I have greatly enjoyed the game so far. Usually, similar games lose me after a few weeks of play, the scenes are either way too repetitive or it's very heavy on pay to win. This game, I feel I win consistently without having to pay anything, just watching a few ads for one time use items. I enjoy the different currency systems. I also enjoy having to participate in voting to get "spoons" to play. That makes winning feel deserved.

I can't give a 3.5 so I decided to rate this 4 stars. My main issue is the voting system. People don't vote on the food and only on the plating aspect. I do enjoy the added accessories to the challenges, but I feel like it distracts from the food itself. People will vote based of the "cutesy" aspect vs the actual design or they're just randomly voting. I understand that there's nothing to do about that, but it's relatively annoying. Other than that I enjoy it, but the prices of things are high.

This is a great game! I love that the ads aren't invasive, and that they are only used when offering extra rewards/assets. Speaking of of which, I'm excited to see more decorative table top objects. I think the candles and potted plants are my favorites so far. Can you add a cellphone next? Also, the only thing that could make this app even better would be some kind of darkmode. I find that I play more at night, so having a dim UI rather than a bright white one would be much easier on the eyes.

I love the game but its the same food over and over. Needs new food themes. Seafood items don't look like realistic. Ugly decor and plates. You have to wait a long time for new challenges. And there are more premium items than anything else, which seems kind backwards. Rating process is awful. People seemingly vote for the worst designs in hopes of boosting their chances.

The game is attractive but plays like a Facebook game. It has a massive pay to play aspect, and the majority of items in the game are hidden behind the pay wall (which is roughly 5.99 for one item you can use 3 times) Overall... it's good for about 20 minutes. You won't ever win first place unless you dump money into it, and even then, winning doesn't hit any of the feel good buttons in the brain. I'd say skip this one and head to a game like Papas Pizzaria or something.

It's fun, until you realize that almost every single item in the game costs tokens or gold, which you don't win anywhere near enough to actually afford any of them. They obviously want you to spend real money on them, otherwise you're stuck only being able to use maybe 10 items out of the 100 in every scene. Voting wait time is usually abt a day, and you're likely to only get 2 or 3 tokens per scene, but almost every token item costs 30+. Also, the entire game is clearly full of bots.

Ok at first... Choices of items get boring real fast, unless you spend $$$ it's the same items to choose from over and over and you just don't earn enough to be able to purchase anything exciting. It's hard to win without purchasing costly items. And unless you spend money, you have to wait hours before being able to continue to design. Too bad, it was a fun game for a minute.

I've been playing about 8 weeks now & have been enjoying very much. I'm disappointed that the latest update got rid of the option to covert 100 coins for cash. I've been able to create many 1st place dishes w/o having to pay any real $$. Every once & awhile your designs will be ugly bc you run out of currency, but the daily rewards help & watching ads for free items. The art is beautifully designed. Downside: many of the scenes are repetitive & I'm getting a little bored. More variety please!!

This quickly became my favorite mobile game in years. I love how the game play is perfect balance of mindlessly relaxing and creative/competitive. You are never forced to watch ads, which is SO important to me. I buy the season pass and I feel like it's worth it for the price. My only wish is for more realistic objects for the next season pass, too many items are very kitchy/tacky or even ugly. Otherwise, 10/10.

Food Stylist - Design Game is a fun and creative game for aspiring chefs and food enthusiasts. The graphics are vibrant, and the gameplay is addictive, allowing players to design mouthwatering dishes with various ingredients and decorations. However, some levels can be repetitive, and additional challenges would enhance the overall experience. Overall, a delightful game for those who enjoy culinary creativity!

Slow to load on first run, but then all I could find was it buzzed with every touch and everywhere I tried to check for a "disable haptics/vibration" button said I had to play a level to unlock, with no obvious settings button. For anyone with sensory issues or any reason to be bothered by vibration, that's just unplayable. I'm not playing a game just to adjust a seeing so I can play more to find if I actually like it. If this gets fixed then maybe I'll add stars, but geez that was unbearable.

This game is honestly really fun. From an artist standpoint, it can get extremely repetitive and boring. The limited options tie into how stingy the game is when giving out tokens, money, and gold. This game is fun and a time killer, but it seems like it's only fun if you're able to spend money on it.

Please add "an are you sure you want to purchase this pack" button. It's too easy to purchase packs you may not or don't want by accident. I did and I'm VERY disappointed about that!! I was just looking to see what came with one and then realized it made a purchase. The pack I purchased by mistake is ugly and I don't want it, plus those tokens are WAY TOO HARD to get... PLEASE correct that ASAP!! The game's fun enough, but the voting is TERRIBLE and the token rewards are as well!

Be prepared to spend money especially on the silver tokens if you want nice items to decorate with. Otherwise, you're stuck with the same design items for every scene and sometimes it's hard to find a decorative item that's relevant to the scene. So I'll see people put a hand held mirror or a perfume bottle as decorations that obviously dont belong there. The voting system is TERRIBLE. People on FB have admitted using their kids to vote, or tapping a scene not taking the time to even look at it.

The game was pretty fun at first. I like making all the designs and I really like the fact that real people are voting. But after making 801 designs with all of the same items, it has become very boring and repetitive. Also the cash to gold to silver coin amount does not make any sense. I have over $5,000 in cash to spend on items that cost $6, but it cost 24-80 silver coins for cool stuff.

Update: They have added more designs, however, they are repeats unless there's an event. Why I don't play as much now is because if you don't buy the seasonal items, you are guaranteed lower then a #3 spot, which I always was in top 3, but lately, even if the other person's design sucks, they are guaranteed a #1 or #2 just because they have one seasonal item added.

Good game, but the connectively gets worse with every update. It's so slow that many challenges won't load that it's almost unplayable. Or certain objects won't load, so you can't design the look you want. It's also obvious that people are just randomly tapping on the submissions in voting rather than the one they think looks best. -As expected the developers respond as if you're an idiot and that the problem is entirely your fault and that you've never thought to do the obvious things to fix it

Gets boring quickly if your not looking to spend money. You get 3 forms of currency, dollars, coins, and tokens. Coins and tokens are for premium and deluxe items and are harder to get and each item takes a huge chunk out of it. If you try to stick to just dollars you'll quickly find out how limited you are too, often just 3-4 options to pick from. Without spending real money as well you'll eventually run out of currency, spending it quicker than you can earn it

The game could be really good but it costs more to create a design than you win for it. Very hard to keep or gain enough coin to put a scene together you can hope to place in or win. The same items increase in price as you advance rounds. Rewards & prizes don't. You only get 3 uses out of stuff you buy instead of a permanent inventory. Well now I want to lower my rating to 2 stars but I'll leave 3 since I can play 2-3 rounds a day for now. Slowly losing $ will uninstall when broke.

You have to spend a lot of coin to get some better items that you've unlocked. Only 3 uses then you have to re buy it again. Not worth it. So I end up holding onto a lot of items .. then it gets boring using old stuff because you don't wanna use deluxe or premium items. It's not like you have a chance to get those items all of the time either. And you have to unlock items. Could be used with dollars, coin or silver. I don't spend money on games and played this for probably 3 months.. deleted!
