I'm obsessed. It works perfectly for keeping all of our family organized. Even great for keeping grandparents in the loop without having to give our entire calendar. The recipe/meal planning to shopping list feature is awesome, it's easy to add to as you go along as well. I only wish that there was a more robust chore feature. There are to-do lists, but they're a bit more cumbersome. If it worked like a the recipe area then this would be the perfect family management app.

So Far, so good. This has eliminated about 5 separate apps that I've used and makes it easier to organize life for a family of 6. Only complaints, I wish I could go into landscape view on my tablet, but it doesn't and I wish there was a secure place to store personal info like passwords (my family is constantly asking for Passwords) etc. Also it would be absolutely awesome if there were more budgeting options, like if I could put in bill, creditor, life insurance info, car insurance info etc.

Better than all other similar apps I've tried in helping me stay organized, but does have a few minor performance issues. Some examples: When removing a note for an item in a list, it does not actually remove it until I back out/go back in to perform the action multiple times. When editing list item names/notes, the keyboard jumps to the beginning, often after starting to type. It struggles to open list items with multiple comments + sometimes crashes, especially if the comments contain links.

I use this app to keep in touch with my long-distance partner. It's nearly perfect! The shared calender adjusts to our time zones, so we know when we can call out of the blue and when the other person is busy. I've found that the desktop version is a little easier to navigate than the mobile version, especially for the calendar feature. But I also love keeping shared lists of movies we want to watch and sending photos. Highly recommend ☺️

This app is nearly perfect for my needs - the meal plan, shopping list, and recurring chores have made my life much less stressful. Two little tweaks would make it 5 stars. #1 - I'd love to be able to assign meals to different people, so it's easy to spot who is cooking each day. #2 - This may be the app or just my phone, but notifications stop working about once a week. I have to remove permissions, restart my phone, then allow and restart again to jump start notifications 🙄 Frustrating!

Very good communications platform for groups/families. It definitely has a lot of potential! I've noticed the mapping/location notifications & map updates appear to be very intermittent; sometimes I get family arrivals/departures, sometimes I don't, and the same for them with mine. And when we do get them, it's often 20-40 minutes after the fact. While the app is being updated with purpose, the website seems to be languishing; not seeing some of the same functionality/tweaking there (not able to see comments on tasks, for example.) Also, when messaging back and forth, the replies don't just get delivered as they would a text message; you have to click the message button (on the website at least) to call the server to push the replies out. Small annoyance, but worth a mention. I'd like to a files section with some Google Drive/DropBox type integration for accessing important files, and the ability to create conversation threads (like tasks) that can be maintained and archived when finished, for those intermittent but ongoing discussions about the same subjects that can occur in groups/families from time to time (vacation planning, budgeting plans, etc.)

We've been using this for almost 2 weeks now and already things have improved. We're able to keep better track of tasks / shopping lists than before and a shared calendar with more people than what Google allows is extremely helpful too. A few things I'd like to see different in the future of the app: A separate chat app so it's much faster to get to or maybe even a widget to jump straight to the chat portion of the app. And the ability to assign a name to the chat groups

I love everything about this app except the location feature, which was the major reason I downloaded this and I'm trying out the premium version. I am with my husband in the same car and the GPS location is telling me he's a mile behind me, even when I refresh it. I wanted a shared calendar and location app for my whole family, but I need to be able to see where they are in real time, especially my children. As of right now, life360 is much better.

I love this app! It keeps me and my wife straight on our budget and calendar. The app is smooth and easy to use. I recommend utilizing this rather than Facebook groups to keep up with friends and family. I also see it as a useful tool for a parent to use, where kids can access information like important phone numbers. Even more incredible, the Dev team is incredibly responsive, even incorporating a recommendation I had to add shared documents! Well worth paying premium!

Dude, I've only been using this a week and it's awesome! It's easy to keep everyone updated with school events and appointments, you can put important contacts with addresses and phone numbers, there are a lot of cool features that you can get premium with, but they're really just convince stuff you can do all the planning a lists for like things to do and groceries for free all the important stuff is free which is awesome!

Outstanding shared calendar. We tried several where we could have one online place to keep the kids activities updated and accessed by everyone. This is BY FAR the best solution we found. And there's a ton of additional functionality like meal planning, a message area, a photo gallery, etc. We don't use everything, but I'm sure that other families might. Definitely recommend it, especially if you are trying to keep track of the "who when where" with your family.

I've had this app since November 2023. I've had the paid package for location services and it seems to never work properly. Never updates the location. Have to close the app MULTIPLE times to try and locate, still doesn't work. I've done all that needs to be done for location tracking, just doesn't work. If location services doesn't get fixed, I'll stop paying for the service.

I really like this app for keeping track of family things. I appreciate that you can have multiple and separate circles so my mom doesn't get spammed with notifications from my husband's stuff yet still allows me to keep track of both. The only thing I don't like is the user interface of the calendar. When looking at the calendar it doesn't make the months very distinct. The months all just blend together very continuously without a break.

I love this app. It gives my family a place to organize everything in one place. We all can see almost everything we need without texting each other to see what is for dinner or when someone has to work. There needs to be a category that is designated for notes. NOT a message to anyone but a place to create notes and gives you an option to share just like everything else in the app.

Great app to help bring better organization to the family. I appreciate the simplicity of the budget app, the ability to add ingredients from meals straight to the grocery list, and the wonderful calendar. Although there are a few glitches here and there (rename doesn't stick or changes to something else entirely) these are simple inconveniences.

Organize your home life like a pro! This app has helped my fiance and I organize all our events , shopping lists , and smaller thoughts into one place. It helps us free up time and be more efficient with the small things! It helps organize appointments, shopping lists and more. It helps me never forget a thing at the grocery store. I couldn't recommend it enough

There are a LOT of great features that make this better and more robust than Life 360, but these aren't as fully developed as they could be. For example, the privacy feature in maps only allows you to completely turn off location sharing, rather than a time-specific temporary off selection (although there is a temporary on option, this isn't particularly helpful in practice). The list sharing feature is not intuitive; it's extremely difficult to figure out how to share a list with specific peopl

Absolutely love the app! It's great for my family to know what they need to do without me having to tell them. The budget is easy to manage, the lists are great, and everything updates for everyone in the group immediately! My only technical function irritation is on the budget. When I edit a budget item, my keyboard comes up and I can't see the bottom of the edit page. So I can't see the note I am writing. That hasn't happened with other sections. Workable but frustrating. LOVE THIS APP!!!

Great app but needs a couple minor changes. First one is super easy and obvious. When you change the list type from "to do" to "other" nothing changes. What should change is the check box should go away. Whatever is written and posted here should not be constricted to a certain length to where I have to scroll to see my whole copy of text. Secondly, would be great to have an audio note option on top of the written text option in those lists. Thanks, Bernie

Fairly easy to use for both the family and for personal. We all have our own to-do lists as well as a house to-do list. The shared grocery list is awesome as the kids can put stuff we're out of and I can see it when I order groceries. I put in the dinners for the week but I haven't played with inputting the recipes. The shared calendar is great for helping us remember who has what on what day as we're fairly busy. My favorite is the location sharing so we can map out routes to pick up kids.
