Very easy to be with. The people are helpful & pleasant. Most important is they always call by my name. The gifts they sent was a first.

Not a real good app and never real time. Slow at almost all transactions. May show up may not.

Works very good, but I wish I could edit my payee information with the mobile app. updated and now i can edit payee info. i wish my text alerts were sent quicker.

Have had the app for 2 years and it was ok until the last few times. It says the app isn't installed when I click on the icon. But, when I go to the play store it says it's already installed 🤔 not quite sure why

It's getting a lot better over time. Still have some login issues periodically using the correct user name and pwd. Makes me login twice using the exact same info saved in PASSWORD MANAGER for no apparent reason

I am so fed up with FNB. I have opened a Capitec Acc, but I cannot pay money into the Acc. I cannot sep up the recipient either, because my Acc is blocked so I cannot authorize the action to set up the recipient. I was depositing money into my Deriv forex account, when I was blocked. F FNB. I've had enough of their security measures.

No ads, works wonderfully accross different devices, you can even deposit your checks with pictures! Easy transfers to and from Checkings\Savings, and even a credit score. Best banking app ever.

I have been banking with FNB for a little over 3 weeks now and the only thing I can say is why havent I done it sooner! Love the customer service, everyone has been so friendly and helpful! Especially with explaining the app features, which I had absolutely no knowledge of to begin with!

FNB did away with browser access and forced me to use the app. Downloaded it and tried to log in. Old login invalid. Attempted to get a new password but it's rejectng my phone number and login name. Great idea fixing what wasn't broken, now it doesn't work at all. I'm back to banking by phone unless that is also gone.

I love this app, I tried Cplant and had a horrible experience and their mobile banking app is trash. However the FNB app is excellent I haven't had one problem been using it 9 months. I'm able to deposit my check by taking a picture of it. I do this every week and the app has ran flawlessly every time. And displays a current, up to date to the second checking account balance and I had no problem linking my cashapp account to my FNB account. Excellent bank Excellent app

Once you learn the whole aspect and navigation it's a great app. Not always up to date on balance. Plus using the mail system is great option for those who are tight on time amd unknown time frames to get a hold of amd or responses from a actual rep.
