The sign in almost never works. Always wrong password. Security questions are always answered wrong, even after I set all questions to a simple 3 letter word, it still says I'm answering wrong. I've had good experiences with fingerhut otherwise. Have gone from 200 to 800 credit in 6 months. Yes the items are more expensive, but I consider it the cost to fix my credit score.It's just the app. So im uninstalling and going back to my web browser.

Fingerhut has definitely been a blessing to me. Not only have they given me a chance to purchase much needed items with a line of credit, but my on time payments have made a world of difference for my credit scores! They have also payed attention to my payment history and have increased my credit line numerous times. I definitely recommend a Fingerhut account to anyone whether struggling with credit or anyone who would find it easier to make purchases that have monthly payment plans.

The app have very little options compared to the website. If I view a product, I can't hit the back button to see all products because it takes me all the way back to the main page. It runs very slow, it takes forever for the pages to load! I find myself using the website more often then the app. If these things ever get fixed I may change my rating.. I would give it zero stars because there is nothing about the app that is better or more convenient then the website!
