This app has no value as the data it generates is suspect at best. For example, it arbitrarily flags drivers for speeding. It specifically flagged me for speeding on 11/15/2018. There was a paralyzing snowstorm that day. No one was speeding anywhere. It arbitrarily flags users for cellphone use even if no use as occurred In my opinion, the worst thing about this app is it activates itself in the background and tracks users when they should be tracked. Not only was I tracked when I shouldn't have

App stopped tracking my driving and I need it for carvertise. I've deleted and reinstalled the app. I've checked the permissions granted and every thing is as it should be but the app just doesn't track very well. And now the app keeps crashing very bad app if it is used to track for carvertise.

The app crashes a bunch when your trying to do your walk around sometimes I'll have to take the pictures 3-4 times before I just give up and move on. After working and driving for 10 hour that's the last thing I want to happen. App not working as it should... I have used the app now for 2-3 months

This app is okay! .. when it works. I don't think the app developers understand what a test-server is, because they keep breaking their own app by completing incremental changes. These changes, mark you, are not always for the better either. Want to look at your own issues? Try having to filter them twice, each time you move away. I'll change my rating when they fix their app, and stop breaking it in more and more irritating ways; like not being able to create work orders from within issues.

The app has a lot of potential but needs a few improvements. 1. The ability to upload pictures from the camera roll that have already been taken. 2. Fix the bugs that allow the app to crash when adding concerns and attachments. 3. The ability to view the app in dark mode.

It's hit and miss with this app. One day it'll submit and process great. Next time it won't submit anything. Or will take out a picture and say it's incomplete. Won't save pictures or constantly give error messages when trying to take a picture. Slow loading, slow submitting. I wish there was another app that my employer could use

Great when it works. The app opens over other apps each time I unlock my android device. It's so annoying that I remove and re add the app when I need to use it. Creating purchase orders without having to create parts would be nice, and the ability to use the PO function on the app would be a smart move for the folks actually paying the bill ;)

I have used it on ios and its quick to inspections but on android its totally opposite sometimes it take upto 10 mintues for submitting inspections!!!!

App would immediately be significantly improved if it didn't constantly time you out and require a full sign in each time I wanted to use it. Also no option to at minimum remember the User ID so I don't have to re-enter it in full each time. Update: Thanks for the response it does seem like the timeout is due to my admins settings. Thank you. Review updated.

Go into the app to do pre trip or post trip inspection.. it fails to upload the photos every time and gets really frustrating when it takes 30-45 minutes just to do a inspection... You gotta clear out of it and go back in to the app 50 times before it works how it should

Would be better if you could put photos into issues from your photo library instead of having to take a photo at the time and having it time out

Hi, I would like the app to be able to do stock takes. I have multiple sites and have 2 - 6 containers at each site. I have parts by containers 1-6 but when you go in to the section for stock takes it doesn't have that filter. Otherwise I love the app!!

Any company contemplating using this app will be extremely disappointed. It does not automatically track trips. Every time I get in my car, i have to remember to actually open the app or nothing will get recorded. Considering I make anywhere from 50-60 stops a day, making sure this app is open and tracking me is the least of my concerns. I'm missing almost 40% of trips I've done that were not recorded. This app is trash! UPDATE: downloaded update. Crash, crash, crash. ABSOLUTE TRASH!

It's really frustrating when you write out a work order and have multiple service tasks and you write out full descriptions, add labor and parts and then the app crashes. It doesn't save anything just reopen the app like you weren't just on it. It doesn't help that they update the app every week and they don't sort out any of the bugs. Happens so much that I finally decided to leave a review about it

This is, as far as I can tell truly a good app, it has many different uses and can be applied to almost any company and help keep stuff organized and tracked. Only issue is, it's so slow it's almost unusable some times. It toally cripples the apps ability to alow you to do anything in a timely fashion. If this was fixed, I would love this app.

works very well for our school district. Update 2/23/24 I'm upsetting this review again. Fleetio updated the app again, and it is working very well. Few failed picture uploads, and few failed inspection submissions, but now, the pictures are lacking the landscape, and I can't see the picture before I save it. The landscape I can live without, by not being able to check the picture before it is saved, is a pain. I want to make sure my pictures are good to cover myself.

Why is it that I can't upload pictures that I've already taken to the Fleetio issues on Android but I can do so on iOS?? It only lets me take new pictures on Android when I hit the add button, but on iOS is asks me if I want to take a picture or pick one from the device library...I hate it when a company is more biased to support and have more basic needed features on one operating system versus another. Absolutely annoying...
