The app didnt work the whole day showing a network error where as every other app in my phone was perfectly functional using the same internet. It's very inconvinient and non reliable... often stops working at the moment of dire need.

I just don't understand how the developer team at faysal bank is working. Application is keeping me showing to update the app and playstore is saying that your app is up to date. I am unable to login to my application. One issue is not resolved properly and next arrives. I being a local mobile application developer don't make these mistakes. This issue is forever

Honestly, the most horrible banking app experience. This app continuously crashes, barely works, and often when I'm in need of an urgent transaction, its servers decide to kill themselves somehow. I have encountered so many problems bcz of it.

Really very bad app. Very slow and stuck every time. One thing I could not understand that when you choose payment and on next step chose electricity then you choose LESCO after choosing all filters why this hell app shows all others like mobile gas fee and all others then give the payment option on first step where all payments coming.only waste of time. Finally I would say this app is non professional.

I am using Faysal Digital App from Outside of Pakistan. And here I am using different Sims in my cell. But when I try to transfer any funds, And when I request OTP to transfer funds, as I receive otp on my email and phone. As you know Living in abroad, we use different sim. When I retrieve my OTP from email and try to put it in OTP Box but OTP Box remains Inactive and I can't insert OTP... Then I have to turn my pakistani Sim On and then by default OTP is added in OTP Box. This is a big headache

Worse banking and app service ever. Most of the time it takes hours to send a payment and it accidentally is delivered twice. And the money disappears from the account. They don't revert back.

I am giving 1 star because there was no other option to give rating. Otherwise they don't deserve even a single star. Worst app service. Worst account opening process... Their staff is even not aware of common rules. I tried opening my account online and the account stucked because of their services down. I gone to Bank branch about 3 to 4 times but my issue didn't resolved. Worst bank services ever.

Worst banking app, unable to type the codes while adding beneficiaries. Useless simply useless, person sitting far away from home, got stuck in a situation, unable to type the otp financial pin or unable to add new beneficiaries, where world is progressing this worst app is regressing everyday. Would request app store to add -minus rating option for retarded apps like this.

Very bad experience of this app, their helpline number doesn't hel and it's not favorable for us. whenever I call on helpline I got network error and your customer services especially ladies are always rude and have unbearable attitude. I am very very disappointed . And most important thing is that my card also doesnt whenever I needed . 🙌

Very poor app . You need to look a ubl bank app . Lot of feature and very beautiful ai style app easy to use . But your app lot of glitch. Some time raast payment pictures not saved in gallery.and when we add new account in list . Payment transfer option hide from list . We re.login and make payment. Lot of time wasted

The app after recent upgrade has lost functionality in fetching CDC link account. I dont know why they let go upgrade without a test. Since then support team also seems inefficient. Previously although App was working fine with only two issues of no detail of trasaction very shortcut of no sense and limits kept at 250000pkr as very restricted

- when doing 'Transfer/Payments', there should be a beneficiary list presented. Why is there a screen asking me whether the transfer is internal, beneficiary, non beneficiary or IBFT? This defeats the purpose of having a beneficiary list. Once a bene is created, I shouldn't have to remember what type of transaction they need. - session time out happens without warning which is very frustrating. The user should be given a warning choice whether they want to continue. - listen to your customers.

The app needs alot of improvements: 1. Bigger Font Size 2. Search option for already added beneficiaries. (In Transfers) 3. Nick Name of the beneficiary should be the primary displayed name. 4. While loading prepaid balances, it should show the minimum load that can be made. 5. Search option for finding banks when added a new beneficiary. 6. Account Statement should show more info instead of just showing the payment transfered or receive. (Beneficiary Name should be shown)

It's been decent. But now, for the last week or so, it has been a real pain. The app takes a lifetime to open. The authentication process takes too long, and when you go to transactions, it shows "host offline." Got the message that your maintenance is over, but the app is still not working properly, and it is very annoying.

Worst app and bank ever. For the past 3 weeks I have been trying to register an account but it gives error and says that I need to do a bio verification from bank which I have done twice. It still says that. For the past 2 weeks they are daying that due to recent updates their server is down. Updates are done to better the system not make it worst. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND AWFULNESS..!!

This is the absolute worst banking application ever made. Nothing works so many bugs. It's been 3 days I can't login to the application, it just keeps giving error to update, and there is no update on the store. I need to pay my credit card bills and I can't. Now if it gets delayed they expect me to pay them fines for it. But it's not my fault that I can't login to the application.

As a UK citizen this app can be a nightmare. I have had constant problems every time they update the app especially if I want to transfer out of my account. To do this you need to add them on your beneficiary list (which is another nightmare as most times you can't manually enter the OTP number that has been genetated). This needs to be fixed as my family have accounts with other banks that have been running smoothly for years.

The most inconvenient bank app to exist. Zero clarity to navigate pages and zero sense of their messages. Get yourself a UI/UX designer. Application doesn't open and the popup message is "either try again or update from playstore" --> a pop up message needs to have one instruction and it shouldn't make the user try 100 different permutations to figure out what's wrong and why they arent able to login or do anything.

The mobile app of Faysal Bank Limited is performing poorly. Upon opening the app, it prompts to update from the Play Store, but there have been no updates available. Even if it manages to run, after entering login ID and password, it constantly shows 'error in connection.' Everything seems fine from my end, but the app continues to perform terribly.
