Horrible app. Doesnt work most of the time. Despite having a subscription to barca tv plus keeps telling me to login to watch when I'm already logged in. Past matches are not available or doesn't show up. Most of the content doesn't have english subtitles. I have sent atleast 5 mails requesting my subscription to be cancelled and refunded but not a single response has come.

NO COSTUMER SERVICE. NO RESPONSE TO ANY EMAILS FOR MONTS, BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY SUPER FAST.! have problems with this app. Live TV is not in English, neither the material available to watch. I am not able to change languages in app. I have subscribed and I cannot change my subscription. I contacted support thru email with no response. Getting really bad feelings from this, especially that 80% of material or info i can just get for free from other apps. As of right now, but waste of money.

Easily one of the worst apps I've used. I signed in using Google, and then when I click to watch a video, it asks me to sign or register again. When I try to login via Google, it says password and email ID don't match. When I reset password, it simply tries to load but doesn't. After 30 mins of trying, it sends me a reset link. When I enter new password, it tries to reset but to no avail. What a ridiculous system.

This is the best Barcelona app I've ever seen besides how you see live updates, watch live match, book tickets, watch highlights, read Barcelona news etc. are spectacular

Big mistake with the notifications from the latest version. On this one you have really no choice as to which match notifications you get. i'd line to just get a notification 30 minutes before a match but no notifications for goals in case i want to watch it later. It's not possible to.make this choice anymore. Please fix, it is useless to me now except to check schedules.

i would like the app to be more interactive. I also feel that the AV content can be a lot better... everything works the way its supposed to, no hanging, no unpleasant lagging but i just wish there was a little more innovation in terms of how we as users can consume the content. its all a bit too flat for me & i would like it to be a little more engaging.

I've rated this app one star because I can't login to my account and without logging into your account you can't participate in events just watching news that's all. I think this should be fixed

1. Please add subtitles to the app's video player. Wanted to watch the Tito Villanova documentary but thought that there were no subtitles until I opened it on the browser and there they were. Turns out only the phone app doesn't have that feature. 2. Also sometimes it asks me to buy subscription even though I have it. Takes me some time to make it realize that. 3. By the way, does the Chromecast feature work? Mine is unavailable and it'd be great if I could use that.

I've been wanting to buy a Barca jersey, so I figured why not buy it from the FC Barcelona website itself. Currently, Barca is having financial troubles. And though it may not be much, I wanted to contribute to my club❤️🩵 However, they don't ship to the U.S. Am I the only one? Is it a bug in the app? Or do they genuinely just not ship to the U.S.? I just wanted to show some support to my club...

Whenever I try to sign in It always fail This is such a disgusting service by the developers A club like FC Barcelona should hire better app developers to make it a suitable app. And the UI of this app is not that so smooth. Totally disappointed after using this app.

I think this is a great app, compared to other clubs apps, this is well build... I get that live matches are too much to ask for, because of tv rights and all of that, but at least the other Barcelona teams (B team, femeni) has them, so that's nice!... However I put 4 stars just because I really believe you are missing an android tv/roku/smart tv app, most of the video content or matches i watch them on the tv with Chromecast, so having an tv app would be great!

The app works overall, though there are some key features that are flat out not working for me. My premium membership, for example, never lets me get to barcatv+ content via this app. Everything works okay on desktop version of the site, but the app never seems to be able to pick up my membership status correctly. I've submitted two separate tickets about it, and no solution has been found so far.
