Love the feel back and they way is times and u don't have to count how much u have to do because I get lots because I'm focusing if I'm doing it right or it its hard I can't count but it tells me to start and half time and the ending.

I often get distracted during workout loosing the flow, the timer features of fitness app like this, helps me stay back. the calender feature in the app, motivates me not to lose the streek

Even tho it's not been long since I started to workout w the help of this app, I feel the burn while working out, I feel my body parts toning down even after many days of doing the exercises and I get so excited for the next day to exercise! The best thing is that I don't have to pay a dime!!!

This app is amazing and the excercises are extremely good and they work effectively and aren't tooo hard. Most free apps are usually trash but this actually met my expectations. I totally recommend 💯✓

Great app , I put Spotify on, follow the workout and can still ear the time and indication over the music. Was using another app but needed to put next on some exercise and it was stopping the flow. Overall I'm satisfied with this free app.

I was always skeptical when it came to fitness apps. I watched some videos and they were more explanations rather than actual workouts, but this app blew me away. I started exercising about a week ago and I quickly learned I was just running myself into the ground and not making any actual progress. Yes I was tired by the end, but that doesn't mean I got the benefits from the workout, just very sore and that was because I didn't know what I was doing. This app changed all that.

Great for beginners and very user-friendly. Few ads here and there but only after you finish a workout. Great selection if you are looking to get fit at home, however if you have equipment, it would be better to use another app. The app is great, and free, with the exception of the pro version. The free content of this app utilizes mostly body weight exercises. Great app 👌

It's great; it has demos on how to do each exercise and stretch along with a reminder option to actually exercise. Also, it doesn't require any home equipment so its great for beginners. There are both free plans as well as paid. Being that i have only used the free option I can state that the only adds played are right when you open it and when the workouts are done so you dont get interrupted. It was great planning.

I had a really good experience with this app. The app has 3 levels which if you want to change at any time you can but I prefer to do all three before you start your journey so you can find the best level for yourself. There is multiple really good workouts if you dont have premium so you wont be missing out to much. The app tells you how the workout will benefit you and the app is really easy to use. It tells you how much calories you lose, and how many workout (min) you have. I 100% recommend
