I have a Galaxy S23 Ultra and I try to connect to my phone via Bluetooth and it continues to say I need an app to use the divice dispite already downloading this app. Phone app and watch do not automatically sync so not sure the point in having all the health monitoring if it fails to connect or update automatically. I also question the accuracy of the sensors and readings as they don't seem to be consistent. Watch seems to do it's thing but not happy with the app at all!!!!!!

The app is just average. There's watch faces options but if you dare want something a bit FACER,you only get time, day of the week and date without the month. Time doesn't have an option to have seconds or put in analog (only generic digital font from 240Z_2079 dial). In the dial library you see all these custom styles & formats but they are restricted to those specific dials. For ex. I like the 240Z_2203 interface but it's only for that one, I can't have custom variant.

Blood pressure tracker is decent... None will be as accurate as a cuff. Heart rate &O2 match pulsometer. Sometimes it tracks sleep. Other times, it skips a day or a week. Step tracking does it's own thing. My steps really dropped in March, with no real change in activity,so I started investigating. I can take a full flight of stairs without it recording. Doesn't do much when I flail my arms wildly, either, so I'm guessing it's not how much I'm moving my arms on the stairs.

I like the look and feel of the watch. Very comfortable, but it doesn't do half of the things it was advertised to do. The functions are not accurate. I was excited to get this watch, but I think I'm going back to my Samsung. Way better apps and watch faces. Also the weather is always wrong. Fix the issues on the watch please, or advertise what it really does, which is not much.

I love the look of this watch it connected to my phone easily. It's just the watch doesn't actually read blood pressure or 0xygen levels. It makes me wonder how accurate the step counter is. It reads temperature fairly close to the right reading. If they can get the health monitor right and program the watch to sync with a more accurate weather app that would be amazing. My wife bought a similar watch for cheaper and it does all of the things it says it will do accurately.

I like the look of the fitness tracker. However, I agree that it does not accurately track my BP. Major reason for purchasing this product. I agree with other reviews... since BP tracker is not accurate, I question the steps as well. Also, only able to have one dial face at a time, yet there are others on the tracker that I did not choose. I do like the water reminders & sitting too long reminders.

I love the watch! Affordable, easy to use, lots of features, and looks nice. The volume is really good, but the speaker pushes against the wrist and when that happens, it is hard to hear. Just move away from wrist. The call feature is great! It has fav contacts, links to phone without service if phone is near, and has voice dial feature. The oxygen reader is not accurate. My father has copd and that was the reason I bought the phone. I liked it so much, I bought one for each family member.

Yesterday the app started not loading dials tried reinstall made it worse can't access any at all now. The weather is rarely accurate to a point that I think it's a coincidence that it is correct. The bp if set with a dr bp cuff it's very close. Otherwise I love the watch. Please fix the dial, it's one of my favorite features.

Love this app and all of its features but what I really dislike is once the app is connected to my watch; it messes with all the volume features on my phone. Meaning that if I played music on a BT speaker or played music just on my phone; you can barely hear it and unable to turn the volume up. And lastly, it messed with alarm (which made me late for work) and ring tone volume. I have since then, disconnected my watch from the FitCloudPro app and I have not had any problems with my volume since

I like the app but I can't figure out the weather It only to gives me a on off dongle but not a location. It never stays on the right temp so I always have to reset it and mess around to get it going. Then it will screw up again within minutes. All of the other functions are really cool. I just wish I had more control of the settings. I am using a K-57 smartwatch with it and all other functions work fantastic!!!

I like most of the features and it's mostly comfortable. My wrist is in-between the notches but it's not too bad. The charge lasts over a week. My issue is that recently it's stopped keeping track of more than the current day. I check my sleep daily, but there's nothing in my week or month records. There's a large chunk of the steps for the month that isn't recorded either, though I know I was wearing the watch and mobile. I'd love a fix for it.

*update* I now have a black screen when trying to access my history for workouts and activities. I have no access to any information Associated to these workouts and activities --------- Since the last update the records for my workouts have been in a foreign language and I find no way to rectify this issue in the app. Also it seems like the synchronization between the watch and the app is not perfectly correct I can run 2.15 Mi and it'll show 2 miles but if I run 2.1 me it will only show 1.9 MI

I'm not sure if it's the app itself or the smart watch I purchased from Temu, but the weather and temperature portion doesn't function as it should, even though I have it connected to my phones Bluetooth. When I do a factory reset, it fixes the issue temporarily. My phone indicates the weather and temperature are rainy 🌧 and 61 degrees F, and the weather indicates it's 87 degrees F and sunny. SMDH

The app does a good job at recording most of the functions. It, however, does not record the blood oxygen record. The sports record is blank. I have tried everything to fix it, and nothing works. It's my hope that the developers of the app fix the problems. It would be nice to have updates that address these problems. It would make the app more useful.

Everything is accurate except the weather. I have to keep going into my phone settings and reselecting Location (toggle off then back on again. It only works for a short time. A half hour later, my watch is back to showing the incorrect weather! PLEASE FIX THIS!!! Updated 4-24-24: Now my watch keeps reverting back to the setup screen and wanting me to scan the QR code to bind it!! Junk!!!

Got a new Luxium Shield Smartwatch. Very disappointed this app doesn't allow POS payments by watch. Also, when it lists apps to get notifications from it doesn't show all of my apps, Yahoo mail is completely missing! Also, options for watch faces is not to my liking. There are a lot of faces to choose from but most are childish and too busy. I like the classic look of a watch and there are maybe 2 that I like. All around, this app is very lacking in features! Especially pay by watch!

It doesn't sync automatically. You have to always open get on the app to sync data. Also, there's no option to add steps.... When the day ends and the watch zeros out, you lose everything before if you don't sync. This is a bummer.. at least add an option to add steps and sync back and forth to the watch and out of the watch to the app.

Update from 4 to 5 star... App works great with my watch. Very easy to use, a lot of helpful features. The app makes using the watch easier by providing an easier interface than the small buttons on the watch. I would have given 5 stars, but it keeps randomly changing my selected skin and I sent an email to the developer, but haven't gotten a response in over a week. --it wasn't a problem with the watch or app. It's a feature where you can quickly change faces with the dial. Works as described

The watch seems fine. The app is okay. When you get a notification for a text, you can only read a small portion of said text on the watch. You can't scroll down to see the whole text nor can you see the conversation of the text (other texts in the conversation). To me the primary function of a smart watch is to see a text that comes in without having to get your phone out. In this case it can't do that basic function.

Can't give it a five - it is FAR too unreliable recording exercise data. A measured 10k, for example, is often under (but never over) estimated. That can be forgiven because of the sampling rate of the GPS. What cannot be forgiven is that it seldom tracks the whole session. It arbitrarily leaves out sections of the route - usually after the 4th mile, then sometimes starts recording, but other times it hangs until I reboot the phone.
