Very easy to scan to pay.Fave is one the best app to go cashless in digital india, I am a Fave user and this app have made my life seriously much easier then before. Before Fave I don’t think anybody use to trust such apps because of the frauds. Fave have such amazing features like, paying bills, booking tickets, direct transactions. 👌

I deleted my previous review and this review I'm writing just in appreciation of the customer support team - especially Mr. Deevanshu. Yes the app might not be perfect, but as long as there's a committed support team ready to converse and figure the issue out with the customer and fix the issue for them, I think it's perfect. I really appreciate that they were willing to do this for one single customer among millions. So I'd definitely recommend 5 stars for the app 👍

While the app has good discounts, some brand cards do not work (Nykaa and Enrich for example). They still list the brand even if they are not able to offer a gift card. Their customer care is useless on this issue.

I require a transaction history download with complete details, including the MESSAGES / NOTES / REMARKS that we add beneath the amount area during transactions. That message will help us keep track of our spending. Currently, the notes MESSAGES, NOTES, and REMARKS are not available for download in the transaction statement file.

Totally fraud app. I purchased a smart bazaar gift card. And when I try to redeem the gift card, it does not work at all. Previously on first transaction in this app, they promised cashback which is not given until now. There is no customer support to make a call and solve your issue too. In short, complete fraud app. Do not fall in their trap. If you fall, you will lose your hard earned money. I am a victim.

Bad experience there is no customer support, I have purchased gift voucher for Bookmyshow but it is invalid. I am not able to contact anyone from Fave team.

Needs more improvement in UPI section. There is no 'Check Balance' option which is a basic function. And there is no option to change bank account for paying only default account shows up in payment page. Or we have to go to settings and change default account then pay which is totally ridiculous. These basic functions needs to implemented fast.
