Nunca está disponible si para el día de los pagos del crédito, si necesitas certificados en horas de la noche siempre está un mensaje de "por motivos de cierre contable no está disponible" y así la mayoría del tiempo.

Terrible, no funciona bien, a pesar de todos los comentarios no contratan un buen desarrollador. Hice la consignación por un banco y después de 2 días no se ve reflejado el pago. Intento pagar por PSE y tampoco funciona, llamo a servicio al cliente y solo dicen que hay que esperar. PÉSIMO

El sistema de citas es el peor, nunca hay disponibilidad, está presentando fallas en el campo de tipo de trámite, en el sitio de las citas cada vez hay menos opciones y las fechas nunca están disponibles, no me gusta la aplicación ni su interfaz que presenta varios problemas cada vez que la abro.

Solucionen el problema de la contraseña, dice que mínimo 7 caracteres y dejan colocar solo 7, no dejan colocar caracteres especiales y pide. 1 como mínimo

The app has a clear layout, the main problem is that, there are to many issues, even to pay the loan, 5 times I tried, until I finally was able to pay the monthly loan payment, it was a nightmare , now I reinstalled the app, cause due an issue I cannot use it, very disappointed
