The operation of our app is straightforward:
1. First, you must download our app, which serves as a wallet.
2. Next, register or log in using your email address for ticket purchases.
3. After buying a ticket, you will receive it through the app. Please ensure you enable notifications, which will inform you of any updates to your ticket such as seat assignments or confirmation of the match date and time.
4. Nominalize your ticket by entering your name and surname through the app.
5. Your ticket will only become active on match day. To enter the stadium, simply show your purchased ticket on the app from your mobile phone.
6. A few hours before the game, a QR code will appear at the entrance, which you can use to access the stadium, provided you have entered your name through the app.

Terrible. 0 stars really Can not access to my account or my (very expensive) tickets. Why not allowing people to print their tickets or send them an email with their tickets? So what do I do now?

You cannot add to basket one basic ticket and one total experience ticket.

App keeps crashing. Was able to see my tickets. Later wanted to start the app again but it keeps crashing over and over again. Not able to access my tickets anymore

The prefix for the Georgian telephone number is “+995” and not “+7880” as it indicated in the App. Because of this I can't receive the activation code to my number and can't activate my account in the App. Please, correct the above mentioned error.

I've used countless emails just for none of them to work. arrived at a game, and the ticket they gave me was for a game a couple of weeks back.
