Works okay on it's own. Can't integrate with other smart devices without Google Home / Alexa support.

Needs Google Home/Alexa support. Schedule should allow the fireplace to be turned on and off at specific times throughout the week, not simply turned off after X minutes.

Poor. All I want to do is control ana electric fire. This app asks endless seemingly irrelevant questions, as well as wanting to take pictures! I immediately deleted it.

Only manages to connect to my Vivente 150 fire on rare occasion. The fire is a €2'700 piece of kit so not a cheap one. I suspect it's the app that's at fault

Ridiculous that this app requires the wifi name to be under 20 characters to operate. I'm not resetting up my entire home ecosystem to be able to run this single app. Fix this.

1. Cannot connect to the Google Home app? This is 2024! 2. In "Flame connect" (the app) where is the schedule feature..it seems like there is a timer but no auto on feature to schedule it on in the first place. 3. The top light doesn't seem to work in the app. 4. No grey light palette in between white and black to dim. Brightness is not adjustable. Also a color gradient should be added as a new feature. Please catch up! 5. Turning off and on again, it doesn't remember heat/fan setting.

App can be finicky at times and be slow to connect. Initial setup was a bit of a hassle but eventually got synced up. Day to day function is relatively solid, although when you press a button on the app, it takes about 3 seconds for the fireplace to respond.

Once again Dimplex give us a new app which on downloading wipes all of the previous apps connections and settings so you have to start again (this has happened at least once before). And to make matters worse it won't connect to my heaters (that are about 5 years old) as it says it doesn't recognise them. I'm now being prompted to contact their helpline. So as it stands, the new app has stopped me having remote access to my storage heaters. Aaaggghhh!

Blows the remote out of the water! Not sure why complaints about "photos." It is simply a QR code to preload your unit's info. Easy sign-up and it recognized my wifi instantly. Use takes a slight learning curve, but nothing crazy. I now have set up 10 favorite combos on my Evo in color tones that are custom (bed not flame). Excellent app! I will be retiring the remote completely!
