The worst charging stations I've ever used! They never have worked for me, unless I call into the company and get them to activate the station

This app rarely works. Whether it's with flow chargers or BC Hydro Chargers, I can almost never get them to start charging. Whereas with the BC Hydro app I can get either flow or BC hydro charging stations to work just fine. Avoid this app. It's hot garbage.

Convenient but I wish it had a way to set alerts for when a particular charger location has a vacancy

Ok so. First off, app is glitchy sometimes: it forgets your info and you have to reinstall it to get it all back. I've had to do this three times in one month. Second, there is no distinction within the app between public and private chargepoints. They all show up the same, so it's hard to know where to go. Also there was one that was 'online' but when we found it it had no nozzles: they had been cut off, clean. So not always reliable regarding that either. For everything else it is great.

sometimes, I have trouble connecting correctly, but overall good experience for a first time car owner. Would be great if you could be partnered with Aeroplan and we could add our card number with it for charging

I actually don't use the app to find charging stations cause it does not recognize certain stations. so you don't get a list of all stations around you, which is super stupid!! I only use the app to pay for the NB Power Chargers cause they were to stupid to put a card reader on there machines!!

local option and very handy. Unbeatable overnight price, but you should have a city parking permit.

When trying to open Flo on Android Auto, I get a message on the vehicle screen that says 'Complete the Onboarding through the app". I tried calling support and they had no idea what I was talking about. The mobile app works on my phone fine otherwise. I do have the app installed on my phone and I'm logged in.

Had to download this app for a rental car and it is trash. You need to pre pay and you are out money if you don't use it all up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CAN.

Horrible charging network! No credit card payment options. You have to download and use their network specific app to use the chargers.

Unfortunately, after two thousand kilometers with my car, it has not yet been added to the list of this program. Even though I discussed the issue with the technical team, my car is still not added to the list. A program should be updated regularly according to the needs of customers. My car is Chevrolet Equinox EV.

22 minutes on the phone to get the charger started. USA and Canada systems not integrated. Login not working despite using correct credentials. Poorly planned systems and they don't seem to be solving glaring issues. Finally only got charging started with the BC Hydro app.

I had to use a flo charger on a trip for the first time and I think it's ridiculous that I had to "Add Funds" to my account. Why can't you just charge my credit card the exact amount that I'm done charging like everyone else? It's so annoying. Now I have a few dollars left in this account and I don't know when it will be the next time that I will use it. I suppose it's not a big deal for regular users but it's a total trap for people that charge at home regularly.

Not being able to stop a charge from the app has left me unable to disconnect the charging cable. The first two times I was able to call Flo tech support to remotely cancel charging. The people are lovely and helpful but most recently I was on hold for over half an hour, I couldn't leave the parking garage where the station was located, and I got a $77 dollar parking ticket on top of the $7/hour parking plus the Flo charge. I will avoid using Flo chargers on principle going forward.

Hit and miss. When the app works it allows to charge with several network. Unfortunately, it does not always work, so it is hard to rely on. Support is very hard to reach. The android auto app is wonky at best. Totally unusable. I had to call their "immediate support" twice over the last 6 months. It took 35 minutes the first time and the issue was not solved. The second time, I gave up after over 1 hour on hold. I give up and recommend subscribing with each supplier. Much more reliable.

App notifications weren't workin probably, it failed to notify charge complete, and car stayed overnight with 10x bigger bill than usual, almost entirely idle fees, no real charge transferred. CS first admitted the issue over the phone, then refused to refund. It happened twice and they don't want to take ownership of the issue. 2 stars to the app, 1 star to customer service.
