Neat idea for businesses to be able to push sales, but much left to be desired as a customer using the app. You can't see previous purchases nor can you order thru the app. You need to tell the cashier you have a coupon (and it takes like 10 minutes before the coupon disappears after order is placed) and points for that order never showed up... I can't even find a support button to put in a claim

The app is pretty much useless at this point. You open it and nothing happens. It just says "that's all in this area" and doesn't show anything, even after refreshing. Clicking on an area on the map does nothing. I'm using five stars at multiple businesses in the area so I know the app isn't working properly. I used to be able to check my rewards and now it does nothing. Nothing pops up at all. Notifications don't take you anywhere when you click on them, the app is literally pointless.

This app used to be great but now it's total trash! It used to have decent discounts and you could accumulate points to get free oil changes and certain services. Starting around the summer it went downhill. Now you literally can't even pull up businesses. It's just a blank screen and over the map there's a ton of writing where it looks like the Code for the app is jacked up. You can't search anything or pull up your rewards or pull up discounts or anything. Just delete!

The app is very convenient to use (enter phone number at device at merchant terminals and get points). However cant say the same about the content of the app itself. Since the last month they have started offering promotions without explaining the qualification criteria. For example, today morning I got a notification that tells me I have a "Perk Up Your Morning" and a "Healthy Lunch Day" promotion that expires today. The app does not tell me what I need to do, and when, to qualify. Furthermore, there is no way to see your points balance history or even a notification of how many points you earned after making a transaction (have been getting a blank notification that just opens the app when clicked).

Love this app.....especially when I first got it. It would have 5 stars but I only gave it 4 stars because it only shows your rewards saved when you are near the business. I had birthday rewards but couldn't see what it was or access them until I was near that business. Currently, I have no idea which rewards are saved so there should be a way to access all of your rewards without actually being located near that business. It's a great app with great businesses with great rewards. Need to update

My bf still has the previous version on his phone that allows him to see and claim special offers. The latest update removed that feature, and when he tries to 'share' the offers with me, I can't see them. The program is great but not really used by many businesses in my area (Omaha). I'd love to see it expand, and see the app go back to something that steered me towards new businesses with special offers.

It's good, but now I have to give the app a lower rating because the update screwed up everything and I keep receiving notifications that I can never view. The notifications keep adding up and I can't get rid of them. I've tried everything but the little red number just keeps adding them. Even when I turned off the notifications they're still there; annoying. The update makes it so I can't see any of my points. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problems still remain.

I love the idea of this & when it chooses to work I'm fine with the app. However, the last several months it will not load for me. It tells me that one of my stores has a reward for me in my notifications. I click it, opens app, & then never loads. If I refresh it says nothing is in my wallet. I also have never gotten the search for stores nearby function to actually work. I really want to use this app but this is very disappointing.

12/13/2023- update....this app has turned into a nightmare. It makes my phone crash constantly. Please fix this issue. This used to be a great app. 12/09/2022' The app is not what it used to be. I get a push notification that says reward was sent. When I click on it to view in app, it disappears. I am loosing out on so many rewards that get sent but don't populated on the app. Please update the app, it was a good app.

This is the buggiest app! All it does successfully is send me notifications when I get a reward. It never lets me even look at the reward! At best it will pull up the name of the business but will not load or let me click on anything. The find nearby feature does not work at all ever regardless of location. I'm very frustrated and dissatisfied.

The latest update of the Fivestars app has caused the app to no longer function properly. Some of the malfunctions include: 1. Receiving push notifications rewards but unable to view these rewards once the app is opened. 2. Unable to view any saved businesses or rewards (prior to the update) any longer. 3. Selection of "wallet" takes you to "discover" map to view businesses in a selected area to save to wallet. However, when one exits the app, those saved businesses will no longer be saved or viewable after logging into the app again. Please fix these malfunctions as the app was working perfectly fine prior to the update. Thank you.

The app doesn't even work when you click on the push notifcations. Its just a white screen. And even then, it doesn't list any of the sales for each business (w/ details) like before. There's no way to see the deal after you dismiss or click on the notification - it's not in the app. I didn't think the app could get any worse after y'all tried to simplify it but all the busniesses Ive used in the past have vanished from my interface and now I can't see my points. The app is useless now.

I dont understand what happened the app was great. I recieved rewards and offers and i was able to use them. I was able to check my points. I had stuff in my wallet. Now everything is redacted I cant see or look at anything. Cant add any new business offers to wallet. It has been this way for months. If you cant do an update fast enough to fix the problem maybe just go back to the version people can actually use your app again. I was a great app before someone messed it up.

Don't waste the time or memory downloading this app. It doesn't work anymore. When I click on "view all rewards", it shows me all and shows I have enough points. But I can't redeem anything. Nothing happens, no matter where I click. It will let me redeem one of the 3 rewards shown on the home page, but nothing else. The app hasn't been updated in over a year. I assume they don't even support it anymore.

Nice app but gives you nothing that entering your phone number at restaurants and stores that it works with it doesn't. It just gives you the option to have notifications sent to you and will give you a map of the few places in the area that actually use their system. Honestly not worth the extra space to download unless you're really interested in getting extra notifications. Yes, it can track points you've earned but honestly you can do the same thing at the restaurant.

App sends notifications about deals that, when i click on, just brings me to a map of my area that says, "that's all in your area". So, i never get to see what the "offer" is. I then zoom out and search a wider area, find a business, click on it, and the page just tries to refresh, but never shows my rewards. Only way the program is useable is at the checkout. I'd like the app to be usable, but right now it's just taking up space.

I like this app... BUT... there is a current bug which causes the right half of all text to not appear. Here's an example: The phrase "Click here to save" appears as "Click here t ". This glitch needs to be fixed. I like the idea behind the app: connect communities with the small businesses in them. But this app is unusable in its current form. I'm happy to revise my review when the problem is fixed.

Loved this app for a long time. Now it shows my wallet has no offers even when i am in the store and they have my points pulled up. I left it alone thinking it would be patched but it has been months and its still happening. I am amending my vote to three stars over one. I can finally see my offers but had to uninstall the app three times to get it to work. Still needs to be fixed. No reason for a user to have to work that hard to get a product to work correctly

App doesn't work. I am able to sign in at locations using my phone number to accrue points, but the app itself is useless. I can't see the "memberships" I have, or the points/rewards I've accrued. The "Discover" tab doesn't do anything but take me back to the map. When I click on a business on the map, the "Loyalty Rewards" section is broken and just continually blinks. I see no rewards at all, even when I know I have accrued some. Broken app, in my opinion.

This used to be such a good app. Idea/concept was there. Various businesses participate and you earn points and coupons for being a loyal customer. However, ever since the new update...points won't load, you can only view coupons of places on the map in the area. Notifications don't work. When you open a deal it disappears and takes you back to the map. App is only good at checkout but you're unable to view prior and only know at the time of checkout If maybe you have points or a coupon deal.
