Gameplay does not resemble the ads. Very few actions before you have to pay money or time (watching ads) to keep playing. Said actions are left up to random chance, as the little shops you tap on spit out whatever random item they want, so by the time your actions have run out, you're still nowhere near where you want to be. I'm not paying for random chance. Forces you to be online for "functionality" (read: to serve ads and upload your advertising data for them to sell to ad companies)

Game itself is ok, but to have any chance of completing tasks with a time limit, you would either need to pay out a lot with your own cash, or leave your job, stay home & remain up all night to complete these limited tasks. The time limits are too short. Its ridiculous. Waiting for more energy also takes too long & energy is used up too quickly.

Its a good game but i find you run out of energy to quick and unless you purchase more jewels you have to wait for them to build back up. Also when collecting the cards you get so many doubles an never seem to complete a pack to earn rewards. Needs more incentive to continue on with the game

Great potential but extremely expensive and not pratical as points get jsed up within few minutes. 100 flashes are nothing!When you make a purchase and get diamonds..upon using them to get flashes ... 40 diamonds are used up. Its not fair. That consumes our purchase super fast and most importantly in oncomsistent with the game which uses 10 diamonds for 100 flash and then 20 and then 40 diamonds.... the same rule should apply. Plus your purchase costs are terribly expensive more than any games!

Would give the game 4 stars & was enjoying playing but I can't play today because there's some kind of glitch. It won't let me enter the game. Seems to download, then just comes up as "notice 15 & a box to confirm" which you do because there's nothing else to do. It takes me out of the game & back to googleplay grrrr very annoying. I uninstalled & reinstalled but nothing & restarted phone, still nothing :( Please help!?!

Has been a great game but of course once I get pretty far into the game it no longer will open right and can't play AT ALL goes to the loading screen and stops at 20 every single time. Doesn't matter if I close/force stop/restart. Wasted all that time leveling up for nothing thankfully I haven't spent any actual money

The gane is great, has challenges and rewards enough fir enjoy instead if going crazy and stress I really enjoyed, I made a small purchase and still enjoy 🙂

It needs to focus more on getting things off the board. They want u to collect new things but can't with the board full of the old stuff. Do a mix of old and new to free up the board

HORRIBLE! A game a 3 year old could play has a tutorial that you can't opt out of. Uninstalled immediately.

I've been loving this game, but I haven't been able to play for the last 24 hours because it won't load. Every time I try to open the game, it gets to 99% loaded, then says "Notice 15" and force closes itself out. Between this and how it tries to force pay-to-play on you as you get to higher levels, I'm losing interest. I'm going to uninstall tomorrow if not resolved

I've tried your response 3 times now with no joy. Why is this still a problem? It's very annoying because I enjoy this game but as this is still such a big issue for your company to repair I won't be downloading it again. I'd like to change the 1 star I've given this game 0 star but it's not so much the game that deserves the 0 rating it's the technicians.

Lovely game. Very relaxing. The best merge game I've played. Lots of daily rewards to keep the energy topped up. I like how I can watch ads for extra energy and to pop bubbles. I'm really happy the background beach sounds have gone away.

Edit. I've done all the necessary steps, the support in app don't want to help. Because they're not aware of the fault despite me reportibg it directly to them, they wont help. Ive been to google support. Done all the necessary steps and still cannot process packages. Only the ones in the shop. Def an in app fault that needs fixing. Having issues all week.

While the items look really good (one of the most pleasant games out there), merging itself becomes tedious really quickly. Cooldowns on generators are frequent and there's no variety in orders, customers ask for the same high-level items over and over. There's no decor choice or storyline, characters keep rambling about how having sustainable shops is nice. TONS of pop-ups. Having orders as daily tasks would be nice instead of just collecting coins.

Was fun in the beginning but less fun as time goes on. No daily bonuses and it takes way too many tickets to make a dish. Can only play for about two minutes. Takes longer to load than the time you get to play. Then crashes when trying to load all the annoying pop-ups trying to get people to buy things. Hardly worth the bother. Now won't even load anymore.

Loved this game. I even bought packs and have all receipts with transaction IDs on them, but I got a new phone, so I lost everything. I didn't realize this game has no log in. Complete rip off. I have to start from scratch. They won't fix it either even with receipts I can send all of them but because I do not know nor kept record of my previous game iD they won't give me my old progress back so it was a total loss.

Great game but like most very rigged. You will NEVER complete any of the long term objectives (weekly games, album hunt, underwater, fiesta), no matter how much you spend so don't bother. Rate drops of required items are very rare and you can spend hundreds of gems just looking for one single item. I love this type of game but would appreciate a fair chance. You won't find that with this game.
