This application is scam, diagnosis was wrong, and it's took long time, and you can't refund you money if you don't like the result.

Wild goose chase Guessing! How in the world can a dermatologist give you an answer without asking you those important question? It's pure guessing on his/her part just looking at the picture. Wasted my hard earned money on this app.

App is fraud. The diagnosis is completely wrong, and there is no way to follow up after you get a wrong answer.

Scam!! You might as well web-md your problem. They advertise to be real doctors, yet they WILL NOT GIVE YOU A PRESCRIPTION. Only suggest over the counter remedies. I have fine lines and requested a prescription strength anti aging cream. I was told my fine lines don't make my skin look 10 years older than my actual age (I should hope not!) so just keep using sunscreen. If I was still unhappy see an in-person dermatologis. I literally just paid them $30 to be told to wear sunscreen and get botox.

Don't bother wasting your money!! What an absolute scam. They recommended I try something I'm allergic to. You can't even reply to their messages. $60 for absolutely nothing. Google did a better job than them. When customer service was confronted they just ignore me!! Scam scam scam!

‼️BEWARE‼️ if you have a skin condition that is simple like acne or eczema; I'm sure this app will be fabulous for you. I have something more extreme & spent $60 & got my answer 2 days later not in 8 hours. They told me nothing!!! Don't waste your money or your time; find another application past this one ❗ A response of I don't know would have been acceptable.

I had a skin problem in hands that was getting worse. I was desperate, I try different creams but get even worse. I used First Derm because they say their response is fast and delivered by dermatologist online and I have to say, it was better than expected. They responded me in 3 hours, telling me I had a fungal condition and recommend me a topical cream. It helped me avoid waiting lists and the accuracy of their answer and recommendation was beyond good!

I was seeking consultation for a skin rash which I was really worried about. First Derm was a life saver! It saved me a lot of time avoiding a visit to a doctor and I could rely on the over the counter medication they recommended. Use aysa or a different app! This one is horrible! Paid $35 for a app that wouldn't allow photo upload and it's in app camera doesn't work well. Customer service emails were very unhelpful and they didn't even care about their app not working properly. They will blame you for sending in what the app accepts even though it is not work (I have a Samsung s9)very rude customer service reps who don't really care about giving the best services. They don't give refunds even if your very unsatisfied

It's great for what it is. A little expensive and they don't allow you to upload pictures so, to me, the pictures I had to take through the app lost quality. Quick response though

They didn't say I would need to pay immediately after admitting the data. They didn't write we would need to pay for the service right after taking photos. You should have provided at least one for free. There are much more helpful apps there. Waste of time..

I've been struggling with a skin issue for 2 years. My Dermatologist is unreachable/expensive, and online searches yielded nothing close to what I was experiencing. FINALLY I got my answer! It's been about a week, and using their recommended treatment, the issue is almost completely gone. So happy I can feel comfortable in a swimsuit. Extra advice though; it might not show your problem has been answered until you click the case file. If you're waiting for an answer, click the file to check!
