The game is great until lately the game charges you twice for $2.99 for the money in the piggy bank. When you pay for it and before it goes through the game restarts so when you pay again it has charged twice. It started doing this ever since they started the adds in the game and they should fix this problem and this is the second time I sent them a email and they never reimbursed me for the double charges. I have contacted support by email and nothing happened.

I've been play this game for over a year. After the new update there is now an ad that pops up after going from one factory to another or from ships to main screen or just going screen to screen. I'm not enjoying the game like I used to and if this continues I'm going to have to delete the game. If I want to watch ads by clicking the gift then that's my choice. When the ads just randomly pop up, that's annoying. Please stop the ads.

I like this game and it's fun to play... or it was until the recent update permitted pop-up ads after you leave the menus from one of your factories or barn. If you're a player like me that refuses to put any of your paycheck towards in-game cash or coins, the option to EARN in-game money by watching a ad is great. Watch an ad to reduce a timer? Sure, that's reasonable and I still get a reward for the time. Pop-ups though? The kind that I have to wait a certain time to skip or close? JUST NO.

I'll give it 5 stars but there are some things that I think it'd make the game better. It take too long to finish something. We should be able to choose the amount to load the ship until it reaches the number requires. Everything should be able to be rotated 360° instead of just 90°. Add a port for collecting sea products. Add some more community and decoration constructions (airport, dentist, train station, bus stop, railway...). Add more things to farm (pig, goat, fish...). Have day and night

I love this game and the graphics, is fast and is free, they offer to buy but I did not need it. What I did not like is that the maximun level is 30, you can continue playing after you reach the level 30 but can't buy new houses, buildings, etc. They added more levels, and I am enjoing the game. I give them 5 stars. I am still enjoing this game.

Great game. I'll give it a 5 when they change the airplane rewards system. I don't think it's good that "if you forget to send the plane it ships automatically and you get no reward."Change the ships automatically or at least give the coins and the experience points for shipment and keep the jewels. Also, I have to close the app because it overheats my phone. Another thing, it's almost impossible to get clovers for the balloon game bc helping residents went away.

Uggh. The latest update changed a LOT of art, particularly ones for farming and orders. Bigger UI is normally better, but these are too big for phones and changing designs will confuse players who use memory to have more enjoyable gameplay. It's not energy based, which is nice, but it may be too much of a clone of related games for some to enjoy. Tries to force co-op. Reversing the art and fixing the tutorials will add a star. Better balancing the costs/materials will earn the 5th star.

I like this game and I originally rated it four stars because there were some glitches in it that caused it to freeze. Nothing major on my end. I downgraded my rating because they recently added so many ads that it hinders the game. I specifically looked for a game I could play during times where I'm just waiting that had little to no ads. Well it looks like I'll have to go find another game after playing this one for a few years.

Very engaging. The best of a farming game and city builder! Can't wait to be able to in-game add neighbors Looking forward to the next competition! The rewards are highly motivating! Leveling up is fast and not tied to spending money. I highly recommend this game for it's visual appeal and enjoyment. **UPDATRD** If the puzzles get more challenging I'll embrace it! I'm only in competition with myself so the pizzles give me a true sense of accomplishment once completed.

I love this game, but it gets FROZEN!! It's frozen on me 3 different times, and I was only unable to unfreeze it once. The other times I had to uninstall and then start over completely. Such a bummer and not worth the time or the money I spent on in-app purchases. From what I've been able to gather online, a lot of others have the same experience as I do. FIX THE FREEZING!

Fun little farming game. But twice it didn't load from the start loading screen (just stayed at 100% and never launched the game). I tried everything, closing all other apps, clearing cache, restarting phone, etc. So I uninstalled, reinstalled, and tried again from LV1 since I didn't link to FB (didn't mind, I was only a couple hours into it at LV10). Then it happened again a couple days later. Not reinstalling this time since I still did not link to FB and I'm not interested in starting from 0

I have played 30 levels, and have a problem getting access to add neighbors/ just a few days ago, the random players list of invites disappeared completely, along with the maximum number of invites I sent, that never got a response. Now there is also an issue of one of the ships demanding a wallpaper, that I have no means to produce, and that's messed up too! It ties the ship up, because there's no way to cancel the order. I also think it's sad that it freezes up, n probably due to so many ads

Reinstalled after almost 2 years. Still love it and am still addicted to it. One question, the same one with every game ever: where the hell are the directions??? Or even a basic play button, with a few more details other than make things to sell? There isn't even a button to ask questions!!UPDATE: less than a week, I've spent at least $100 and can't get rewards or get into city hall. 2/15/23: trying one last time.

The game is glitchy. I started playing a couple of weeks ago. It's very similar to Township and I adore that game. But I noticed issues right away. For example, the time to build buildings doesn't always work. I was building a community building and left the game to allow time to pass to finish the building When I came back an hour later, only 5 minutes had passed in the game. Also, the marketplace is terrible with coupons. I might delete the game and be content with Township.

I have been playing this game for years, off and on, and have loved it immensely. Until the latest changes you all have made. Now when I go to help a friend, it takes me to their farm, it shows me what they need, then freezes. It will not let me AND it will not let me leave. I have shut game completely down and restart just to get back to my own farm. The bonus box is not even daily anymore, it is just whenever it feels like showing up, and there are similar problems with it.

I'm your ideal client. I got to level 80 on Township, and lost my town. And this is a Township knock off. I like the game. But there are 4 annoying problems that piss me off. The game took too long to install. Everytime I buy a land expansion, it vanishes unless I use Farm $ to finish early. And today, I waited twice for an expansion just to have it taken away ahead of time. And when you try to touch one building, it activates another. Zero tech support is available.

I want to love this game, but there are too many glitches/bugs. The current mini game (skate moo-vement) is horrible. When you tap to jump, it doesn't. It's frustrating! No in-game support that I can find to help with issues. The issues are piling up, and it prevents me from wanting to continue to play. I will probably uninstall and continue to play township. This game could be SOOO much better than township if the devs really put the effort into the game!! Sad!!

I love this game. I like it enough I lost all my info on a broken phone and I started over. However, Wooly Tower Builder still glitches sometimes making you lose a life every time. Lowering to 3 stars because now if you request something in your team and log out your request disappears so you can't get what you need. This is one of the few games I have spent money on. I won't be anymore though. If they keep trying to squeeze I'll delete it. It's not as fun anymore...

I love the game design and all the fun things I can do on this game! However this game does seem to have some technical issues I experience. Firstly, I have high speed internet and play ads all the way threw. Yet most the time after the ad is finished, I end up kicked out of game and end up on my main screen or the play store. When I get back to the game I see watching the ad did not give me my reward. Also the game makes it really hard to expand the land by making it to hard to get the tools.

I was loving this game until you got rid of the river I was building a road toward. All my time and when I was one plot of land away from accessing the river you changed the landscape. For a game that promotes creation you sure were quick to destroy what I was making. I also wish you could get more rewards for watching the videos. One reward for 5 videos is a bit sad! Other than that, great graphics and fun little details! Thanks
