I'm really disappointed. I haven't used the app and I'm charged for it. I wish there's someway I could recover the cost as I'm not going to use the app. I had to download a different app to use for filling my form. I was charged $129.99 for it. There's also the $79.99 amount, why is this app so expensive. I wish you'd send reminders first or even just do a monthly charge. I wasn't even aware that you're going to be charged the annual fee directly after downloading the app

This app is absolutely fraud. Because they clearly mentioned that 7 days free trial and no payment required now while you subscribe. But when you choose any plan with free trial subscription then they immediately deducted amount from your account and never get back refund and also couldn't reply your emails. Pls, don't get any subscriptions. This app and their customer support is very annoying and unprofessional. Don't download and subscribe this app. If anyone subscribed this app he will annoy

Good app, Disgusting business model. Like many others, I forgot to cancel my membership in time, but I figured "oh well I'll just get charged for the month," Instead, I wake up to 84$ being taken from my account. Seriously? A full year subscription after a week trial? I have never seen a business model so slimy in my life. I tried multiple times to contact their support but continued to get the same automated response. Absolutely disrespectful.

Does that scumbag thing where they try and gode you into finishing the PDF and then trying to entrap you in a subscription once you hit download. If these designers felt in any way confident that their service was worth the money theyre charging, they wouldn't need to set you up for automatic renewal after the trial. The thought process is literally "oh well maybe theyll forget and itll autorenew!" I hope the worst for these app designers

Dont install something that cant be used even as a trial without providing a credit card. Your sales department may call it convenient. I did not even bother to see iff the features are worth the money because I uninstalled after being insulted by you trying to take advantage of a statistically significant number of absent Minds that would forget to cancel their trial before getting charged. Shame

It's slow to use but gets the job done. Unfortunately it changed to an annual subscription and does not allow the use of credits anymore. I don't fill nearly enough documents to warrant that. Worst part is that they didn't inform me of the change until I filled out my documents.

It's a scam and horrible app. it's not free.Even for those 7 days free trial and no payment required now.Cancel anytime promise they charged me ₹7100.00 for annual subscription and immediately deducted from my account without any consent.I have emailed them several times for cancellation and refund of money but I don't get any response from their customer support.This app doesn't work properly. Free trial, cancel anytime, no payment required now is just fake. Don't given any refund. It's scam

BEWARE there's no way to log out of an account after you've signed in, and it REQUIRES Google or social media login, WITH NO WAY TO EXIT. CANCEL MY TRIAL NOW, DAY 3.STAY FAR AWAY. SCAM. There's a 79.99 charge after 7 day trial that was described aa easy to cancel. It's not. APP DOESN'T WORK and isn't appearing anywhere for a cancelation option in Google Play, there's no way to log out of the app itself, and I don't trust that it wasn't stealing information. Had to contact credit card to alert.

It's a paid app! Even for those 7 days "free trial", they ask you about payment method(credit card), during the 7 free trial days, you need to cancel it to not be charged! I wonder, if they behave from the begging, to not not tell you when you fill and sign your 1 st. doc. that you have to send them your payment method, to be able to export the doc you need. Then, how about the payment, are you going to find easily, to cancel your credit card? ...I doubt! It's a "sneaky" app!!!

They dont tell you until youre ready to send that you have to pay. I paid for credits, they didnt show up in my account so I thought it wasnt working. Did it 2 more times and gave up. Then I see the charges! So I contact support and tell them I wanted my money back because I never got the credits I paid for. They said they were giving me the credits. I didnt want them, it was too late! Never got the credits even after that. Contacted support again and they refused to give me a refund!

I have emailed them several times to cancel. I get no response. I have no idea how to cancel this. It did not work well for me and filled in everything too big and now I cannot cancel it. Maybe there is a way to make the font smaller but I am not very tech savvy at all. For me pdf filler worked much better. Anyhow customer service zero stars!

I never trust anything that says start with a free trial. Cause they steal the rug right out from under the second their "free trial" ends. Why isn't there a law against theft?

🤯CAUTION: $79 a month to use this app! I downloaded FILL because it was rated 5 stars. Unfortunately, it charged me $79 at the end of exporting my completed pdf. Thankfully, I was given a refund. A better, unpaid for substitute is ADOBE FILL & SIGN. It has similar features at no cost to you. I am just glad that I was able to get my money back and deleted the app immediately.😣

Not Free. Free Trial then 6.67 a month or 79.99$ a year. Requires a credit card up front before your "free trial, cancel anytime blah blah"... No freaking way will I get burnt for 80$ on an app I'd use maybe 3x a year. I'm hip to this whether or not it's a scam app. I cant tell you how many times I, along with countless people I know have had issues with gimmicks like this... "oops, sorry, you missed the window to cancel" and the charges start rolling in.

I actually thought this app was really good... it's just that I don't want to pay for it when I can find similar apps for free. This did have some extra features, and if I were going to pay, I definitely would've considered this app. But it's useless without paying and I don't need it often enough to pay for it. I believe they had a fax option included in the paid version, though. That may be worth considering for people who need to send in paperwork regularly.

Horrible app. I was using the premium version and I could not even fill and sign a 1 page pdf. without having multiple issues. The app linked a second unrelated pdf when I attached it to email through the app. Also, it wiped my form back to the original pdf when I tried to rename the file. Please fix these issues, then consider charging for a premium version.

Horrible customer service, I tried canceling and I was still charged 80 dollars!! I tried contacting customer service and the link they sent me to does nothing. It tells me there's an error and tells me try again later. I've been trying for a week and it's the same result. The cancel subscription button on their page does not work. This has to be a scam.

The app has not been designed well for use on a smart phone. You cannot edit the text in real time. Makes it almost impossible to fill out a pdf form, when trying to fit text into boxes. Only allows approx 8 - 10 words to be typed before automatically moving to the next line. Difficult to select separate texts which are close together. Very difficult to increase /decrease the size of single words since the drag buttons are bigger than the text. Exporting reduces quality, making it not legible!

I signed up for the free trial to download a document and the app keeps asking me to sign up without being able to download, and that's with me restarting the app multiple times. Also not being able to click on a field is frustrating and time consuming. This is not a good app, especially if you're looking to just sign and download since you can't do that without paying (even then, it doesn't work)

Zero customer service. This app is a scam. I have tried to use it for a yr now and it is incredibly difficult + time consuming. I realized the FREE word editor or docs app literally does the exact same thing. Like EXACT. They both suck. Ones free, this ones $80. This app was downloaded while on my moms death bed signing a will. I forgot about the free trial and it auto charged me $80. That's not the reason for 5 stars though. That was a mistake on my behalf and it really sucks but, I own it.
