This is the umpteenth time, this app would require to be uninstalled and to get it working will require me to visit a bank branch.. it's not nice at all.. Kindly fix this issue of app not responding or working so l can carry out important transactions.

Please I need an urgent help to activate my fcmb online token app, as I mistakenly deleted it, although redownload, but can activate it. I'm not anywhere close to any fcmb branch. I will appreciate your assistance. It's a business account.

I can't reactivate the token app with the QR code, it keep telling me the app has a bug 😑 Same issues, I've done that twice again now, Same issue repeating itself

Since I updated the app keeps closing when I try to generate OTP.. I have been to the bank and I was told that the updated version is not compatible with my phone and that's what most people are suffering, that the only solution is if I have someone with the old version or I should wait until you people resolve the issue. Please this version is not working revert to the previous version for customers to use while you fix this version.

The app keeps crashing, after I updated the latest version. It keeps telling me it's not the app has stopped. Please it's urgent this issue is worked on. I can't do any transfers and I need to make urgent transfers.

Ever since I updated the App, The app keeps switching off whenever you tap generate OTP. I can't believe I paid to have this fraustrating app in my phone. Sequel to your response, hope you won't tell me to walk into one of your branches to get it synchronised and activated again? Beginning to lose trust on your bank now

The app still crashes up till now and can't be opened for a week now. Almost 2 months after you said you're working on it it is still not working. We are now forced to use OTP which comes with SMS charges at the end of the month. This is really frustrating.

Upgraded download not working with my fone ,dont know y,uninstalled the old version and downloaded the new one but for some strange reasons I keep getting the old application which is no longer working,the old app closes immediately .I use S9 and have uninstalled and reinstalled several times,even visited a branch and they observed same too.

I seriously don't understand how one is supposed to send a screenshot of crashed application. Do you guys actually understand what we are experiencing, because your response seems very generic. Each time the you try to generate a token the app closes.

Same issues with all the other people leaving reviews. The app crashes without any warning messages. I have tried all day without success. FCMB, can you guys put up a message that the app is undergoing technical issues?

The app keeps crashing, I have tried putting a call thru and each time I get the feedback that it will be fixed since April I haven't been able to use it, can ur team just revert back to the old version it worked properly.

App crashing. Unable to ise app since update on 15/04. Please fix or revert to last version. App cannot be used to authenticate transactions. FCMB please fix this app or revert to the version pre-April update. It is still crashing. And there is no screenshot to send as it just disappears from the screen once the generate otp button is pressed. How can a financial app be down for this long. It is unacceptable. How do you expect customers to authorise their transactions

Mobile transaction on my personal account is very good but that of my business account is terrible and frustrating. I opened my business account with FCMB because I have had a good experience using the bank for my personal account but I am disappointed, to say the least. Issue resolved very fast. Thank you

I wanted to use my token for transaction but it kept crashing, now I've uninstalled and re-installed it , but i can no longer gain access into my mobile token. And this is happening on a weekend. So sad.

I'm also experiencing same issue with the token App. It keeps crashing whenever I want to request for a token. Worse still, no provision for OTP. I spoke with customer care, and was told to delete and download again. Same issue after downloading the app. This is getting worrisome. Please, @FCMB, should act fast on this.

No error messages... After i made an update it refused to open. When you click on the app and press "generate code" app closes immediately. No error codes shown, it automatically closes/shut you out. I advise you work on this immediately as its getting frustrating to make transactions.

ZERO stars! This is by far the most useless app I have ever installed! It worked for a few weeks and DIED! After going through over a dozen customer care agents with no solution, I went to the bank itself. The support individual there said it must be my phone. How preposterous! What classic utterance of garbage!😡 I have re-installed a gazillion times and tried the synchronization countless times (adjusting my time settings as instructed). To think the bank charges customers for this trash!

The process for reactivating a mobile token is too complicated and even worse, it doesn't work. The QR code you're supposed to get via online banking shoes an error. The reactivate token process via online banking does not work. It fails every time. Terrible software integration!

I went to one of the branch socan set up new one for me. In my usual way to protect my token I went to settings to setup a password which was successful only for me to insert the password for the app to launch waoola! INCORRECT password. How? Ok the whole process was repeated to activate my app again. This time I quickly used it to make a particular payment that I have delayed before I went to set up the password again (2nd time). Up till now I'm still getting the INCORRECT password response.

This App keeps crashing after I updated it. This is embarrassing for an institution like FCMB. And all you get is "we are working on it". I have read the reviews and this has been going on for more than 2 months. Are you telling me that FCMB cannot fix their APP in 2 months? This is a service that customers paid for when activating the service. FCMB can be sued for not delivering appropriate service.
