FearTools is an evidence-based app designed to help you combat anxiety, aiding you on your road to recovery. This application is especially useful for those suffering from Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Phobias, and Social Anxiety Disorder.
FearTools contains several simple, useful, and powerful tools. They include:

Thought Diary - Challenge and reframe your unhelpful thoughts with this cognitive therapy technique

Exposure - Overcome your fears with gradual exposure, an effective behavioral therapy technique

Breathe - Relax with this simple and customizable paced breathing tool

Information - Read information, follow self-help guidelines, and find additional resources

Test - Take the GAD-7 anxiety questionnaire and track your symptom severity over time

Video - Discover helpful YouTube videos that can improve your mood and behavior, from guided meditations to enlightening TED talks

FearTools is free, contains no advertisements, and is a purely non-profit venture aimed at helping people suffering from clinical depression. This breathing program would be great if it included sound. One must stare at the screen to see the prompts...not relaxing at all!

this is new to me..i get anxeity alot..about any n everyrjing..so iam trying this app out...it seems very helpfull so far. its only day 2

Worked great from day 1. It's Amazing, would love if the test, when it asks if you have felt a certain way, would give more examples or give you an option to see examples, as it can be quite hard to process certain things and think straight if you are feeling anxious and even simple questions can be hard to think through. Would definatly make it easier and would give a more acurate answer. Overall the app is brilliant. Would recommend to anyone with anxiety or feeling stressed.

It's nice...the only thing that kinda sucks is that there aren't any positive emotions in the thought diary. Some days are good and you want to write about it (: I also think some pre-made options would help to, for some of us who don't really know where to start

I like this! I've been trying to get a hold of my PTSD and Severe Anxiety problems for years and years now.... Wow... this app is great. I love that it is easy to navigate bc the last thing most people would want to do... is try to figure out how to navigate and make full use of some complex but buggy app. I want to thank the developers and the people who thought this app up. Thank you for getting me through my panic attack yesterday. Ive shown my psychiatrist the app somewhat and at my next appointment with my doctor, I'm going to show it more "in depth." I really like the idea of giving more tools to people who are dealing with stress and anxiety. Even if you just have a stressful job, kids, a hectic schedule... This app can help if you take the time to use it. I feel like it's helped me and I've only recently installed it. If you ever need beta testers or anything... *points to the screen name* haha but really, feel free to reply to this rating comment. The study of human psych is so important. Our braina control so much. Thank you 100 times for making this instead of another temple run app (not that those can't be therapeutic to some lol) I don't know if I've ever given 5 stars. Hmmm

I have OCD anxiety anger issues and depression and this is soooooo good I'm only 8 I have to go to a doctor 🤣🤣🤣

The thought diary helped me avoid a nasty panic attack the very first time I used it. My only gripe is that I can't seem to scroll the text boxes in the thought diary while writing an entry. Still 5 stars from me.
