Good app and provide fully functional features. But sometimes the app is not responsive after you run for a long time and i have to manually stop the app. I would love to see the web app version

HUGE TECHNICAL BUGS. WASTE MONEY. I bought 55 books from the app with the hope of supporting Vietnamese developers. However, I can't download my books to use offline mode (Android phone). So, I can not use offline mode. Regarding to online mode, the app keeps cracking every 10-15 mins. The only way to resume playing is close the app and reopen. It downmoods listening experience. 08/03/2022-Fonos prompted for Update, after updating it crashed, couldn't get access at all. 09/03/2022-Tried to uninstall the app and reinstall again, then log in using the existing subscribed email, realized all my subscription detail and book tickets not found, Fonos prompt for subscription again? Please help, I have paid the subscription for March 22 and have 3 book tickets unused in my account but now all gone!

Very bad app，the app don't remember last time listening. I can't download the audio after purchase. Audio books are not variety. Fonos don't update new book daily. I feel regret to buy the membership for 2 years even with discount price 800k vnd, it's expensive because don't have so many good books.

good app, only thing that I don't like it because interrupt my interesting book without reason and stop in the middle of my book, take for a while to get back. Hopefully some experts could solve the problem so the users would not have this problem again.

After the latest update, this app becomes very sluggish. In addition, it does not play from where it was stopped. Finally, sometimes, the app freezes and shows white screen.

Good books, nice voices. However the app crashes a lot. Every 10 minutes or so. Very very frustrating. Please get better developers. I really want to support this app but I'm afraid that more and more users are leaving. Many of my friends did.

After the latest update, app always get black screen and stop working ( isn't responding ) Edit: I rate 2 stars because after the latest update, I stuck at the loading screen. Until now, I still can not use the app. Update: Can not open the app anymore because of critical error

March 8th, 2022 A lot of good audio books in the library, but it can not help the quality of this app. It takes long time to load and turn off frequently when I am using. Hope I can load this app and cancel my membership before it automatically charges me more money. I am so disappointed. March 16th, 2022 I changed the rate from 1/5 to 3/5 after fixing. I will change my rate when this app improves more. P/s: This app has a good care service.

I think you guys are doing a great job on everything except the speed of this app. The only way to save it is to remake another app with a faster speed and only focus on books instead of too much content to optimize like now. I canceled my subscription after almost 1 year of waiting and the speed still hasn't improved.

Good voice. But app crash a lot. Cannot load audio offline. Error happend frequenly. Very disappointed !!!

I already paid for the book and the app keeps crashing whenever I press play or continue playing from the pause. The player doesn't exit error even the book is downloaded in the library. This issue appeared in the first time the app was released but I think you didn't look at it and fix after a long time until now? Really frustrating and annoying if you want to attract more users in the long run.

I have bought more than 20 books. Some books they have made really good, but others need more works. Why they have to put music go through whole book?.It is not only annoying but also gave me such bad headache. I have contacted them to fix it. Compare with Amazon and some other Apps their preis are not cheap$. But new start is always difficult and I really wish that they will be successful. Keep it up and please fix the music. I want to hear the content of the books not the music.

Love the books collection and recording quality but the app crashes all the time. In fact I haven't been able to properly load anything in the past month on this app.

Always crash. It crashed twice when I tried to open an ebook. So I gave up. When listening to audio book, I stopped playing when getting to a new chapter. I also think that the pricing is not practical. One free book for a month, then have to pay for the next books. Who is going to pay for that next books. Please invest in people's habit before making any profit.

This app crashes every. single. hour. which is pretty annoying because I have to reopen the app to resume listening, and sometimes I just don't have my phone with me to do that. It also constantly asks for permission to run in the background but doesn't seem to help with the crash problem or provides additional features. 🤷‍♀️ Love the selection of books but had to cancel my subscription until this problem is (hopefully) fixed.
