Heard about this app through my baby's daycare provider. When I signed up and tried paying for the subscription, I found I wasn't accessing the full app as I was supposed to. Contact with customer service fixed the issue, and baby has been enjoying the app since! If you have multiple email accounts, I strongly suggest you sign up using the same one you use through your phone's app store.

Just downloaded and subscribed for the yearly offer. It, however, isn't working on either my phone or my 5 yr olds tablet. Have tried signing out, then back in with no change. When selecting live it keeps looping to subscribe after I already have and when I press to subscribe yearly it states I already have the subscription. Need a fix if possible ASAP

Not a very good one the app drops when I try any of the free ones to try them so I haven't had a chance to try it. Was super excited because we watch daily so I thought the app would be a great learning tool. I couldn't get the message app has failed? Send feedback or close. So I never get in before it before it close. Not sure what the problem is. I was able to get into 123 but that it.

It is hard to explain but really I would give it a 2 and a half. But one problem is when I would try to get a show up for my baby brother it wouldn't let me pause it or x out of it, and it didn't give me a lot of shows I could get without having to pay monthly. If you have a baby or toddler living in your house, then I recommend downloading the app baby games, there's no adds and it's just a great app. But I do really like the shows they put up for toddlers like the crayon show, but not the app.

I've had problems with this app awhile back. It seems as though their technical support team has resolved many issues. I wasn't able to sign in on my sons Samsung Kids tablet. I decided to put the app on my Samsung Tablet instead & was able to enjoy it. The other day the live stream wasn't working for 3 days luckily they had other videos and actives on the app to keep my little one happy. When I reached out via email, the problem was fixed the very next day.

Since the app was updated to the new platform, I have not been able to use it and don't even bother to try anymore. It keeps kicking me out as a subscriber and every time I try to re-subscribe by tapping the "Restore Your Purchase" banner, but then it never allows me to go pass the next screen. I've already been in touch with the company about this issue back in March and it was resolved and worked for maybe a month and then it was back to the same issue. I use both an iPad and Android smart phone and have the same problem on both. I do not recommend this app, it has been a HUGE waste of money.

After trying out the free version of this app I decided to purchase the annual subscription. Having the app comes in handy as I've cut the cord with cable and still wanted my kids to be able to watch their favorite BabyFirst TV shows. I did, however, experience an issue with the app not recognizing me as a current subscriber. I contacted the BabyFirst support team and they promptly responded and resolved the issue. I highly recommend this app!

I would give the app 5 stars, but it hasn't been working properly for quite a while now. We have saved several shows to favorites, but it won't load them unless you find them in the list (which defeats the purpose of the favorites tab) The favorites tab is the only way to play more than one episode at a time and it doesn't even work. Please fix this issue and I will change my review. Other than that, thank you for the awesome app.

Downloaded the app so I could distract my son while waiting in line for some documents. I had no signal inside that building and the app was completely unusable while offline. Every option (e.g. Games) had some "premium" functionality that you probably have to pay for to enable, which obviously I couldn't do as I had no signal.

If it's free, why is everything blocked by a paywall or signin feature?? Wildly confusing and given the comments, i wouldn't dare connect this to a bank account. It doesn't even say how much it will be if you subscribe. What are you even subcribing to? The network is cable based, so if you want members only, make it available through a TV provider.

I am absolutely so annoyed with this app. The first week 3 weeks I had it, it didn't work. I've tried cancelling my subscription by emailing the company (as it says to do) and I've gotten no response. for a WEEK straight I've been getting emails of declined payment EVERY SINGLE HOUR on the hour. 11:15, 12:15, 1:15 and so on. I've recieved 8+ emails stating it was "our last and final attempt to charge your card" and then they proceed to charge it every single hour. I get 24 emails a day.

Really truly is the best app I've found for children. No wildly inappropriate commercials, all age-based learning and fun. Includes games, videos, live feed to the cartoon channel, and so so soooo much more. Its worth the subscription, seriously. My youngest definitely benefits from this app, helping him with pre-k and more. Thank you baby first! Specialty* learning (wish I saw that sooner, lol) too, which definitely helps to achieve milestones. I wish more childrens apps were like this. 💜

We watched every show on the app within the week trial. I've had it about 3 months now and let me tell you it is REALLY annoying to have to stop whatever I'm doing and select another show for her every 2-3 minutes. For some reason it will not keep playing them even though I'm playing them from my favorites screen onto a Google cast. However the shows are entertaining if a bit repetitive but I guess that's just how kid shows are. Google play also tried to charge me twice for the month of June.

I discovered this app because my son was watching the channel at grandma's and it kept his attention fairly well. So I pulled the trigger and subscribed to unlock everything and be able to use it on all of my devices (except for the Fire Tablet - however, it works with the Fire TV Stick.. weird). My only other gripe is the overall UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience) needs a serious overhaul. Navigation is ok and a lot of shows don't even have all of the episodes.. which is weird. I do sometimes get kicked out and have to re-log in which can become very annoying. But the show content themselves are great, they have catchy tunes, cute characters and keeps my sons attention. He loves Googoo & Gaagaa and Squeak! the most.

My kids LOVE BabyFirst! I would love to give this app 5 stars, but it simply doesn't work well. I have it on my toddler's TV so they can watch the live TV channel. The channel only works 1/10 times I put it on. The channel will play the same two commercials and freeze and kick me off over and over again. The app on my toddlers tablet does not work either. It takes a long time to load any games or shows, then ends up freezing and kicking him off no matter what. I regret paying for a year.

I love baby first on tv but this app is a JOKE. I've been getting charged for a year after there was NO WAY to cancel my subscription after getting the run around, and now that I figured I may as well use this thing I've been wasting money on it says I'm not subscribed and I get an error when I try to restore my subscription. Emailed support and they sent some typical BS instructions that led me to the exact same place I was, the error message. USELESS!!!!!!!!!

This app looks like it would be a really good tool! We watch the baby 1st shows on YouTube so we downloaded the app. I'd be more than willing to pay the subscription for all the content but it seems like the app can't run any of the games! anytime I click on any of them it's just a black screen. I've tried multiple different games and different times, on and off wifi, restarted app and phone multiple times.. what's going on? If you can fix this, I'll update my review AND pay subscription!

In the couple of months I've used the app, I've seen a number of small functionality improvements. Just making the app more and more user friendly. I do however wish the phone app was more streamlined with the TV app, as I do find that easier to use and it offers more compilations the little one enjoys. I did encounter an issue with my account, but it was swiftly resolved. Customer service is outstanding.

I'm getting so irritated right now because I had so many videos of different variety of shows saved onto my favorites folder on this stupid app for my baby and it's not working now. My baby doesn't understand why it's not working, all she wants to do is watch it. Every time I add something and go back to the favorites, everything on there is completely erased! I am so livid! The time that it took for me to search everything and add it... I pay my hard-earned money to have all the features!
