Who designed this app? There's so many options and it's a PAIN to get to the membership card. I would add it as one of the shortcuts so people would want to use this app and the company can leverage the coupons better. Out of all the many times I've tried to to get a digital coupon used, one out of the ten instances a cashier was able to give me where my card was located. Simplicity is key folks! It shouldnt take 10 clicks to get to my card(I'm exaggerating, but that's how it feels).

This new Food4less app stresses me out. I don't even want to shop there anymore. I'm the person that doesn't usually leave reviews, but this one deserves attention. Bring back the old Kroger version. There's nowhere to view the weekly ad. No records of receipts or previous purchases. Finding the right coupons takes forever. Everything is confusing. I've deleted it so many times because it's frustrating and stressful just looking at it. The layout is horrible, nothing stands out, please fix it!

This new version is horrible! There's not an option to see what the weekly deals and coupons are. They're just mixed in with everything else. And y'all took away the option to see what the coupons attach too. Sometimes it'll work for certain flavors and other times it won't and that helps me when I'm doing my shopping to make sure that my total is right when I'm at the register. Change it back to the old version!!!!

What a hassle it is to shop using this app. The website redirects to the app, and then the app redirects to the website when I want to checkout. It makes me choose my home store every single time on both the app and web page. The worst part is if I press the wrong back button, I have to add an item to the cart and then sign in again to checkout and then remove the item that I didn't want just to be able to finish making a payment.

It unclips my coupons and crashes every time I want to clip or open the app. I'm met with a constantly reloading page saying try again. I don't know what they did, but it's the worst update as of late. Because of the faulty app the line take longer as people have to verify each item got its appropriate deal. It's not fair to the user and the customers in line.

This would be a great app if only it were 1993 and it was included on those floppy disks that AOL mailed out by the million. It's awkard, cumbersome, buggy, ugly, and certainly doesn't improve the shopping experience. The coupon feature is especially horrific; I can only surmise that it's supposed to serve to hide that F4L is offering only a fraction of the number of coupons available with the previous version. C'mon, Kroger, we expect better from you.

Horrible! Ever since the last update I have been experiencing difficulties with the app. I already reached out and left a complaint and nothing was resolved. Today every time I try to clip coupons I cant because it says I'm not logged in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times today. When I do clip coupons half the time they dont show up when at the register. There are too many steps to take just to view clipped coupons. The latest version of the app is not user friendly!

Fix the damn digital coupons! Would have thought that after this app got an overhaul that it would be easier! Hell nah, on items where it says "coupon inside" there is NO damn coupons to clip. You removed the Clip feature. Now someone must have to look for the stupid coupon in the "Save" tab and lucky if it even shows up there. The old app was flawless, this one is junk! Incompetent app designers!

Update: This company obviously doesn't care. I've un/reinstalled multiple times, same problems. All recent reviews say the same things, more than 2 months later, and there's been no fixes. All the developer responses are the same and utterly useless. I'd hazard a guess that they're actively trying to drive away customers at this point, between a useless app and practically useless deals and inaccessible(and mostly useless to me) coupons.

I Agree with Ursula Sanchez, app is not user friendly can't find the ad anywhere and I have already uninstalled twice. It's really horrible and to begin with it wasn't that great. When you click on a digital deal you should be able to clip from there but have to go to a whole other section to do it. Albertsons app allows you to clip from the ad.

Got to the counter to check out with digital coupon itemand was told about the app. Installed the app and tried to create an account only to be met with error and try again messages and constantly sent back to the login page. Until I put all the items back and left the store. I understand progress but when you try to access it and it doesn’t work., it's frustrating and causes me not to choose any digital items. I un-installed the app as a last resort.

As the other reviews state, this app is generally useless and very frustrating. Nothing is intuitive, the app takes you back to the login page when you try to clip a coupon even though you're already logged in. Check the Vons app for a decent useful grocery app. The Food 4 Less app is awful, one of the worst apps I've ever seen for any purpose at all, like middle schoolers designed it.

Forced to use digital only coupons. Sign up, email required; great more spam. Clip the fkn coupon. No barcode on the website. Forced to download app. Scan. No coupons on account. Even though it's there and cashier sees it on phone as clipped. They ask 2 other coworkers. Nobody knows what to do. One of them says i need to set up the profile. I look it over it's just a bunch of extra bs that is optional. Clearly she is just guessing. Tell me to fk off to the side and figure it out. Garbage.

Always crashes at the worst possible time, got it for the digital deals and that's when it decides to crash. The only reason I get the app and that's when it goes down. Update Still crashing but it somehow hot worse now I just get an error message as I try to log in to my account. Congrats on having a horrible app, either get it together or just shut it down. I'm not about to go through the trouble of calling a hotline, to get put on hold for a o retty much useless app.

This is one of the most poorly designed grocery store apps. The digital coupons usually never work and trying to find the weekly ads in the app is almost non existent. It'll take you to the Food 4 Less website on an external browser and when I try to browser the local ads, the only stores that shows up are Ralphs locations. Even the cashiers and store employees hate the app as well since nothing seems to work in it.

This app used to be good. It is terrible now and it only seems to be getting worse. Nothing works right. I depended on the app to help me plan my shopping trips and clip coupons. I would see which items would work for a coupon and I would plan accordingly. Now I can't do any of it. I have tried to be patient but I am not sure if I can shop at food4less until this issue is resolved. Edit: Of course my app was up to date. To be sure I deleted it and reloaded it a bunch still doesn't work.

1 to 2 times a week, this app signs me out. And then after the update you HAVE to log into a completely different section to see the coupons you clipped , it resets the city every time the app kicks you out, I've even had issues with the coupons coming off at the register and the manager has had to manually enter each coupon. This app needs a lot of things fixed on it.

App will not work. Every time I try to use it, it says error signing in, try again. App has been updated to the latest version. I have tried uninstall/reinstall, nothing helps. Have even tried the Kroger (parent company) app, which works fine but isn't fully integrated with Food 4 Less out here in California. I want my history, coupons, and delivery options back!! (They don't work in the Kroger app)

Shelf tags say to scan, and have QR codes, but the app has no scanning features to be found. It is also a pain to have to hunt through the adds to find the digital coupons. No other app makes me do that. They are all intelligent enough to automatically apply the coupons I qualify for. This is the clunkiest shopping app I have used. Update response: The problem is not QR codes, it is the pain of hunting for items in the app to clip the coupons, rather than doing it simply or automatically.

Extremely frustrating and time wasting app. Only way to clip coupons is to log in, but very difficult to log on to account, keeps giving error. When finally able to log in, app logs you out while being used for no apparent reason. Very difficult to set local store, keeps reverting to far away neighborhood. Very difficult to access weekly ad print version, keeps asking for which store, when local store is set yet again, takes you to generic page, not the weekly ad.
