It's the best I've seen from rbi brands but has some problems. It's not super easy to use but gets the job done. Points don't always show up. Biggest quirk I've seen is in reordering something previously ordered. It isn't readily able to both import AND edit. Also, with location selection, it seems to easily forget your location without throwing it in your face that it defaults back to your closet location. This feature is a bit inconvenient when you finalize the order and have to run it.

More of a pain than not...asked for location multiple times, tried to sign up for rewards and it forced location permission be turned on, then after inputting 90% of info, it jumps back two screens on its own, losing all data. What's the actual size of a S, M or L sandwich? Couldn't find it. There's more, but I've already wasted too much time.

Update: I originally had issues trying to sign up for the app. Giving a one star. I am adjusting my review since after deleting the app I received an email saying my sign up was complete. Ironic as it was lol I re-download and the app appears to be working; except sometimes kicks me off when beginning to make an order...either when picking a store or freezes shortly after. Having to redo my order. 12/30/20: Never worked. Couldn't sign up.

Unreliable. I've been ordering with this app about once per week for maybe two years now. About once per month I'll be unable to order through the app due to some error. Sometimes I don't get any error at all and I click "get final total" and nothing happens at all! Still not sure if it's a problem with my phone or account, or if their system is just bad to have been having these intermittent outages like this for two years now.

App used to work great but as of the last several months I've experienced many issues that result in me not being able to order at all using the app for one reason or another. I got so tired of missing out on so many points or not being able to use them that I stopped eating at Firehouse altogether. But every month or so I give the app another chance and it continues to fail. Still can't place an order on there at all.

App is easy to use and navigate and the ability to order ahead is incredibly convenient when you only have 30 minutes for lunch. The only reason I rated 4 instead of the full 5 is this App needs the option to add multiple payment methods. I don't always want to use the same credit card at checkout and re-entering my info every time I order can be a bit annoying.

Well, after how many years I have used the app, it is finally broken. Was logged in and nothing was showing. Deleted the app and re-installed and now I can't even log back in. Fix your app Firehouse!!! ***Just went online and there is a message highlighted in yellow that the loyalty program is experiencing issues. Well get to it and fix the issues!!!!

I don't like the new update. I liked that before, to redeem my points, I simply chose a small, medium, or large sub, and i could redeem in the app or in the restaurant. Now, it makes you select which sub type to redeem and shows all sub types for each sub size, which clogs up the screen and makes the app look messy. Also, before the update, I could submit a receipt through the app to earn points. Now, it wants me to submit an email. Ain't nobody got time for that.

App doesn't work, same problem half of the people are complaining about where it won't let you do anything and tells you to contact support. Had to do it on my wife's phone, and it's so glitched and poorly programmed that it's easy to put in multiple orders. Instead of just adding your combo, it resets over and over adding it once you try to check out. We live out of town so if we can't pre-order for pick-up we just don't.

The app used to work decently. Glitches once in a while. Now, I can see my points. I can see my past app orders. I can click on Start Order. Then, when I select my location, I get an error. I even tried selecting different locations. Nothing. That's it. I can't get any further in order to actually place an order. It also won't allow me to update my email either. I shouldn't have to contact customer service to update my email. This all needs to be fixed before you lose customers!

Usually works OK, but the reorder functionality needs work. I tried to edit an item I had ordered previously, and the app automatically takes out default ingredients you had before. For example, I tried to add mushrooms to a previously order steak and cheese, and the app too out steak, cheese and all the sauces. I ended up getting a sub with nothing but very little steak. If I'm editing an existing order, it should at least remember what ingredients I had before.

App loads for several minutes on each page before letting you do anything. Took me almost 10 minutes to set up an account. Then it kept popping up an error when I would try to finish the set up process. Finally got it to complete and send me a confirmation email. Went to log in and it immediately popped up another "unexpected error". Then I tried to log in again and it told me (on my 2nd attempt) that I had failed the log in too many times and needed to wait an HOUR to try again. Nope. Bye

work well except if the app times out it loses everything you added to your cart (a pain when you have someone that takes too long to tell you what they want) and if you order new items like the chicken parm sub it doesn't give you the option to make a combo. Also if you have to add an extra chip it doesn't show you all the options ie went to add cheetos (that show available when doing a combo) but adding an extra outside of combo sheets aren't an option.

"Oops, looks like something went wrong. We won't be able to complete this transaction". This is all I get whenever trying to place an order. No matter what payment options I use. My payments work easily on all other vendors but Firehouse app refuses to process anything. I reinstalled, put in all my information slowly and carefully and nothing. It should not be that difficult to process payment. The functionality of the app is extremely incompetent and in 2024 we should beyond that.

This app is basically worthless after several improvements. 1. You can't order a combo with a salad 2. You are charged too much if you order a combo with a sub. The order is not submitted correctly to the restaurant and you are charged as if you ordered drink and cookie separately 3. You can't order a combo with rewards and rewards require additional purchases You can do all the activities above in person at the restaurant but you have to order in person at the restaurant Very disappointing!

It's extremely slow and crashes when placing orders sometimes. Clicking on anything takes about 5 seconds to load. Recently updated, same issue. It's easier to order through a web browser. App will crash when placing order and I have to input my card info and place the order again. Annoying.

Can't click on "cold meat and cheese" under customize sub. Reported this several times to tech support directly over the past 4 years but they've NEVER fixed it. Tried on several different devices. All have a "0" in place that cannot be checked. Also can't scroll down all the way if you have all option drop downs open. Can never order online or through app.

The app has gone through some iterations and upgrades over the last few years, but it has remained effective at its purpose. There is a. menu bug where you can't change it to the combo after selecting, but that was a redo from fixing. Additionally, when building your own sub, an apparent option to heat it or not would be appropriate. Other than that, app is fast, functional, and convenient. Good job, FH devs!

I'm updating my rating. They had fixed it after many mistakes that still only leave me missing the old up but they got it working well and was doing just fine but for some reason recently a change was made and the option to make an order a combo is just gone all together. I don't understand why they removed the old version of this app and keep braking it after they fix it again. I just hope they fix it ones more before long but i been waiting for a month now and its still bugged (updated post)

Mostly the app works well, but it's is frustrating to order with and the advertised special deals are a super short window to order. You get excited placi g the order but then it errors saying it is over already - no warning. The rewards have become very expensive in points so they are far less frequent. We used to order dinner often, but not so much since the rewards were cut severely.
