I signed up and everything went through and then it told me to verify my email address and I did then it said to verify my phone number and that it wanted to send my email address a text message with a code. When I tried to fix it it wouldn't let me and when I tried to chat with customer service it just kept taking me to the same screen to verify my email by text. Uninstall.

Download the app and do all the steps required to create an account, and still can't get in. Says verify my email, so do that and still nothing. Was hoping for an additional option to buying and selling cards. Guess this isn't the place.

Not very intuitive. This is an auction app that makes it almost impossible to find your current bids. Does not alert you to bid changes on items you have bid on. It basically the exact opposite of what it should be. The app looks to be just a way to sell you on their vault storage.

Hahahahahaha want me to ship my items to them, so they hold them and ship them out. Naw dog, not gonna happen. Cards I have had for almost 30 years safe and sound and you think I am just gonna ship them to you guys. Nope, I'll stick to ebay

It's a decent app. It's not as intuitive/ easy to use as the website. Checking sold history is overly complicated and some features are missing; it pulls you out of the app and opens the internet app for payment and viewing invoices. Besides that, the app is very slow, laggy and unresponsive. I have a Samsung S10 and I type a word and wait seconds for the keys I clicked to register and input. Clearing a search to search for something else takes forever. The sluggishness is my main criticism.

COMMC and PWCC are two of the top 5 card marketplaces online. Ive found some great deals I wouldn't find on eBay or even at a card shop or ripping packs a great place to find the cards you want to add to your collection the smartest way to go that's for sure. Auctions or buying a set priced card or card box I have bought a lot of vintage cards on here

Absolutely useless. Can't login since Fanatics took over PWCC. I have to do everything on the site as I can't login on the app.

The new app sucks to navigate, doesn't show everything your looking for. I'd say keep the name but bring back how the old app looked.

Please fix the application, PWCC was user friendly, the new Fanatics application is bugging and lagging I cannot bid or buy. Sorting is more difficult, maybe need to wait for updates.

Fanatics messed up what pwcc had perfected. Unable to scroll through all items in an auction. Filter options are not organized. Overall experience isn't as clean and simple as it used to be.

Very disappointed with the experience since they took over PWCC. Fees and cuts were already substantial and it just got even more pricier to pull items out of their vault. They also changed their auction timeline rules without any prior notification to buyers or sellers. Already looking for my next auction platform.

It feels like it took a considerable downgrade after being switched to Fanatics Collect. I'd often use this app to find old non-sports and boxing cards for a great price, so the sort by oldest and filters for those were great. Now those filters are gone making it nearly impossible to find things.

The app isn't user friendly for sellers. Very tough to navigate. Never find a clear seller page because it doesnt excist. Irrelevant sales from 2 years ago with pics are prominently displayed everywhere, consuming the "selling" tag page. After 10 minutes, still can't find my account balance for past sales, purchases, or transfer funds. I'll keep looking but it shouldn't be difficult. eBay seller hub is clear, friendly, without useless repetitive info Pwcc seller hub would be a great add

Severe performance issues across the board. I have never seen an app take a second to register individual keyboard inputs. Packed full of bad experiences that should never have made it into production. For example, if you search for an item and check out the auctions, but then tap the "Fixed" tab to see if anyone is selling that item for a fixed price, you have to enter your search term again. It doesn't just remember what you are looking at between tabs. It's full of stuff like that.

The pwcc app was amazing now that fanatics has taken over the app is unusable. Before you could scroll through the entire auction thousands of items now I can only see 25 items before the list just freezes. No more scrolling once I hit the bottom there's nothing there. The filters are not intuitive and reset too often. Another swing and Miss for fanatics.
