I was expecting a totally different experience with the new app. I still can't schedule payments through my phone. I can't see the payment history or pending payments either. It happens the same on my tablet. I guess I have to keep using my laptop to do this. I'm totally disappointed.

Having difficulty logging in since the upgrade. Or let's say downgrade. The information on my account is lacking to say the least. Cannot install the app on my seconds phone since it keeps giving me a message "duplicate app" I did not get this before. How frustrating 😤.

Is this app developed by Puertorican developers? Despite the many updates, the app keeps having the issue where when you want to make a deposit, in the account selection, it always comes up empty, like there is no account to select. No matter what I try, the account is not listed. The same thing happens to my mom on her phone. One of the main features of having a banking app is the ability to make deposits fast and easy. Well, not with this one so, its kind of useless if you just do monitoring.

The service of the bank in general is not good at all. Is rare to find an ATM around my area, and if I find it, I can only withdraw in digits of $20. If I ask $30 for example, the machine rejects the transaction. Today, on January 6 (Holiday) the app , the website and the customer service (by phone) are all dead. I can't even check my balance or any of my transactions.

The mobile banking app is completely useless. I have been unable to make online deposits. Keeps saying can't read photo. I have a Samsung ultra with the best camera available. I'm ready to move my accounts to a better bank. I have tried talking to customer support and have sent emails. Nothing has been resolved.

This app is horrible. Cant see my transfers, payments, debits or credits. Now, i cant even see my OWN balance. Is there anyone working on this problem? ITS BEEN MONTHS! Another thing that is annoying is how in 2024 i cant be able to set a reccuring automatic payment on a car loan i have in first bank and let it pay itself. Also, what is up with having on default the selected option of paying the whole total amount of loan? If youre not careful enough you will end up paying $42,000 & get screwed

I haven't been able to login to the app since I installed it last Friday. It doesn't accept my user ID neither than the password. I can access the online account on my workstation but not thru the app. I have placed 2 calls to your help desk and the only thing they tell me is that there is an App problem. I am getting ready to remove the app.

I've had my First Bank account for 15+ years. I've been getting into other areas and I'm finding this app to be difficult to use because most areas are in spanish and there's no button/choice to change from spanish to english, which is a big problem for many. Because of this we are not utilizing many important areas. Please let english speaking customers have the choice to read everything in english. It will make our experience on your site a completely enjoyable and informative experience.

una pura porquería. Quieren más detalles? Your app doesn't update what my actual funds are in a proper time. For example I'll pay for something, like a bill, and it'll take days and sometimes a week for it to reflect on the actually account/app. The dates and information is constantly changing on purchases I've made. It's just unreliable, I've had to use pen and paper to keep track of my funds so at this point this app is practically useless for me.

The app is not working properly since the last update. It is very slow in taking commands, for example, when completing a transfer, to get out of the window you have to press the X at the top left but it won't exit the screen until you've pressed the X about 6 times. Please fix

I could open and use the previous version. This new latest update (already having the new version of the app installed) errors at launch in the "75years 1stbank" loading screen with with the message: "ATTENTION For security reasons, the application will be closed. For more information contact the bank. [CODE.ABDE]". Any fix? 😕 Web access to my account is fine.

It's a good app. I would love to be able to add notes to individual transactions shown on my account so I can remember what they are for. I requested this feature in December 2023. FB said it would be considered for future version in January 2024. I guess you considered not to do it. That's okay, I still like the app.

Have called the bank to advice difficulty when attempting to photograph s check to be deposited. When aligning the photograph window the picture is oriented 90 degrees cutting off the image. I have to move away from the check to fit it in vertical orientation. Image is smaller the app. rejects the deposit. Repeat and repeat. Informing the problem to representative replies vary from no solution to go deposit directly to the bank. Wasn't always that way ; an update came up had to accept and probl
