Was a great app. After update had to reinstall to get it to work at all. Still not as good as the old app. Fingerprint doesn't work and viewing is more complicated than before. All the "extra security", really? Pretty sure if someone else had my phone, they could get into my accounts as fast as I can since you text a code to the phone!

UPDATE: You wrote to say your update is for security. I believe it puts an account more at risk. EVERY time I go to open the app you now insist upon sending a code. With all the apps that ask for "full access" you are creating additional openings for theft of information and/or access to my account. I DO NOT want to have to go and check my email for a dang code EVERY time I open this. I DO NOT want to update this app!!!!! There is not one positive comment. So I guess I will not be updating...

This is probably the WORST banking app I've ever used. No ability to set up automatic payments, no ability to get alerts via SMS (email only), no notifications on your phone. It's like it was PURPOSELY DESIGNED to make missing payments more likely... so they can charge you an extra $40 as often as possible. Run away, folks. This app and this bank are seriously bad news.

I can't deposit checks on this app because as soon as the picture is taken the app applies a blur filter over the image which makes it unreadable by the app. Literally why? The image gets taken, it's flawless for a split second, and then the blur filter is applied. I've used bright white light, bright warm light, sun light, all over a dark background like the app says, but without fail, no matter what I do, the image gets blurred.

The app updates have led to a frustrating user experience. From freezing up when using fingerprint login, app closing out randomly on its own, and changes to pending transaction and balance updates, I'm considering changing banks. I had very little issues with the prior version. In today's world, having the luxury of banking on my phone is very valuable. Being frustrated every time I need to access the app is a huge bummer. Thanks.

I used to love this app. It worked seamlessly, rarely did I have a pending transaction, or a deposit that took days to clear. Pending transactions now take DAYS to clear. Bill pay is the same- I've incurred late fees because of the slowness. Depositing a physical check used to be super quick and easy-to-use; now, I often get kicked from the app when just opening the camera. Now, the new thing is that when opening the app, it freezes, and I have to login from my phones web browser.

Truly the worst app installed on my phone and tablet. Failed logins because of crashes, I have to close out and restart the app (then go through failed logins because the app crashes multiple times) after each mobile deposit. Just terrible. If I were getting above average interest rates or customer service then maybe it would be worth it, but I don't. I would abandon the app, but I rely on it as a small business owner. Do better.

Usually, this app is convenient, but lately, I've been having trouble logging in. When I enter my username and password, it just refrehes the login page. Very frustrating. Update: The app is working now! It's nice to be able to view my balance and transfer money without having to call customer service all the time. Thank you guys for this convenience! ❤️

Worked great until this week and then it won't even let me log in. It just goes back to the login screen instead of going to my account. edit 5/28/24 finally reinstalled it after I gave up a few years ago. Surprise surpise won't let me deposit, slow as it can be. I just don't understand hiw a small town bank has great apps that work and this bank is just one issue after another.

Used to love the app, used to be best bank app I ever had. But ever since the big change update, it feels like I can't see between my available and pending balances properly. Transactions load in much later than they used to. Tracking of payments and bills have felt confusing because of delay and doesn't have as much clarity as the old one. Do not like it. Very upset with it honestly.

Recent changes not good. Account Details no longer show total amount of transactions to date, and no longer show the closing date of the current period. After a scheduled payment, the account shows no scheduled payments. Lastly, haven't been able to see my FICO score in over a month. A recent change has caused problems. Was great before that.

This app used to work amazing, these past few days I've had nothing but issues. If I happen to get the app to load properly, I can't log in before is crashes. I've uninstalled it twice and keep having the same issue. I've put my phone thru anti-virus programs and nothing pops up. I very much need the app to work for banking purposes- but right now I'm at a loss.

App will sign in and then sign out right away, then it crashes. Adding to the review. This is the only bank that will not allow much freedom with a business, and what I mean is you can not use zelle at all. You also are not allowed to transfer from business to a different account and vise versa unless you call or go in person instead of allowing it to happen through the app. The bank itself is awesome, but the app is terrible and doesn't allow you to be in charge of your money.

Update** I wish I could give zero stars. The app has gotten even worse. I log in 10+ times and the second I click on my bank account I get logged out. I'm going to be switching banks ASAP. This is ridiculous. The app is not great. You'd think by now they would have it working better. It is slow and I always have to log in twice as it logs me out right away and says "you've been logged out" even when I just logged in. I also can't even get into my settings. It needs some major updates!

One of the most poorly optimized apps I've ever dealt with, constantly gives error messages and failures, every time you open the app it crashes in the background until you need to force close the app, half the time the login won't even work, other times you can input all of the steps to e-deposit a check and it'll just fail to deposit, give you an error message and be done with it. absolute joke of an app, terrible optimization, who wants a banking app that doesn't work when you want it to?

The app is fairly easy to use...when I can log in. Lately the app force closes frequently. I have checked for updates, cleared the cache for my app and even tried to force close it myself. I would say 80% of the time I try to access my app I am unable to log in at all, 10% of the time it will finally let me in after multiple attempts and maybe 10% of the time there are no issues at all

I was told by the banker when I opened the account, the app isn't terribly cooperative with Android and I'm finding that to be true. When making a mobile deposit, it auto captured the front of the check fine, but when flipped to the back, auto capture did not work. The viewing window was distorted. Fortunately, a manual capture was successful.
