked every app in my phone to make sure I don't have the battery saver ones as per instructions in the app. The app has permission to run as it needs to but the message is still on my profile. Tried to contact you through your page and there was nothing on the contact support page. I've spent over an hour trying to fix this but am going with another app.

Does what you expect and since the new version it's actually a bit more stable. My wife and I use it to check each other's location, so we know when to start making dinner, get ready to leave, etc. Very nice and usually quite acurate. Make sure to remove the warning after completing the power saver settings the app gives.

Wow, where to start... The app has been updating for half a day now. Must be a great update with lots of new features! The badge icon due to the never ending update is annoying though as I think there is a message when I see it. Well, I'll just use the in app feedback button to send feedback. Nope. Doesn't work. Sends me to a page asking me to "share with friends". Ok, I'll go to the company website and submit feedback that way! Problem solved right? Sadly, no. The contact and support tab has no contact info or links! Must be an oversight due to the large update I've been receiving all day. All right then, I'll just search the rest of the site - there must be an email address somewhere... Success! I found an email address. Ok, I've written my concerns and viewpoints and sent the email. Oh oh.... the email address I copied and pasted from the site got bounced back - invalid email.... It appears these guys are in over their heads. The app is a bit clunky. It also does not work all the time, as other apps do. And there is absolutely no way to contact customer service. I do not recommend this app.

This app doesn't work,It only want access to your credit card, for monthly renewal without your permission. Please play store should investigate this app,they just debt your account monthly without permission. Please all payment system here should be cancelled

Absolutely terrible. How can try to register and I can't get the verification code? Despite how many times I try. I'm fed up. Well, you say that I should check my email, that you'll send it there. But guess what, I didn't see anything!!!!! I've checked countless number of times yet, still the same story. I'm really mad at this app!!!!!

This app is fake. It doesn't work and they make you pay for a service that they don't provide. Highly don't recommend it. It's a waste of money and time. Just another scam.

Hi everyone, this application is not useful at all, I wanted to search for a phone. They said it was a 3-day trial and I didn't even find the phone because the other phone did not have the app,so I didn't use it for 3 days and they deducted the sum of #9,100 naira and I only clicked in the 3-day trial, not only that, I didn't even find the phone in the end

I personally have had more than one issue it led me to apps to include that I didn't understand. Plus I wasn't aware until after I gave all my profile that I had to include all my contacts which are mostly professional people and hardly any body I know personally. Full of surprises that I didn't expect. Now I want to see how difficult it is to receive my membership premium back.

This app is not doing anything at all. I put two phone in different location, create a group to be able to see if I can get it tracked. I am lost maybe there's something I need to do that is not on this app to track the other phone. I have even paid for their subscription. No where to do tracking o. If I'm missing something, please let me know. This is frustrating. You can not send feedback, your message can only be sent to your contacts. This is terrible.

One of the best apps the play store. Life360 and the synic one always have issues. This one is simple and seamless to setup. only need your number. One question for the developer though, I saw a premium subscription popup.How do i pull that thing back up again? Update: Email login is now the only method to log in and my phone number account is lost with all my settings. I messaged support and no reply back. Kind of disappointed. Update 2: they fixed it and now I can see all my old settings

DON'T DO IT! Worst family tracker EVER!! I looked thru many family locator apps and chose this one bc of the # of stars in the reviews and the features it claimed to have. However, it never really worked. It kept saying i needed to do something with the battery optimization even though I've already done it. I emailed the developers and never heard back. I made the mistake of paying for a 3-mo. subscription and wanted to cancel within less than a week but they won't refund my money.

This is the only app that works for my lifestyle, and has been working, up until the latest update... I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S8 and I keep getting the same "Just updating for the best experience" notification. I can't seem to silence it without silencing my phone entirely, which is NOT an option (emergencies). It's waking me up at night and interrupting/getting me in trouble several times an hour, all day. What happened? Help!

A wonderful app, most of the time. I went through an annoying period where Familo would refuse to work if I didn't have my wireless turned on. If I'm working too far from a router it does nothing but drain my battery (and my battery life is already too short). Also, I now get constant notices telling me to turn off battery optimization for my phone. My phone claims that it's turned off. However, this program has literally been a life-saver. This really is a wonderful app. Thank you so much!

App is only good for actively searching for someone. The notifications are very unreliable and keeps getting worse every day. I send feedback in app with no responses back. And as of 6:15 am I'm still not getting notifications of husband leaving the house though I checked that it was still set to... And to reply to their comment, it's STILL is not notifying any leaving so I will stay at 1 star... Happening again I've had the app since 2016. It's not the optimization that just started yesterd
