The virtual assistant wont let me type at all and i struggle with payments, it wont take my cards it just says enter cvv number but it wont let me type it. π

I do not like that they do not have a customer support person I can talk to. The chat support is an inconvenience majority of the time.

Not sure what's going on with my internet It was doing fine and I've had and left my phone for a long time Now I'm ready to switch it out I can't get to none of my stuff It keeps circling and I've never known it to be 2G so what's going on? I can't even chat with y'all It's just not coming up everything is moving super slow This may be my last month I need something that works a little faster than what this is The network is terrible how can you do business It takes forever to load up.
