I downloaded the app to schedule an appointment. The first available wasn't for 6 hours but I went ahead and booked it because the app said I could cancel up to 60 minutes beforehand. I ended up getting in touch with my local vet so I decided to cancel this appointment but it said I couldn't because it was too close to the time even though it was 2 hours away. I should have had plenty of time. I was encouraged by this app and it's ease of use but now I'm left a bit disappointed.

I won't recommend it. Yesterday, my dog was struggling and crying. I contacted Firstvet to have a quick opinion. I had a few technical issues, texts not receiving on time to log in as the app constantly log you out. then I finally got someone - first things she said was : " you have only 3 minutes, I have an appointment after that" - I was shocked and stressed as my dog was in pain. She kept saying the same sentence again and again. At the end of the conversation I got mad cause she wasn't helping my dog at all and just care about her next appointment. I don't think the app is useful anyway, whatever is the issue, the vet won't be able to help, they can't give prescription or look a the dog. Use Google instead would be more pleasant.

Fantastic service. Have used twice now. Really easy to use, vet calls on time. Very friendly and much more comforting talking face to face. Really felt like I had quality time and received good thorough assessment from the vets. Really put my mind at ease. Also like that they email through a precis afterwards. I am telling everyone about this app and recommend it whether you have to pay or for free through insurance.

Brilliant app that got my little girl vet attention very quickly and promptly. I'm disabled and stuck at home so getting out is difficult. I got a video appt with this app

We can get quick responses from Vets but the video connection kept dropping despite having good internet.

Love this part of the service included in our policy. We had reason to call the 24hr access to a vet and received a speedy response, reassuring advice, a quick diagnosis and felt 100% confidence in the lovely vet that Maisie our cokapoo had her consultation with. Thankfully this was not a serious situation but we had complete peace of mind following the video call and a clear understanding of what additional symptons we need to watch out for and the actions to take. Thankyou Many Pets! . 😃

Very helpful app. Have used several times. All vets have been very clear, helpful and professional. Just perfect for little things that aren't quite vet visit worthy, or when you aren't sure if you need to take them. Handles drop outs well (you don't lose your appointment if it disconnects halfway for example) though I haven't had any connection issues in months. Can't comment on value because I get free with insurance.

It was great getting a video vet appointment, as my local vet was closed. The vet was able to check Callie's condition and come up with a course of action.

Absolutely brilliant service. advice super quick and the veterinarian incredibly understanding. the ability upload photo/video to assist in consultation is a very important feature as well. well done first vet!

VERY easy to use. Stayed connected and was crystal clear, even considering we live in a very rural environment. The Vet was lovely, very friendly and incredibly insightful. Her advice was clear and the solution is doable, and may actually save a torturous trip to our physical Vet! I have never used a service like this before even though I've had access, but it was so easy, I would definitely use this option before a trip to the vet in the future. (unless it's an emergency of course)

This app is a lifesaver! The vets I have interacted with have been friendly professional an sometimes more knowledgeable than my IRL vet. Also this app has saved me so much time, money and worry. You can get an appointment within an hour of scheduling sometimes and it give me peace of mind to know I can get that sort of immediate help when I need it. The subscription is a great option since if you use it 3 times in a year you will have saved money, and you can use it as often as you need.

App is super easy to use and makes booking, uploading pics, and holding appointments easy. This service is a game-changer for pet care. Especially living in a rural area, it is such a huge help to have inexpensive and convenient 24/7 access to great vets who can guide you on when and how an issue can be managed at home and when it's time to seek in-person care. It makes vet care more accessible, more affordable, and much less stressful for me and my cat. Love it!
