Enjoy using this app as it not only builds my workout but also holds me accountable! The voice over isn't anoying and is compatible with music apps. Only reason it did not get 5 stars is because I wish there were some free weight workout options. Also hope the future updates bring ability to write in how much weight/ reps you got to see progress.

I have been using this app for about 3 months now and absolutely love it. I have had no problems at all. The exercises change up all the time and it incorporates the home tools I have. Almost everyday I am a tiny bit sore - I am seeing major changes in my body and because it changes - I am not bored. Also I have a bad knee - it takes that into account and so far I have had zero injuries - you can change your level of fitness or challenge. Absolutely excellent and worth it!

Before using Fitify, I used a different fitness app for a whole month and thought it was good. The first day I tried Fitify, I could see what how much better it was. The exercises are a balance of difficulty and variety. I enjoy the options of using tools or just body weight. And the cool-down stretches really do help my flexibility on top of relaxing soreness. I say try it!

Clean, well developed app. The workouts are great and the plans are very reasonably priced. I wish you could remove or change the exercises in the app. Some of the exercises are impossible to do in my environment, some just aggravate old injuries. I'd like to swap them out for a different exercise for the same muscle.

Have tried around a dozen of apps similar in nature to this one, and I have to say, this is the best of it's kind in my opinion. Fitify has everything I need, even without the subscription. The one thing I would recommend is having an option to create a rep based workout in the custom workout section instead of having timed exercises exclusively. Otherwise, I totally recommend this app for anyone who wants an app that will organize their workouts/plans.

I love this app so far. I came from the body building world, but initially started doing gymnastics. I lost a lot of mobility so this app is really helping me gain it back. My knowledge was also limited on body weight exercises. I'm learning different movements for different parts of the body and I love it. I've eliminated weight training completely for pure calisthenics and cross training and this app is a major factor. Love the equipment variants too. The only thing I wish was different is yoga for beginners with different progressions. 5 stars from a premium user.

Awesome app if you want to start losing weight. I really like how it's structured with time rather than reps. It gives you an opportunity to build up rather having to hit a rep goal which can be discouraging if you're exhausted. And the subscription price is very cheap when you see how much the app offers. 11/7/19 Reviewing again and the app only got more awesome after the latest updates! Need a space to save weight when doing dumbbells and kettlebells!

In theory, this could be a great app ... I like that I can punch in the equipment I've available to me & the variation. But ultimately the app just spits out hiit / crossfit style workouts. The pace, the lack of repetition of the same exercises (some require a lot of strength & coordination), is a recipe for injury. Unless you have decent experience with hiit/crossfit, or the time to put in to watch the youtube videos you'll need to learn proper technique, I don't recommend this app.

This app is awesome because it includes pre-made workouts, and you have the option to customize it, as well. The app has cardio, dumbbell training, resistance band training, and body weight options. There's also yoga, and stretching. Best of all, you only need this app and the equipment you already have. This is great for beginners, as well as more intermediate fitness levels. No gym required.

Was great until the latest update. What is wrong with app developers who mistakenly believe that all change is progress? The previous interface was much more user friendly and allowed the user to easily select one of three different ways to do the day's workout using body weight only, a standard variant, and a customized variant. It was more visually appealing and simpler to use. Now it appears that the user must manually add exercise tools each time that he/she wants to do a customized workout. What a PITA...

I came back to lower my review by one star. After a few weeks I feel like the workouts are way too easy. Some of the exercises, like kettle bell figure eights, I can do a who tabata set while barely raising my heart rate. The app is good if you're out of shape and looking for something to get started, but you can't really push the limit with it. Edit: Now it loses two stars because it doesn't let you view the other workout plans without losing your progress.

Fairly good FREE app that could be great. Couple things need to fix.. audio is good for some reason when using Bluetooth the notice to change sides, it is too soft and most of the time only hear a whisper. Also when each exercise starts the app should notify, most of the time there is no time to be looking at the phone. There are other basic guidance tips the app can add to help the user performing the exercises right, like prep when using suspension training TRX like length of straps.

Great app so far! I used the stand alone apps previously (kettlebell mostly) but I like having different options to keep it interesting. The workouts were too easy at first but after a few sessions, the feedback I submitted made a noticeable difference. (Very cool!) To give it 5 stars, I would love to see written instructions/description for the exercises I'm not familiar with, especially if hip or knee placement is critical. Also, I would love integration with FitBit for heartrate feedback.

I LOVE it. select exercise , equipment to use and position , standing or on the floor. I love to use kettlebell standing so i just go in and find the ones.I LOVE that there are video demo of the exercises and there is a preview of the exercise. i get rest time so i dont feel like i am dying. The ability to customize so many aspect of my workout is a game changer.. Con: I would love if there was an image showing the muscle groups being work so I know I selected the correct exercise.

The ability to select what equipment I have at home and have a workout program built around that is fantastic! I've been looking for this style of workout app for ever and I'm so lucky i found it! Workouts are engaging and easy to follow. Some people complain about the going back and forth to grab different equipment but I preview the workout to gauge what I need. Plus if it's that much of a hassle you can pause it to get adjusted. If you have any doubts about this app, please don't, it's 💯

Well! I'm a 43 yo M fitness buff. I've been using bodyweight, pull-up bar, and dumbells for years. This app taught me new ways to use what I already have. It syncs to Google fit. You can start creating only one custom workout "right out of the box". You can use this app and your favorite music app at the same time with a Bluetooth speaker\headphones. The free version is very limited, so I'll be switching back to one of my old apps that I only had to pay once for.

I'm a multi year subscriber. This app is still decent, but the most recent update made this app worse. It looks prettier, but is less functional. My favorite thing about this app was the ability to set what equipment you have at home, pick a course base on how much strength and cardio you want, and then not have to make any more decisions about your workout. Just get up and go. That really helped me stay on track. That seems to have been lost in this upgrade and hope it comes back.

Seems like it's maybe a great app but no free trial limits options considerably. Most workouts, features and options are Pro and you can't even sample them without purchasing. Also, there's an AI fit coach that seems pretty interesting but evidently you're extremely limited on what you can ask it. I had two 30 second conversations with it and was cut off before my second message was sent on the second convo. No warning, just put on page with a bunch of purchase options. Pay first then try? No TY

I really love this app. I lost 10lbs in one month but I'm also doing a calories deficit along with the workouts that this app gives me. The only thing that bothers me about this app is that the AI coach, it deletes messages everyday, even messages where you ask it questions about certain workouts or diets etc., more or less, the important stuff that I might need to go back to. But it's always gone. That's what bothers me. Other than that, I still give it 5 stars.

Good app but hope to see it get better. The workout selection is great, but each exercise is usually 30 seconds long. I would like an option to choose any length. In the custom workouts I can choose a length, but no custom average lengths for generated workouts. A favorite folder where I can easily add workouts to would be nice. The app has no cable machine workouts. It also doesn't have parallel bars, or gymnastics ring workouts. Overall a great app that will hopefully get better.
