Things To Know:
- Location Jobs generally pay between $3-$20
- Complete "ticket jobs" to qualify for paying jobs, and automatically enter a drawing to win a cash prize
- Submissions must comply with all instructions to receive the cash payout

A friend recommended this app so I tried it. Even though I gave location permission it keeps telling me I'm in Canada and there's nothing in my area. I'm in Texas and my friend shows a lot in the area. Reached out to support and never got a response. Update 9/28 - Attempted contacting the developer as requested in their 9/15 response. Never heard back from them.

Can't cash out!! In order to cash out, they ask to verify your account with Plaid. I put in my info, was able to see the last 4 digits of my account and the available balance. Then I only needed to put in the Field Agent code. I rec'd an error message about not connecting so I started the process over and I still rec'd same error message. If I receive my money, I will be happy to add more stars to this review.

Fun challenging reliable and user friendly .. gives step by step instructions as you go and is easy to use and understand .. good detailed descriptions and helpful how to guides .. makes public research adventures fun and easy to follow .. gives rewards as you progress and easy to navigate instructions and qualifications .. makes shopping trips more fun and actually uses data collected for research purposes

If no stars was possible, that is what I would give. This "company" will deny your submission and email you a very vague reason when you inquire as to why. I followed the directions to a T, emailed multiple times with screenshots of said directions being followed and everytime I get a reworded reply saying I used the wrong platform to complete it, when I clearly did not. Now, after asking to speak with a hugher up, they are no longer answering. They are getting their info. and not paying for it!

It NEEDS to update the camera feat. DOESN'T allow zoom feat. & can't capture full shelves for shelf audit. Pays w/in 24 to 72 hours of cash out requests. Does direct deposit, but doesn't use PayPal. Assignments are posted often and gone fast. Assignments always convenient to your current GPS location. App has mini surveys to learn your purchasing habits. Must have a smart phone with wifi access, GPS, and a camera to be able to take photos. Must be willing to spend 5 to 30 mins. per assignment.

Don't install this app!! I have had the app for quite awhile now and I just drove to the next city over to do 3 jobs and the jobs I did at the only walmart in that city were all denied. I have contacted them about it and they say that wasn't at the correct address. I was at the only walmart in that town and it had the exact address that matched the address of the job. That was a couple of hours and a little more than 50$ that I have lost. Just better if you don't waste your time!!

I wish I could give no stars. I've been to THREE separate supermarkets and a 7-Eleven. Each time I went I have found atleast half of the items I accepted a job for. However, every single item I found did not match the UPC that I was given on the app but matched the description of what the item was supposed to be. This is pretty much a scam. This would be awesome if it worked but unfortunately it doesn't and I am EXTREMELY disappointed. Such a qaste of my time.

I made quite a bit of money using this app but lately there has been a serious flaw. I try reserving jobs and 95% Timeout and it says there is a system error and when I go back they are gone. This even happens with Scavebger and Audits. Now, it was always a race to get them but this is not the issue now. Clearly something else is going on and they have yet to fix it. Hopefully, they fix it soon and I will readjust rating to the prior amount.

I am deleting this app. It's such a waste of time. It seems like a good idea with tons of offers but I've tried maybe 15 offers and only received 5 dollars total. Usually what happens is that I'll find the exact item, down to the ounces, brand, and variety- and the UPC is one digit off. Quite frankly it's not worth my time or gas money anymore. I could spend the 20 minutes doing food delivery or something with actual pay.

This app used to be great. I completed multiple jobs per week, and was usually paid within a couple days. Then they changed the app and ruined it. The last time I was actually able to complete a job and cash out was nearly a year ago. There are rarely any jobs (other than the bogus "ticket" jobs for the nonexistent drawing), and when there are, they're either so far away that it would cost more in gas than they pay, or so needlessly complicated and convoluted that you get mad and cancel them.

Haven't been able to use it lately due to a location glitch. Otherwise I'd give it an excellent rating. Not just me either, my cousin is experiencing the same. Please fix. The change earned from this app is perfect for when I'm in a pinch. They pay you fairly quickly and it's usually just enough to buy a pack of smokes, a beer and some gas in the tank,,, depending on how many jobs I am able to do before they go into another agents pocket. 4 stars because it's not working right now

This app is one of the best paying apps to do super easy jobs when you're out & about. I've been using it for a few months now when jobs are posted that are where I'm already going or not very far at all from where I am. I've so far made about $130! Cash out is simple, you can cash out your money straight to your bank account, pay pal, etc. It usually takes one day to get transferred. The only downside is I kind of wish you could choose the amount to cash out, rather than the whole balance.

A solid app IF they decide to not blame you for their bugs. I've always used the app the same way with success, but with a recent update I started getting warnings that I was in the "wrong" location for a job when I was literally in the store/location. Used the location's own wifi to submit, and still got denied despite doing the work, with them claiming I was in the wrong location. No, your app just has a bug that you need to fix. Will be sure to tell others if this continues; ridiculous.

HUGE waste of time!! If you enjoy running in circles (so-to-speak) and not getting anything done except spending your own time and gas then you'll enjoy this app. They don't put the full 12 digit UPC, so you have to do extra searching and a lot of times it's for items that are not even available. this app is getting uninstalled as soon as I finish this review. Scavenger hunts sounds like fun, but it's helpful to find something every once in awhile - even once!

I thought I would try out a new "gig" type app but this is difficult. You have to be super fast or things disappear. You are at a store and go to look for something (because you must find it first and then accept, otherwise you get points deducted) and the order is gone, which wastes time. The item description is horrible and there's no picture or anything, just a portion of the UPC code. The app would be helpful if you had the full name of the product or a picture but nope. Uninstalled.

Waste of Time. You get raffle tickets for surveys. The items are never in store, and there's no way to let others know not to waste their time looking for something that doesn't exist. The Eye Spy is usually a list of items that have the wrong UPC. The audits are not worth finding 30 items for one penny per picture. Sometimes the real estate photo thing is real, but they are rarely close enough or easy enough to find to warrant the effort. It needs a "times attempted" stat to help users.

Pays fast and offered a decent amount in my area. It's hard to get a good connection with my phone's camera sometimes to take clear pictures. I have to try a few times and that wastes time, especially when trying to be covert. Perhaps you should had a feature where you can attach photos instead. That would save time and ensure clarity.

Field Agent blows away its competitors in the gig space. The app overall is the best. Its user-friendly and clear to understand. It can get glitchy at times but its excellent in comparison to some other apps. When it comes to getting paid, FA will not only make sure it happens but they do so very fast, which is greatly appreciated. If you're not happy with the selection of gigs just be patient and keep refreshing the app, they will appear.

It's glitches too often, good when it works Update: I wish they would stop showing a list of jobs that aren't even available. It's wasted time clicking on jobs only to be told it's already taken, several jobs. It sends notifications that a job is available when it's not, even when refresh, the job still shows available. It makes you click through them all just to say it's already been taken ugh

There's been an issue with available jobs in the app this week. There were tons of multi-display store walks, & I claimed 2. I planned on claiming more once I finished the 2 locations, but now it shows no available jobs. Every time I clear cache, force close the app, & it shows a quick pop-up about an error with refreshing the list. I tried refreshing, & that didn't work either. This is happening while connected to wifi. Please fix it. Other than that, I'm getting more work this year, though.
