Fairly simple, wish they had electronic addresses and I just need to figure out how to make payments pull up to come out of my other account first, without me having to switch it manually each time. Also I don't understand why payments to government offices, like car registrations and title transfers, property taxes, income taxes and the like are not allowed.

I like the app. I use it all the time to watch my accounts and transfer money. Things I wish changed; The info bar of last log in time and date, shows up at the bottom of the screen, stays there for just too long. It covers the bottom account info. I don't like having to wait for it to eventually go away. This could be moved to be under "more" options. The other thing is (and probably nothing can be done about it) I can't transfer money after 9:00pm.

The mobile app is simple to use. Clear cut, precise instructions are provided and many more options than most banking apps offer in lite versions. It would be nice if there were no cutoff times for uploading checks and making transfers from one account to another. Other than those two limitations I would have given it a 5 star rating. Despite the two aforementioned I am not thrilled with, it is a lovely application. Self explanatory and responsive. Thank you to the developers and FNCB themselves

Ive signed up and changed my settings to get nitifications of transactions over $10. The app does not send any notifications until i open the app. They lied to me telling me they're more of a second chance bank, I've had issues with other banks, and they go off income and length of time with them when applying for a loan. They lied and ran my credit without my knowledge. Now it's taking days for transactions to go through they used to be instantaneous

It does what I need it to do, so no complaints, there. Biggest problem with this app is the fact that it sends multiple alerts for any single transaction. Buy something, and get two or three alerts a few minutes later. I am trying to keep track of all of my household spending between myself and my wife, so I like having the alerts active, but it gets downright annoying.

Does what it's supposed to do. Big improvement on the old style. Login can be a little finicky, but it seems to be getting better with updates. Only thing I would just do away with is that it identifies your account by how much is in there, as opposed to the last four #s of the account. And it's in really big numbers, so whenever you're doing anything that requires switching between accounts or depositing a check, the amount of money you have is on display for everyone around you to easily see.

Sometimes you need to retake pictures multiple times because the app crops part of the image. Especially when it is a payroll check. I took off of auto capture for that very reason, but still crops the image. Typically the signature. Not sure if this next one is the app or Samsung. However, something I don't care for is when I open the app if my finger is on fingerprint scanner it will not open the login until I take it off. Then I can put it back on and use biometrics to open the app.

Every time I go to log in, and I do mean literally every time, I end up with an "invalid credentials" message for my password that I'd have reset less than 24 hours prior. I've even written it down, just to be certain. Once in, it's not too bad. However, it's not worth changing my password every single time I log in. Things are more convenient when I just log in from the website.

It's quick and easy. I went in person to this bank and they recommended this app to me. At first I was a little skeptical but then, I've had this bank for four years now so I was open to making new adaptations. Quick transfers from checking to savings or vice-versa if a savings is avaliable. Also if something happens, you have the option to turn the card on or off. A very unique feature to have via mobile phone. 5 stars. I hope to continue to see more from this app.

I was about ready to close all of my bank accounts, because I was so damn irritated by them F'ing this up so bad! But I tried to log back in during this afternoon and it FINALLY worked. It is unbelievably frustrating how difficult it was to log in and it honestly doesn't make sense that they would cause so many of us headaches when the damn previous app worked just fine. It is a good app once you get past the dumpster fire that is trying to log on, and it's got alot of cool features now.

After MULTIPLE failed attempts at getting a temp password to login, I ended up calling the customer service number and was able to get the app setup. THEN, after all of that, charges keep disappearing and coming back so I'm never sure if the balance shown is the correct! I have keep track of everything in a written register. I thought the app was SUPPOSED wipe out the need to do this? Either back to the old app or fix the ridiculous bugs in the new one, PLEASE!!

This was already a great app, easy to use, easy to manage your finances. Now that they have added Zale, it makes it that much more convenient. I just wish they would have sent out more notification before the app changeover. I was not able to do account transfers for 4 days because I was unaware of the change and it cost me a few hundred bucks which my branch promptly returned.

There have been past issues with this app, but, after the updates, it usually functions regularly, which to me seems normal and tolerable. Just recently, I have been having a recurring issue with this app. I cannot open it after multiple attempts. I keep deleting and reinstalling this app and that just allows me to open it once, then, after I log in and log out once, the same issue persists even after deleting and reinstalling. This issue needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

This app has shown a major improvement since being updated. The log in process has been simplified with biometric capabilities...and it is now compatible with Zelle. The only complaints I have is how Zelle import the contact information in the fields and the inability to switch between accounts by simply swiping left or right. With Zelle, when ever you select a contact you would like to send funds, the phone number doesn't populate accurately, forcing me to manually reinsert the information.

App worked perfectly until the update on 8/2/21. After tapping the icon or opening from the play store, the splash screen pops up then crashes, opens again & crashes, constantly over & over. I am unable to stop the open/crash loop unless I restart my phone. I use the app for business and this issue has caused a MAJOR disruption of our income. I have uninstalled & reinstalled to no avail. UPDATED: The app works temporarily if I uninstall, reboot, and reinstall every time I utilize it.

I like the app. I feel secure and I can get what I want done. I have the texting with the bank too. I used to be able to get my balance with my account that way, which was easy. But for the past 2 years it doesn't give me a real time balance. Texting is off. So I've been having to use the app more and more. These guys have made my banking a bit easier rather than going in person. Thank you!

Horribly optimized app, lags all the time, as well as freezes and crashes sometimes when I open it so I'd have to re-download it and log in again. I understand that there's an online login but from the time I used the app it has been a terrible experience filled with frustration, bugs, and unresponsiveness. Just log in online if you really want to check all that stuff.

This app is really great. I was able to open up a savings account through it and I can see both my balances on the "accounts" screen. I can transfer money between both easily. I'm also able to deposit checks on the app just by scanning it. If there were anything that would need improving it's the exchanging of money between different banks. If the person has the same bank it's really easy.

Fourth Edit: Adding one stars. It's working fine now. A bad experience can lead to a bad review. I think the UI can be a little more sleek but that's a nitpick. The app works fine and since it's been working I haven't had any problems. 4 stars. Third edit: Finally after speaking with someone I was able to the app to work. I'm only giving the app 3 stars because I should not have had this much trouble. It was a very bad experience on launch.

5th edit, bumped up the rating that was back when I was photo depositing checks. Not sure if they've updated the photo deposit. This rating is for the last 3 years, it's been better. They're ok about fraud alerts, the updated card system could be improved. But the transfer from savings to checking to savings is amazing.
