This app has been great to use. It's easy to see where your kids are. The offensive language is also a great feature. I like receiving the notifications for my kids' devices. You can have several devices all under one account. Customer service has been a big help with any issues also.

The app works fairly well but the tracking leaves a lot to be desired. I am trying to cancel while we are in a 7-day trial, but the app will not allow you to cancel and does not allow you to delete the account as that it says you have not canceled, when it will not let you cancel. Edit: customer support did get back with me and cancelled the account. But be aware only one parent phone can connect to the child, per customer service.

Within an hour of downloading it notified me that my daughter had visited an inappropriate website. (And wouldnt tell me what it was)Funny thing, I had her phone the entire day. Witbin 6 hours it notified me of inappropriate content 4 times, told me she left home twice and then DID NOT report an inappropriate text I sent off of her phone to "test" if it worked. Other than me sending a text to "test" the Phone never left my bedside table and wasn't touched by anyone all day. ABSOLUTE WASTE!!!

I've had it on my son's phone for a few days now and have already found several issues: (1) There is no password required on the kids app to change the settings, so the kid(s) can change anything at anytime. (2) The only somewhat "reliable" tracking information is the current location, which you sometimes have to close out and go back into the app to reset even. The tracking history is a JOKE! (3) A tab is added to the side for one permission on his phone and he easily deactivates by touching it

I tried to cancel my membership a few hours after I tried to set up my new son's iPhone. I own Android and clearing said that they were not compatible, so I have to look for another application to be able to put time limits on his iPhone. Si, now I have received an email saying that I won't get a refund of $59.99. When I canceled, I especially mentioned that the Android and iPhone were not compatible.

paid for and doesn't unlock features, called the support number and the person who answered said it's a mistake and hung up. I have the option to cancel my subscription, but didn't get the features...... I have the bill for the subscription and you reply with that. Fix your app and get a legit phone number

doesn't work as described and refuses to cancel your renewal payment from subscription. I have involved google play to get this crsp off my phone.

Do NOT sign up to this app! I am still in trial period, not wishing to proceed, it says cancel anytime but this doesnt seem to be allowing me to cancel in their app. I have reached out to customer service many times and no reply. There's is no phone number to contact them, no option to change payment details, it is a scam! It says cancel any time which is not true when you have made cancelling incredibly difficult! Scam artists!

This has been the worst. My kid just keeps turning it off on his phone... What's the point! Now it's just stopped working at all. Waiting for support to get back to me. I'll be cancelling my subscription (which was not cheap!)

GARBAGE CUSTOMER SUPPORT The app itself just didn't have the features our family needed - that's fine. I immediately reached out to cancel my trial before even being charged. Cleverbridge couldn't do it, so Reason Security was supposed to contact me or I could follow the link. I followed the link and no one ever got back to me. This was a week in advance! I still got charged and am fighting to find someone in this mess to give me my money back.

Used to have a different look and had a whole lot more things you could control on your child's phone. since the update, it has been nothing but disappointing. also, it's not blocking screen time and he's able to change settings himself on his phone. also used to be free. had way more things when it was free and worked 100 times better. now we have to pay, and the app sucks

I need a refund. This app doesn't work properly. From location to the screen time, the blocking of apps, and the offensive language. It just stopped working. Before you respond to reach out to support, I did, and there has been no response. The accessibility was turned on. I verified for myself.

Completely and utterly disappointed in this app. The location setting does not update like it says it does. We've had it for two days now and we get random notifications at 10:30-11:00 pm that Mt son is in a random location when he's in bed. Emailed customer service and have yet to hear back. A total waste of money.

I just signed up for the service and followed all directions to install the app. I am unable to login to the app. Everytime it says "failed to fetch user details." I reset my password three times now, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I signed up for the service on the website and can't even cancel the trial to keep from getting charged. I went to the support page and tried to submit a request for assistance. THAT ERRORS OUT!! So now this is my only means to voice my frustrations. Dont buy!

Great for letting me know when an app is being used. NOT GREAT with actually blocking apps. Sometimes the apps unlock despite the schedule. Biggest issue to me is that the apps can still be used in PopUp or SplitScreen mode, even when actively blocked. I also cannot see overall screen time. I'm not getting notifications for messages in some apps. What was the point of paying for this? UPDATE: Now it's not showing some apps so I don't even get notifications like I used to.
