The app has login issues and very slow in operating. It doesn't update the balance and entries of clearing. Despite of cheque being cleared the balance shown is not updated even after refreshing the page. Please resolve the issues ASAP

This app does n't work most of the time.. We can't even login to this app, and once we login to do any transactions it will show 'something went wrong'. This is happening for last one year, and your technical team have n't rectified it yet...

Worst app. Federal bank is not considering the current account holders, they dont want to rectify the bugs of the app. "Something went wrong" while trying to log in most of the time showing this message. Since one year customers are suffering with this. If you people are not capable to solve these issues pls remove the app from play store. Irresponsible fellows. Apr 2023 ..Updating after 11 months. One updation came few months back, then it was working ok. Now its completely crashed. RIP

App is not functioning at all, the moment we put the mpin, the cursor starts rotating & we get a message of time out. How do we log in ?. Have reinstalled the app , rebooted my android it's just not working. Pls fix it. We need the app for some urgent work

I just found a way around. if your app is crashing or when you try to send money, it keeps circling and doesn't send the money . Just go to phone seetings, find the app and click on FORCE STOP, and restart the phone, and the app will work fine. Let me know guys if this step was helpful..

In fact it is not useful to do any business. It has premature performances. Always giving sign up issues. Also showing incomplete transaction details, moreover no option to share the UTR details to anywhere. Please do fix the correction measures urgently. Why always showing "weak wify detected" in opening stage itself ?

Becoming the worst app now.Always shows incorrect account number or something went wrong. Couldn't able to send money and getting stucked with the payments. Need to go bank everytime for transfer the funds..Better to deal with other banking apps instead of wasting time with this waste app.

Very bad service for buisness we can't do any emergency transaction when ever we open the app it's shows invalid account number. how is it possible if we type proper password then also it displays as in valid account number.please fix the bugs .make the app work without any interference

Always complaint. If rain starts in Thrissur this app goes down. " something went wrong " ," Invalid account number ", etc are the common errors shows in app, when their server have issues. Requested to resolve the issues.

Worst application... Never really works... Always show some kind of error message... From 15th onwards i can't even login to the app... When I went to branch after several failed attempts the assistant manager simply said that the app is not working due to server issues from last two days and they don't know when the issue get resolved... Till then just suffer...

The worst app in the banking field.. never possible to login when an emergency comes. Not possible to get beneficiaries registered in Fednet.. All benificiaries have to be registered every time.. What a bad experience we are facing. Several times registered complaint at contact and customer centre. No. Impact.. Better to withdraw this app and save the face of Federal bank

Earlier it was a great app, but now there is too much lag, and this app don't function on wifi most of the time, you have to use mobile data and also, if it is unable to get your precise location location it will not function. Even after using this two, there is still some amount of lag which remains.

I was using ds app.. unfortunately it got deleted.. now not able to activate it.. m not recieving activation code neither thru sms nor thru calls.. met the bank.. they also tried many ways.. they r not regenerating the call request.. unable to do my transaction online nw.. basicaly no use of that money .. so better thinking of withdrawing my account n start a new some other app working banks..

I find this app so bad that it has no use. The reason is that it is not able to be updated and secondly it is not able to retrieve the mini statement. When I complained to the bank about these things, they turned a blind eye. Apps should be useful for businessmen like me who have a current account and not a detriment to us. This service is our right and not a bounty given to us by the bank. I hope my words will be heeded by the authorities, otherwise it will be your loss

Worst app. It needs location to turn on to access, otherwise it will show the loading endlessly after givin right MPIN. If you turn on location and try to login again? Still keep loading 🤨 why? It will only work after some more time. Tip: Turn on the location first before opening the app to make it work 🥱 pathetic UX. Best part is it will not show any error indication to the user, it keeps loading. Hey, FEDERAL BANK, you guys need skilled app QA testers.

One of the worst ever app I have seen in my life !! All went well for the last three years , but for the last 6 months it's keeping me on nuts and wasting the whole day for a transfer with " Something Went Wrong " messages. The most annoying part is that the bank side technical team's reply like : We don't see any issues in your app on checking " which is the most arrogant and utter negligence from the bank side to a severe technical issue addressed to them.

Not able to login, it's been about 2 years. I have to do my transactions on the browser version. The five star is to thank feedbank for small mercies - atleast the browser version works. Various staff in the branch have tried to help but they are not able to go beyond:- please send a screenshot (which the app doesn't permit), please reinstall the app, please check your account number and phone.. Have done these several times in the past two years but I'm still not able to even enter the app.

While the look and feel has definitely improved, the performance of one of it's most used feature, Mini Statement has degraded significantly. While in the previous version, the mini statement was fetched almost instantaneously, in the latest version it takes almost a minute to be fetched. You cannot call the new version an improvement when the performance of its most used feature is degraded.

App is not working, couldn't transfer the money on urgent basis. Its just showing loading symbol only,when entering mpin. Then showing session is expired. Please fix the issue. I have email the issue, and still no response from you. Its such a bad experience from your side. And I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, still its showing the processing symbol. Can't even enter into the app. Humbly requesting you to fix the problem, because I have to tranfer money on urgent basis.
