Pathetic. It starts tomorrow and still can't figure out how to put the user logins working. As many have said, one puts his/her password and then after a few a couple of seconds it wipes everything. And no, it doesn't work even if I try to be super fast and hit login before it disappear, it just doesn't do anything, until wiping the user and password fields.

You can't sign up for your interest in 2026 tickets. This app seems suspect. Unacceptable for an organization that makes a substantial profit. Do better.

Stupid UI & UX. Being a designer myself, the app designers have done some terrible job. App is slow and keeps loading even if you open it right after closing it, lol. Atleast save some data in cache to make experience good. Plus all the useful stuff is hidden on homepage and you have to scroll and wait to find the right one, and menus are stupid. Whatever you open, first thing you're gonna see is news and blogs on every page. Why would I need that all the time on every page??? Overall Stupid👎

The older blue FIFA app (not plus) that stopped working days before World Cup, was much better than this downgraded version. It was more simplistic, functional, and we had access to more information about the matches. The responsiveness and loading times were way better. The design was better, organized, user friendly, and straight forward. I was using it since 2018 and only updated now because I had to. This app is horrible, so bring back the older fifa app. Currently I'm using google.

When you select matches you need to scroll down to find the newest ones. Seems lazy they can't make the app go to the newest matches played. Doesn't sound like a big issue bur when your checking the app 50 times a day it gets frustrating. Highlights are glitchy and freeze and go pixeleted. Even when you start over they freeze and pixel at the same spot. Apps very slow and not user friendly.

What update? Made a perfectly well designed, user friendly app made completely USELESS. Favourite teams and competitions didnt transfer over, only final scores are visible but no line ups/overall or live updates, and no push notifications for live matches. Its not user friendly and the Settings menu is a joke. Unless they revert back to the old version soon, im uninstalling... its a waste of storage space.

Takes a long time to load a page. The Fixtures page for each team doesn't list the dates of the game at a glance; have to open the game to see all the info. The Stats page is empty for many teams. The Squad page has many errors for teams. Several teams are missing pictures for their players. Some teams have player names in the wrong order. Shouldn't clicking on a player reveal his stats? Grid format would be preferable if it does nothing but give name and pic.

New app same rubbish. Goto fixtures for a tean shows the kickoff time buy not the date. No ability to add matches to calender bulk or individual. Video highlights could be longer but please get basic right half the time the game has finished and the app still doesn't show the latest scores let alone match finished, same as Olympic app a ton of money and 2018 but what could be iseful apps full of bugs

Absolute trash of an app. Impossible to find each group/pool tables. As per other reviews, when going to scores it always starts with game 1 and you have to scroll your way through all the results. Hopeless news/updates interface. Most of it dedicated to marketing and useless extra info with almost no focus on games, groups an results. How can they get it so wrong?

The fixtures are messy. If you try so access them from a the selected Team, you'll get the time of the past and future games, but not the date. Everytime you want to check the current matches you have to scroll past the old ones. I can't find the group stage grid with the current scores, I wouldn't be surprised if it's not there at all. Informations are not always loading correctly. Fantasy is also very buggy, I gave up creating my team after two attempts that disappeared right after creating

Slow, laggy and very buggy most times. App appears to be looking OK'ish but the user experience and usability of it is very bad. Also, what's the point of the chromecast/casting feature where the app connects to your TV or other device and doesn't display the match I select but just displays "FIFA+". Really disappointed in this app as it could've been great had things worked as they should've been.

I wake up to watch the highlights, not knowing the scores, but the photo you choose to display is always of the winners, giving the result away. The 'scores' tab doubles as the fixtures tab, but it's not clear who the winners of one tie will play and who is on which side of the draw. Seems simple to have cobbled together better than this in four years!

The points never update, the rules are incredibly opaque and the app feels like it is hiding Fantasy. Especially right now it is the only thing that I would ever use this app for. The clips and updates are nonexistant and if I just wanted to watch adds and terrible sponsorship tie-ins I would watch cable. Looks slick, but ZERO usefulness to my experience.

A frustrating app. Really wanted to like this app for its cool UI to better follow the WC but it's a glitchy mess on my Pixel 7. The problems started at setting up an account and registering - or attempting to do so - via an email confirmation they send you. No matter how many times I tried confirming my acct by acknowledging the email it sent me the app ignored my attempts. So I gave up. Ah well.

Very buggy. Keeps asking to verify and confirm my email, which I have done a dozen times. Finally with the help of my PC, I was able to get it, only to notice that it gave me a random name and changed my birthday. I now want to delete my account, but neither the app nor the webpage on the computer will show me the link. Totally useless app / webpage. A waste of time. Deserves zero star if that was available.

What a terrible app... Slow and laggy, no summary on group standings, score updates take too long. Only good thing are the short highlights, but not the same as the FS1 highlights. FS1 highlights are more comprehensive and just a bit longer. For the easiest and quickest way to get stat updates check out the LiveScore for World Cup 2022 app. No highlights, but it's fast, plain, simple and gets the job done...
