The worst app ever! It's ain't a bank app, has no functionality at all, never been able to query a professional bank statement. The customer service is not available. The phone number they provided never been answered!

Everytime When I try to order a physical card and I come to the section where I have to choose which FIB branch I want my card to be delivered to the pinpoints of the branchs take a lot of time to pop up on map and sometimes they don't appear at all, so please fix this issue.

Don't sign up . costumer service number doesn't work, WhatsApp taking ages to reply, cash points in the city are either dont pickup the phone or no deposit/withdraw . Don't be fool to sign up because it's online because you will stuck later on . Update : Call centre picked up. If you deposite money you get charged. If you want to transfer money to another Fib you get charged too, the suprise is : CS girl DOESNT know how much you will be charged . Yes seriously, they don't have the fee list

Scam bank, their terms of service is all lies, all of their fees are much higher than stated on their ToS, and if you have a problem with a transaction and want to dispute it, well good luck with that, they'll never help you, customer service will tell you to send email, and after sending email, you won't get any response even after filling out the form they send you with the correct details. The funny thing is you can't even send the form back in pdf file, it'll give error, what a joke!

They wrote my name wrongly, even though I gave the correct details. They connected my first and second name which made a problem for me while using other apps and asked for passport confirmation, saying that your name is not the same as ur account nam. I contacted them, the responded that they can't change the name currently, like why? is this that hard to fix ur mistake?

The app works smoothly, a job well done. There's one problem with the document scan feature at the registration process. First time it opens it doesn't work, but going to the previous page and coming back solves the problem.

It was a good app until the latest update I'm using Google Pixel 8 pro, so disappointed I can't even login into my account after login in for 1 second the app is crashing and closing!

Remove the 3% fee for USD on debit card transactions or I won't have any reason to use it over other banks

Since each personal account has a QR Code, its better in term of privacy to send money through it. because every time you send money using a phone number!, it stucks in your contact list. and there is no option to remove it!

1. You have to support (contactless payment)... When I enter my info card to the google wallet they say to me (your bank doesn't support pay contactless.. add another bank card..!!!) I mean by NFC payment. 2. Add more company cards in your store like FASTPAY, alot of cards available in thier store .. like games, mobile, internet, TVs , online cards...etc. 3. By the way make opposite money transfer from fastpay to FIB too.

1- open deposit for USD and convert IQD to USD we need it for business decomnets to be verify form business account.. 📊📊 Over 50K people in Kurdistan use bank for that ... 2 i have a suggestion Alot of people now use it for business Pls add FIB on. ( Shopify ) dropshpoing Payment mathed search by provider . Make business easier because we don't need another USA bank for that thank Its very important suggestion .. That will make FIB #1 in iraq ..

I'm gonna be as fair as possible, FIB offers things that are a first in Iraq, for instance (Visa Direct) which is amazing! We've never been able to send and recieve money internationally with this ease! The exchange rate is great when I purchase with other currencies, but what I really hate about it, is how unreliable FIB is, it stops working all of a sudden for days!, I have put all my money on FIB and I'm in the UK, this is traumatizing! #disappointed

Well, it's a very good start comparing to other banks in the region, and we hope to see continous improvements and enhanced features to be added soon, beside the need to open the door to international transactions! Otherwise, I like it.
