!!!!!!!!!SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!. They say they have offer going live on friday and make people collect Fone Pay Points by doing more transaction to redeem gifts. And when it is time to redeem gifts the app stopped working. So what is the point of those gifts if i cant access them in time.

Using it since v1. Its so easy to navigate discounts and offers nearby me. Also, its fun to review reward points and redem it during campaign. Collecting more reward points to win something big in near future. Cheers!!!

I don't have a good experience in fonepay as it has put me in terrible situations many times. Sometimes I even have to send money 2 to 3 times due to is glitch or disturbance in the messages because of which I have to visit bank multiple times to claim my own money. Even the customer handling department is always busy when you need them, we at least have to call more than 20times for them to receive our call.

We have been terribly misguided by the offer as the app's offer page wasnt able to handle the web traffic. Lack of planning and short-sightedness from the c/o. There isnt zero star for the rating so gave 1!

Hello.I am student studying in china who just come to nepal .In china, there is also offer similar to this where we can redeem by getting point. But this app is totally fake .I have collected nearly 700 point in 2 days ,just to get a product but there is no redeem option in the app and when i backed the option ,its is already out of stock(watching time and detail).Thank to this offer ,i am never using phone pay and will suggest not to use phonepay to all my friend who help me to get this 700.

Nicely made app. Besides just getting to enjoy numerous offers, the best thing about this app is the redemption feature where I can redeem exclusive products, service packages, and discount vouchers in exchange for the earned fonepay points.

Overall all features of Fonepay app seems fine, but when i tried to do biometric setup from Fone pay app in my Redmi note 5 pro, the app just automatically crashes and closes, i also uninstalled and reinstalled it but the issue keeps on arising frequently. My device is Redmi note 5 plus. Hope this issue is solved in the new update by developers

Yesterday my friend have paid to restaurant using fonepay both the times payments failed and I have to give them cash later when I returned home both the times amount of 1080 deducted from my account. This is serious concern of safety of customers getting cheated. Mailed them multiple times even their customer support is always busy you can never reach them

USELESS APP!!! SCAM ALERT!!! You will not be able to redeem any products in the flash sale, probably the company's own staff redeem all the gifts. Please don't give any false hope to the public just for marketing purpose. I have taken all screenshots of the flash sale window, you can never redeem any products. If there was a negative rating option I would have rated this app negative 5000 stars.

Fantastic ! Its running perfect after the updated version of this app !! I m having fun using this app ! Fonepay points are updating when I scan and pay , and the beautiful thing is I can redeem those points for best offers running in the app with discounted price or even at free of cost !!

It collapses during logging in process. After entering mobile number it says that it detected old user. Then it sends OTP and gives screen to enter password and does nothing. It seems that the developer of this App has designed the App to waste time of users for nothing. It does not work even after update of 20 October.

There is one problem and it makes me angry everytime I open the app. The Reward point system is really bad. For every 100Rs spent, 1 point is given. But it doesn't add the previous transaction's amount. I bought something worth 390 on one day and 150 on the other. In total it's 540 rupees but the app registered it as 300 and 100, so 400 and gives only 4 points. Why is it so?? What about the amount spent which is more than x hundred rupees?

Worst App!! The redeem option didn't got activated in the new year flash sale offer!! It always said Please wait to redeem until the countdown finished but even after the countdown finished same message was popping up and ultimately displaying out of stock!! I guess it was a Scam!!! not an offer..

It's just a SCAM. They say they have sale going on. And when the product are on sale after the countdown stops, they automatically become unavailable (out of stock) , not one time but always. It's just SCAM and a worst one at that. Can't go below that. Can't give 0 stars. If you are not gonna give the product on sale, don't market for it. Wasting people's time only.

Guys. Your app has stopped loading. All I see is the landing page of the apps and I've let it loading for upto 7 minutes at a time and still nothing. ts been over 20 days. I've tried. Might as well stop using fonepay all together. I've updated it as well and no luck. I've been spending from fonepay instead of cards or cash just for the offer points. But such a shame, it hasn't loaded in forever. Maybe Nepal isn't ready yet to go cashless. Hope you guys fix the issue.

Previously we can transfer fund by ourself and can see the statment of amount receipt and transfer to bank account. It was easy and user friendly but after update, the app. has become worst, difficult to use, problem in fund transfer. It has created so much difficulty in business transactions because some of the transaction previously succeded now it says unknown behaviour, failed to establish connection and that amount is still in hold. Now what am I suppose to do....

It has been almost a month, and now the order has been cleared from the order list without refund or delivery of the ordered item. PURE FRAUD AND SCAM! Beware of this app. They are not committed to their offers. It's been almost a month that I redeemed an offer for which they promised they would give a confirmation call by 2 days. I have contacted the customer care 6 times already, but the response is always same. NOT TRUST WORTHY AND TOTAL TIME WASTE
