It's very very bad app. it can't be opened It's gives you error or shut off immediately!!! why didn't you make a test before launch it!!! التطبيق سيئ جدا جدا ولايفتح إطلاقا!!! لماذا لا تجربوا التطبيق اولا قبل الإطلاق!!! نرجوا تصليح التطبيق.

حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل في من يستهين بمصالح وحقوق الناس. هذا ما كان يحدث عند تشغيل التطبيق: 404. That’s an error. The requested URL /developeroptions was not found on this server. The new experience is just terrible, instead of first enhancing the older experience we now get a worse one! the new webaite don't show balance after each transaction, and when I tried to tell customer service they told me the response from the department is to export the report and check!! why don't we get our transactions through pigeons instead?! the app is even worse, you get rhe error through redirect webpage and they all don't make sense, listen to your customers feedback!,

I also encountered this issue, but I was able to overcome it with the help of customer service by adjusting some mobile settings. Later, I discovered that this application is significantly better than the previous version.

I choosed this bank for being islamic, but why you're making us anxious about literally every thing! your app is very very bad, nothing worse than this, it doesn't even work.. your card doesn't pay any thing on Google, and to make things more agonizing it stoolpped working on talabat app?! very frustrating

I can't even paste my credentials in the app cause there is no permission, I can't use forgot my password as it keeps loading, I can't access my account cause you're still using very old security ideas

New app is very bad actually the old version was more bitter than new one. the new app is crowded with multiple items in the same place make it difficult to see what you want.

The old version was very efficient, the updated one in not working, I have setted it up for many times and it is not working at all A VERY BAD UPDATE!!!!!

Doesn't work. Just says "error 404". Please fix. Can't get into my account. The old app was fine. Why change it? Update 19 May 2025: - App works only if using the phone's original keyboard and if developer setting is turned off. - Cannot open new savings account through the app. - This new app version looks fine but the keyboard/developer restriction makes the overall app usage very inconvenient.

Unfortunately, it's a very bad experience using this app. -you stop the old version while it was working just fine without even notify your clients. -you released the new version without proper testing - this new version is down for a lot of time and again without notified your clients - even when the app is running I'm facing slowness in updating the amounts after the transactions &sometimes I can't even proceed with the transaction.

- if opens browser with error [[ developeroption ]] >> you need to diable developer option on phone settings open settings > go down till end > open developer options > press on ((on)) to turn it off - if error [[untrusted keyboard]] >> you need to change keyboard type in settings - in all cases for 1st use of this new app > you need to register from begining with new username & password - after all previous steps it is working normally , looks modern, but functionality under testing

It is not working at all! you stopped the old version without any reason although it was ok, and replaced it with this useless app. *Update*: I turned off (developeroptions) from my phone settings and then I changed the keyboard to Microsoft swift and the app started working. *Notice*: It kept saying you need to visit the nearest branch, it needed the password and username many times but after keep trying, it worked! Thanks to the previous comment you helped me a lot.

since the system is down most of the time , it took like 2 weeks to figure that the old app is no longer working, and there is a new app that is supposed to be used instead when i complained to customer service. the new app worked fine for around 2 months, then always getting an error or a white screen. what the hell are you people doing !!!

The old app stop working & always asking to check internet connection. Also the new one didn't even start, it opened the browser & displaying: 404. That’s an error. The requested URL /untrustedkeyboard was not found on this server. Update: the very strange reason the app was crashed is the default keyboard, after I noticed the error mentioned untrustedkeyboard, I changed it & the new app is working now but unfortunately as unregistere, new user name & password and all beneficiaries were deleted.
